just a little tip, do the excercises slower, dont rush them. You will see better results if you do them slower and concentrate on your abs. Your movements should be made by your strength and not by taking big swings or doing the exercise half way. Take your time, for some it may work doing them fast but I would rather recommend controlled and slower.

Gonna do this for a 3 weeks‼️ Day 1✅ : I had to pause so many times but i got through the workout. (5/07/23) Day 2✅: I took 10 second breaks in between each. The butterfly kicks had me dying 😭 (6/07/23) Day 3✅: My body hurt less than yesterday and the butterfly kicks are still killing me. Don't forget to drink your water, It makes a huge difference ♡♡ (7/07/23) Day 4✅: still going strong 💪🏼. Body was not sore today and I took less breaks. Workouts are getting easier to do. (8/07/23) Day 5 ✅: I MADE IT THROUGH THE WORKOUT WITH NO BREAKS!!( 9/07/23) Day 6✅: It was super easy today, but I still felt the burn. (10/07/23) Day 7 ✅: can't believe it's been a week already. (11/07/23) Week 1 results: It toned my abs a little and cinched my waist too. It's not much of a huge difference but it looks better than when I wasn't doing the workout. I'm so excited to be continuing ★. Day 8✅: I'm so excited to be starting with the second week. (12/07/23) Day 9✅: once again done. Let me just tell you, this is the most effective workout I have ever done so far. For just 3 weeks, the results are insane. It literally toned my abs and cinched my waist too. Before this workout my abs had no definition. My stomach was kinda chubby and my waist had no shape. Looking at my progress pictures are literally so insane. This workout changed my body in 3 weeks. I'm SUPER DUPER SUPER happy with my results. Note: Hey guys. I'm so sorry to say that I have come to the end of tracking my journey on here. It was so cool to share my journey with you guys and I was incredibly lucky to get a lot of support. yeah exactly because the people who think are higher need to know that they once were very low and had to build it up everyone starts off from the bottom no one is born perfect!
If you’re debating on doing this or not . DO IT . I started this 6 days ago and lost 2-3 inches off my waist . (Along with healthy eating and 25 mins of cardio). My waist already defined and I’m not a small girl. I started at 197 and I’m already 190 with 2 weeks of her workout videos.

