I worked for a gym as maintenance tech. Facility and equipment. When Covid shut the gym down. The owner had me put TREK ANCHORS on the outside wall. Upper mid and lower 3 in ten different areas and surface. So they could use resistance bands. One trainer had a great workout routine. And her body was banging. Crazy. I have my own home workout with weights and martial art training. But after knee surgery I decided to get some bands and put them n TREK I had left over. Same two up,mid,lower. What a badass workout. I’ve done stuff like this with old inner tubes material used to practice my kick like that. Should market it back n the 80s. Plus I use them for my yoga stretch as well. Plus securing them to a closed door work great for in the house. When weather is like it is now. Wet, raining and cold. So it in the bedroom. Not only that you can use them anytime anywhere. I take them with me to the park and use the playground or tree to do all kinds of resistance training.

Time stamp :- 0:38 - Band alternating bicep curls 0:58 - Band two legs calf raise 1:45 - Band bent over rows (lat pull down optional) 2:44 - Band standing crunch 3:25 - Band standing rear delt row 4:25 - Band pushdown 5:06 - Band standing chest press 5:56 - Band bicycle crunch 6:48 - Band straight back (seated row but doing upright rows is best [optional]) 7:39 and 8:09 - Band standing hip extension Right and left separately [best way is to perform with both legs at the same time while lying down on floor (alternate to standing leg extension] 8:44 - Band overhead triceps extension Conclusion :- Rest 60 seconds after performing each exercise for 60 seconds...no reps and sets included that means u have to perform only one set of each exercise to make it harder and challenging u can perform it again for Another 10 minutes or increasing the resistance by using more heavy band (optional), instead of doing bycycle crunches u can perform leg curls with both legs as they mention it as hip extension and did not include any quad activation exercise in this vid which is generally standing leg extension or sitting one Gud luck 👍

@@Lombocodo I don't understand french but after translated it I am 100% agree with ur words sir that this workout is nothing but only for fat loss but if u will see James grage resistance band coach videos, u will definitely get to know that in order to increase resistance u need more harder band so switch to it otherwise combine it with more heavy bands in order to get progressive overload for hypertrophy
@@krits8681 As the video didn't mention that u have to set ur plan, I mean it's full body workout so not more than 4 days 3 days rest would be enough so u get more recovery but if u using the same bands for every exercise then ur body get easily used to it and later u won't it feel any challenging...I myself workout 4 days but I do bro split like Mondays I do chest and one tricep exercise, Tuesdays I do back and one bicep exercise, wednesdays it's all about to hit the shoulder and abs(band crunches) and Thursday I do only legs three exercise (leg extension,curls and calf raises) Friday Saturday and Sunday off and I do all this exercise only with bands but in order to make it challenging or progressive overload buy one set of five loop bands from extra light to extra heavy 👍

Excellent! Consider that if you apply this isometrically (so, full tension and hold, no reps), you could cut down the time to about 4 minutes with rest. And, I would argue, get the same results.

False. Many videos on that, from pro trainers and physiotherapists. Easy to find on YT. Bands often offer better resistance and growth than weights. Go check out!

It was the first thing I bought when started gyming again.i don't lift weights and my body looks great just by using the band.
