Harsh bhai ji aapka huge fan hogya. Aapne boht acche se samjhaya. Lockdown ki wajh se gym nahi jaapara tha. Ab mai thode se hindu pushups aur squats krunga. Maine socha tha mitti ikattha karke akhade jaise base bnaunga lekin 50kg haldi aur 2.5 kinastarr tel daalne pe mummy mujhe usi me hi dafna degi. But I wish mai isi environment me workout krpata🙏🙏 Ram Ram harsh Bhai..

AKHADA exercise is not for body building it's a place where they do wrestling,so these exercise are for making their body strong and flexible for wrestling.they don't focus on reps and sets ..pushing themselves to be strong.💪

theek se to batao kya har roz karte h ya alternate days karte ho, ek excercise ka ek attempt me 10-12 reps karke thak jao to chod dete ho ya 3-4 second rest leke dobara karte ho ya pura 2min rest leke dobara karte ho ya seedha doosre excercise pe ate ho. training K proper shedule to batao BHAi taaki log try kar sake aur injury bhi naho, also kitna hard jana chahiye, like each excercise pura failure tak ya kuch attempt karke chodke firse attempt. Proper way me batao.

Hi sir namaskar sir i use to do pushups and dund but sir my right arm is 1 inch broader than my left sir which body weight workout can make my left hand little bigger or same as my right arm.im scared to do one hand pushup only with left hand may be that change the body shape and i don't want to use any equipment what body weight workout can i do pls advice me sir