Day 7: Done so happy that its been a week finally getting motivation! Woo hoo! lol Day 8: Done! :) Day 9: Done ✅ Day 10: Done, its getting easier! I’m 13 and gonna be doing this 1x a day until may 9th, I’m 159cm tall, and 157lbs. I don’t want to change my diet up that much but I wanna TRY and stop snacking. I’m gonna be doing intermittent fasting and will be updating every day 😍 Hey a lot of you guys are telling me not to fast, but usually eat in the 16-8, if you don’t count snacking so I’m jus trying to stop snacking after dinner and before breakfast Day 1 (4//8): hurt like a mother, and I paused a bunch of times so idek Day 2(4//9): it was easier but still really hard, I paused a lot less and am a little sore from yesterday Day 3 (4//19): sorry I haven’t been updating I forgot bc I’ve been studying for state testing, but I did it today! Tbh I broke into a small sweat and it hurt a lot, I didn’t pause that much so I’m happy about that but yeah Day 4 (4//20): today I didn’t stop! But I felt the burn, overall today was good! Day 5 (4//21): today was good! I paired it with a leg workout by Julia Gold, and I’m looking forward to tmr!! Day 6 (4//22): I paired it with the same leg work out from yesterday. I’m trying to eat more protein so that’s all! Day 7 (4//25): Im not doing weekends bc Saturday is gonna be active rest n Sunday is just rest so today I just did this n no added workouts :) Day 8 (4//26): almost skipped but I DIDNT, very sore. I paired with an arm workout by Caro Daur. Also I tried on some pants that I stoped wearing bc they were to tight and they fit!! Hey! I just wanted to say it’s better you do it 1x a day because 2 will do more harm than good. I did some research because i was also doing workouts 2x a day and i found out that it’s actually super bad for you as it damages your body. I wish you good luck for the rest of your journey!
hi, please dont do intermittent fasting at your age!! you are so young and intermittent fasting can cause problems in growing girls. trust me, i have personal experience. just try to eat mindfully and balance the good and bad foods and you will be just fine. you are still growing and fasting can negatively affect that, its amazing that youre working on being healthier but dont put too much pressure/stress on yourself❤️
ACTUALLY doing this till mid June, starting now: I finally decided it was time to quit laying around & work for my summer body. (I was doing pilates a couple days prior) day 1: morning workout, I hurt during butterfly kicks & Russian twists, but it went by quickly! day 2: I got through all of them but butterfly kicks (period cramps were killing me) day 3: today didn’t hurt as bad! (I did take a couple breaks) day 4: EASIEST DAY SO FAR. I see my waist getting more toned in, but I'm still so bloated day 5 is done! I see a slight difference in my waist day 6: I ended up stopping halfway through the cause of a headache, but it's definitely easier. day 7: I skipped bc I had a prom! day 8: I finished today I will say, I do see my stomach curving in more, but still waiting for my stomach itself to define its shape. day 9: I took a couple breaks during this one, but I see progress! I recommend holding your head up when doing scissor kicks & butterfly kicks; you can feel your muscles working more day 10: easier day! I am for sure seeing the results I want, but I have 15 more days to go. today wasn't hard; my muscles are sore, but that's a good sign! day 11: done! It wasn't too hard, but I took a couple breaks. I see my waist getting more toned when I wake up. day 12: skipping tonight because it’s really late & i’m so tired. day 13: so, i'm almost done with my goal but i think i'm going to continue through June. Here's my short in-depth update: from day one to now i am seeing progress but mostly in how much my waist has toned in and not so much in my stomach itself, i'm still fairly chubby which is expected for only doing this 2 weeks, but for sure not as much as i was. If you are looking for something to gain abs or a flatter stomach i would recommend adding another workout in for that specifically. Personally i'll probably start doing that (one in the morning & one at night) but this workout has helped! I will say today was the easiest day i've had. I took no breaks along with no water breaks. (let me add, i'm doing this at 11:09pm) day 14: done! i ended up falling asleep right after but managed to get the workout in. day 15: finished ! today i really didn’t want to do it but i’m so close to my goal. trust me, every time you workout it gets easier! I almost feel that this is too easy for me & i should try other workouts.. i added a 3 min exercise onto this in the mornings so we’ll see where that gets me. day 16: I thought I would add that I have been eating a healthier diet, cutting sugars, drinking more water and kombucha, eating more fruits, etc. so! i think i’m going to stop doing this exercise because i barely see any results on my end. yes maybe it’s because it’s only been a little over 2 weeks, but i feel like i need to try another workout routine! I totally recommend this but add on the diet change & drink more water, trust me, it helps. goodluck to anyone who is doing this, don’t give up!!! to the people doing this workout, you got this! don't give up or procrastinate, you'll be thanking yourself in a month 🤍

Waist: 28 inches Hips: 33.5 inches - Week 1 - Day 1: ✅️ I think I may be doing these wrong because I didn't feel that much of a burn. Hopefully I get better the more I do them. Like it burned omgg [15/08/2023] Day 14: ✅️ I almost ran out of time today due to being out all day but I did it! I STILL don't understand how to do Russian twists but whatever 🤷♀️. [16/08/2023] Week 2 Overview: I remained fairly consistent this week (woohoo!! 🎉) and it has paid off, I can notice a slightly more cinched waist and a fairly flatter stomach. Can't wait to see through the month and marvel at my results. 😊 - Week 3 - Day 15: ✅️ Done!!! I'm so proud of myself for being able to do a workout this long, I usually give up after 2 to 3 days. The results are slightly changing which are making me want to keep going!! [17/08/2023] Day 16: ✅️ Today's workout was great and I feel so energized after completing it. I was very sleepy as I had just woken up but I am now more awake than ever!! 😂 [18/08/2023] Day 17: ❌️ I wasn't able to do this because I was out hiking all day. It went by painfully slow and I've got no clue why. 😭 [20/08/2023] Day 19: ✅️ The workout felt super fast today and honestly, my waist is looking a lot more cinched and I have been feeling a lot more energized as of late! [30/08/2023] Week 4 Overview: I just checked my measurements and... Waist: 27 inches Hips: 32 inches OMG!!! 🎉🎉 I lost an inch off my waist and 1.5 of my hips!! It even looks different from the picture I took when I started, my stomach is SO MUCH less bloated throughout the day and I feel a lot better. Try to do them slower just until you can feel the burn. More control usually helps feel the burn more!! Faster doesn’t really do anything. Also with crunches try to have your abs bring u up and down not ur whole body/neck. Have ur abs squeezing.

