There are some subreddits also that share hip dips pictures of women. Edit: Btw hipdips are natural. It's your bone and muscle structure that cause hipdips. The only way to change that is surgery, I guess.

day 30 ✅ - well I did it! today was actually the quickest day of working out but I just can't believe I have been doing it for over a month! Super proud of myself since June was a crazy emotion month
RESULTS : My waist is snatched, the butt is plump and lifted a bit, and for my hip dips, only a inch or two of curves. Sort of sucks that I didn't have bigger results but oh well. I hope everyone has amazing journeys doing this workout and you see tons of results! Stay constant, and thank you for coming along my glow up journey! 💗💗

It goes to show that there is no perfect fit for everybody, I found mine here and at the same time I can understand might no be for everybody. They say you need to be consistant to see results and it's true but also, you need to find the right motivations/motivators to make the journey as fun as possible, so it sticks. Edit: Btw hipdips are natural. It's your bone and muscle structure that cause hipdips. The only way to change that is surgery, I guess.
