    An important point which is present in this video but people might miss..
    This is not something compulsory...
    Doing the dand or dand Baithak Exercises on simple flat floor is also fine specially for beginners

    I personally find that using bricks forces me to be more controlled when performing the Rammurti dand. I keep two bricks under my bed just for that workout
    and also because bricks are fantastic home defense lol

    Amazing explanation sir,
    I would just like to add that, there is a concept of active ROM and passive ROM. It is always advisable to stay in the active ROM. Let ROM build on itself, never force it!

      What is ROM?

    • @soumalyadas1123
      @soumalyadas1123 11 місяців тому

      @@kshraval Range of Motion.
      [example]
      active rom; how much can you pick up your leg without momentum and hold it mid-air.
      (demands strength of the hip flexors and hamstring stability)
      passive rom; same leg pick up but through assistance by keeping the leg supported or through momentum.
      {this does not mean that one should not practice high kicks though.}

    Ohh yesterday I was thinking about this and today I got the answer , ohh universe 😂 . By the by , can you make a video on muscle recovery and how many days in a week should a man workout as a martial artist ( people always say you have to push your limits and I have heard that it can cause problems too ) soo bro , you are a reliable source

    • @KarateTVtraditional
      @KarateTVtraditional  Рік тому +4

      Depending on the kind of training...no. of days may differ..
      Taking breaks is part of the process...
      Martial arts moves require continuous and regular practice but if the body is tired ..injured..fatigued..rest is needed .
      Mostly Martial artists do some compound Exercises, some Stretching, some sparring, some bag work...
      It's like a Full Body Workout everyday...so I guess you could rest accordingly
      Maybe alternate days...
      Or don't go full throttle everyday
      Just thoughts ...👍🍻

    Muscles grow primarily through mechanical tension placed on the working muscle. It's been found that working the muscle through a full range of motion seems to stimulate a stronger response to the tension than if one were to only experience tension on the contracted position. What has been found most recently is that the stimulation appears to be greatest when mechanical tension is applied while the muscle is in the stretched position. This is referred to as "stretch mediated hypertrophy". The bricks allow for the a deeper stretch on the muscle during the position where the muscle is experiencing mechanical tension, hence greater muscle building.