@@princessk.8887 No, I started doing it once a week however and am fasting due to ramadan and easy mostly high protein foods and am very active and the results seem better, 22inches now. I dont think it is the workout only but it certainly did help my waist loads.
I've been doing this for 5 days and I can already see a difference!! My stomach has toned a little and my waist has shrunk. I don't have as much bloating and I have tried to eat healthier food alternatives but I still eat what I would normally. I'll try to update after a few more days

Loved reading the success stories from other commenters doing this workout! Super inspired, so I’m gonna do it myself~ I’ll do my best to check in daily for a month! 💪 Day 1: ✅ oof def pretty tough! And a good tip that really made a huge difference for me was learning to be sure to EXHALE whenever you crunch/contract your abs. Super super important! You want to tighten and squeeze your abs when you crunch- and exhale at the same time. Exhaling and contracting your abs at the same time is keeeey- proper form is everything!! Day 2: ✅ still pretty tough! Still going strong~ Day 3: ✅ not as tough today! But maybe that’s cuz I did a shorter warm up workout so my abs weren’t working as long this time 😅 my diet isn’t super clean (but I still focus on eating lots of vegetables) atm so I’m still bloated these days, but I’m feeling stronger. I wanna see how things go just eating moderately healthy 😆 (Oop I’m switching over to a different video; one where there’s consistent audio and proper timer lol)

I'm not even kidding. I did this for 3 days straight and took photos of each day after i did this. It's my 3rd day and I can already see some changes. My stomach is more flat than it was on the first day. It literally works. Even tho it might be hard to continue, never give up. I'm gonna try this untill my summer break is over. Good luck to y'all!
@@aysh7770 but there is a difference so don't feel bad. Maybe try adding to it, some ppl repeat it once it gets too easy and do it 2-3 times for a 30 min workout. Good luck on ur journey

its actually super easy once you get used to it! i used to be able to do like 80 burpees and recover after like 10 mins and do nearly 100 squats and recover in maybe 5 ish missing that era rn 😭

My goal is to have a smaller waist, and this workout has helped me a lot. My waist is from 63cm to 59cm. This is incredible. Although I didn’t do this very often, 5 times a week. I did it for 3 weeks or less but it works!!!! Do it, you can do it

Doing this for 2 weeks and I'll be updating daily :)) + results at the end of week 2 Waist: 30 inches / 76 cm Height: 172 cm Day 1: ☑️ I took like a minute break between each exercise and it was still kinda hard, but I did every exercise :D felt my abs after the 10 minutes, so that’s a good sign Day 2: ☑️ Still the same as yesterday, it didn’t really get easier for me. I did it though, and I'm feeling it in my abs again right now after the exercises. Also, I wasn't sore or anything from yesterday Day 3: ☑️ Was kinda easier than day 1 and 2. Took shorter breaks or none at all between the exercises. Scissor and butterfly kicks are still the most difficult ones though because my legs are already kinda muscled and that makes it a bit heavier :)) Day 4: ☑️ Was definitely easier today. Did every exercise perfectly except the two ones I mentioned in day 3 (with like 1 break). Felt my abs today the most. Remind me to update with the like button :))

