    I'll do it for 14 days and see what will happen!

    Day 2:✅ i already feel like get used to!

      I get no slacking but if you need to take it a little bit easier bc of the pain that's fine!! Don't feel like you have to push yourself so hard while on your period for the sake of results

      Hey can u please help me please ... so I do 2 butt days in a week this one in the morning chloes bootty pump in the after noon and then daisy keech at night the I do 2 ab days and then I do a butt &ab for the other / days so I have 1 rest day Sunday should I do 2 rest days Saturday and Sunday?

      @@user-iy1kt5dt5x I'm probably not the correct person to be answering this but I say take both rest days, what you did sounds like a lot to me and it couldn't hurt to take an extra rest day, after all Chloe herself said that the schedule she has can be modified and you can take more rest days, so yeah two rest days sounds good.

    Guys im gonna do 2 days of this then 2 days rest and repeat . Whenever i rest is when i see the most progress with this. I have a deadline of the 22nd to get my results 😭 thats when i have to go back to school and see people again and I'm only there for one day to collect results and thats the last time I'll be seeing them but i wanna go with a bomb body. Also i did this workout before consistently so my hip dips are already basically gone (but I still have them on my left side) i just need rounder hips. I was inactive for 2 weeks so I'll start documenting my journey now. Since this is for muscle growth, if you want to see the best results you HAVE to rest. Ive already built my glutes and now my ass is massive and plump but i only did 4 exercises 2 times a week to gwt me there. Its not HOW much you do, its how consistent you are and how well you rest. Ill document my work and rest days. I started again yesterday so ill include that. Thank you so much for this Daisy ❤❤ it works wonders. Also guys I'm still gonna work past this point because i start school 3rd August

    may 29, 2023 - let the journey began!!
    day 1 ✅ - perfect amount of time, definitely felt the burn but I do not feel sore! (yet)
    day 2 ✅ - wasn't sore but I did feel the burn a lot this time. today seemed even harder than yesterday for some reason but I feel good!
    day 3 ✅ - was not having a good day, but this definitely made me feel better. starting to get the hang of all the exercises too!
    day 4 ✅ - nothing much too say but it was a good work-out day!
    day 5 ✅ - quick and good work-out!
    day 6 ✅ - again, quick and good!
    day 7 ⭐ ✅- workout sucked because I was interrupted multiply times but at least im one week in! Not seeing much results though.
    day 8 ✅ - really good workout!
    day 9 ✅- workout was ok!
    day 10 ✅- one of the best work-outs I've done so far! super proud of myself for going this far
    day 11 ✅- was really un motived but work-outed anyway! feel great
    day 12 ✅ - felt the burn today!
    day 13 ✅- almost two weeks in! feeling great
    day 14 ⭐ ✅ - two weeks in! super proud of myself! I have noticed my butt get a lift to it but hips are pretty much the same!
    day 15 ✅ - good workout!
    day 16 ✅ - went by quickly!
    day 17 ✅ - great workout!
    day 18 ✅ - I have noticed results in my waist. way more snatched, my butt is more plump and higher up, and my hip dips have gotten a little tiny bit smaller
    *June 16, 2023 I decided to take a day off since I haven't this whole time. it was needed!*
    day 19 ✅ - nothing much to say, but it was a good workout!
    day 20 ✅ - great workout! happy father's day to everyone! 💙💙
    day 21⭐ ✅ - three weeks in! feeling amazing!
    day 22 ✅ - nice workout!
    day 23 ✅- felt really tired right away but at least it is over with!
    day 24 ✅- put 110% into the workout and I'm feeling great!
    day 25 ✅ - i am working really hard, and I have been doing this for a minute now, but im sorta mad i haven't seen results AT ALL yet. just trying to stay motivated!
    *June 24 and 25 2023 I decided I wanted to have a rest days since I was on my period. I really just need a rest days since I have been working so hard!*
    day 26 ✅ - felt so good to workout again and get out of that slump I was in, almost a month in! Let's do this!!
    day 27 ✅ - my motivated the whole time was the ice cream bar I was gonna eat afterwards 😭😭
    day 28 ✅ - nothing much to say but a great work out!
    day 29 ✅- a month since I started this work-out! super proud of myself, can't believe tmr is the last day!
    day 30 ✅ - well I did it! today was actually the quickest day of working out but I just can't believe I have been doing it for over a month! Super proud of myself since June was a crazy emotion month
    RESULTS : My waist is snatched, the butt is plump and lifted a bit, and for my hip dips, only a inch or two of curves. Sort of sucks that I didn't have bigger results but oh well. I hope everyone has amazing journeys doing this workout and you see tons of results! Stay constant, and thank you for coming along my glow up journey! 💗💗

    I just saw a tiktok video ranting about how Chloe Ting is such a scammy person, and here I am in my six month Chloe Ting's journey literally thriving with my new bomb ass body while no other routine before her could. It goes to show that there is no perfect fit for everybody, I found mine here and at the same time I can understand might no be for everybody. They say you need to be consistant to see results and it's true but also, you need to find the right motivations/motivators to make the journey as fun as possible, so it sticks.     So ladies are getting rid of their hip dips? Seriously? As a men I love hip dips on women. The rest of the body has to be fit, I understand that but honestly I like hip dips. There are some subreddits also that share hip dips pictures of women.
    Edit: Btw hipdips are natural. It's your bone and muscle structure that cause hipdips. The only way to change that is surgery, I guess.

      Haley YESS. big difference. I’m on day 23 of her hourglass program. I can see and feel my hips getting rounder and my butt perkier. If I were to continue training my glutes and adding resistance, I guarantee my hip dips would completely disappear

    Day 1✅️ good I only did like 7 minutes tho
    Day 2✅️ left 3 exercice out but I feel the burn

      Samee. I have some pillow-ish mat but still my front pelvis hurts because of the bone i guess. Idk if im doing it wrong or im just not used to those exercises
