I found your channel 3 weeks ago and have been doing it every day. I am 84 years old and although most of the things I can do but with less speed and intensity, some of the things I cannot do so I modify , instead of the Mishra dand , I just do Sada dand. Your humor keeps me going appreciate it, i’m thinking you are from my state. I am from Haryana.
After watching a few vids, I now subscribe! Your humor + exercise is a great combination ! Keep it up! This routine is excellent. What do you say about doing Sapate/Burpees as a single exercise that covers entire body + Cardio? Its great to see someone not take himself too seriously. There are too many of them who are funeral serious, but you are so refreshingly different! Bless you.

Thank you sir for yet another great workout. My humble request, you should take traditional martial arts and workout class. You have the talent to inspire people, make things easier to understand and you will do great work for our arts by spreading the knowledge to younger generation who are interested. Something like a beginners traditional indian fitness classes will be nice to have. 🙏
This is a great circuit style workout; it reminds me of the sequence training programs Bruce Lee came up with, as described in "The Art Of Expressing The Human Body". I've recently incorporated the basic dand and baithak into my workouts; I have got to try this!