Doing this for summer and confidence 💕 Day 1: ✅ this workout didn’t take very long but it hurt my abs so much. I took a couple breaks in between each exercise bc it was really hard. Day 2: ✅ the workout was a bit easier than the day before but I still took breaks in between, just not as many breaks. I’m starting to see a bit of results on my waist but it’s only the second day so ofc not a big difference but for two days it’s pretty good. I also wasn’t as bloated today as I usually am around this time so that’s good. Day 3: ✅ the workout wasn’t too bad today I also didn’t take many breaks. Most of the exercises were not too hard and it also helped me debloat. My waist is a bit more curved than day one but again not a major difference since it’s not been too long. My stomach is also a bit flatter but maybe it’s because it makes me not so bloated too. I also don’t diet but I try not to snack a lot. Day 4: ✅ workout was so much easier than day one and I also didn’t take as many breaks. My stomach is getting flatter but not anything major. These past four days I haven’t been as painfully bloated as I usually am so this also motivates me to continue doing this routine! Day 5: ✅ it felt about the same as the day before I’m also not as bloated and my waist is more curved Day 6:✅ im very surprised that I took like 2-3 breaks and did the exercises all at once. I did feel the burn but not enough to stop doing the exercises. I barely felt any pain which surprises me. My waist is a bit more curved than the start. Again not too big of a difference since it’s only been six days but still good progress. WEEK 1 🎉 Day 7: ✅ the workout was pretty easy and I didn’t take too many breaks. I am starting to see even more results on my waist and stomach. My waist is a bit more curved and my stomach is getting flatter. I also lost a pound which isn’t that much but I don’t diet so at least it’s something. Day 8: ✅ the exercise was a bit fun and easy. My stomach is way flatter than day one. I feel more confident with my body than day one as well as my waist being a bit more curved. Day 9: ✅ I’m honestly surprised I haven’t missed a day yet. I finally see some progress on my waist and stomach. My stomach is a lot more flatter than day one and my waist is a lot more curved than day one as well. When I get bloated it’s honestly not that bad looking anymore. Day 10: ✅ yay almost two weeks my waist is a bit more curved than day one. My stomach is definitely even flatter and my belly button is not really a circle shape it’s more of an oval now. When I suck in my stomach I can see lines and my waist curve. I dropped two pounds even without a diet which makes me glad that the diet didn’t keep me the same weight. Day 11: ✅ I forgot to write something on here but my thighs are getting thinner and my stomach is flatter. Day 12: ✅ Really the same as yesterday I absolutely hate the reverse crunches so I kinda did them all sloppy. My waist is definitely more curved than day one and my stomach is also way flatter. Day 13: ❌ took a break/rest day WEEK 2 🎉 Day 14: ✅ Yay one week of doing this workout. I definitely see results but since I didn’t do it yesterday I felt a bit more tired and exhausted after doing the workout but overall it was ok. My waist and stomach are the same as day twelve. Day 15: ✅ I done the entire workout with one break which is good bc usually u take like 3-5 breaks. I’m a bit bloated since my period is almost arriving but my stomach isn’t as bloated as it usually is when it’s almost time to start my period. Day 16: ✅ I felt a bit tired but I pushed through it. I definitely took way more breaks than I usually do. I’m pretty bloated but when I tense my stomach it’s pretty toned which makes me happy. Day 17: ✅ idk why but the workout was burning so much and I kind of did them all sloppy but at least I did the workout. I don’t really see much of a difference since I’m a bit bloated but I did notice that my legs are a bit slimmer. Day 18: ✅ I felt the burn but it didn’t take long to do the workout. It used to take me like 30 mins to do the workout but now it takes me like 13 to do it. Day 19: ❌ I fell asleep all day Day 20: ✅ I really didn’t want to do it bc I’m in my period but I did it anyway. Most of them I did all sloppy but at least I did them. WEEK 3 🎉 Day 21: ✅ YAY! finally week 3 I’m very excited. I didn’t think I would make it this long but here I am. As for result my waist is definitely more curved and my stomach is way flatter and toned. When I turn my waist to like a 3/4 view you can see the 11 line forming. I’m very impressed my these results and Im gonna try to work all the way is to week 4! I also don’t diet but I’m sure if you do a diet or calorie deficit I’m sure you would see much better results than Im seeing Day 22: ✅ I feel so much better about my body now and while I’m on my period. My body isn’t as bloated when I’m on my period anymore. Day 23: ✅ I’m pretty sure I forgot to update this day but it’s ok. My waist looks so much better in tank tops than before which makes me comfortable to wear them Day 24: ✅ this update won’t be long since I’m sleepy but my stomach is pretty flat tbh and my legs are so much slimmer Day 25: ❌ forgot and I had to sleep early Day 26: ✅ I think I did it but I don’t remember Day 27: ❌ forgot WEEK 4 🎉 Day 28:
Remember it's good to take break because if we don't then there are high chance to lose muscle weight instead of fat lose and by this u will not have toned body
REMINDER TO EVERYONE WHO'S FEELING GUILTY ABOUT SKIPPING A DAY!!! to gain even just a pound of fat overnight, you have to eat 3,500 calories over your usual maintenance levels. if you skipped a day and are worried because it looks like you gained weight, chances are, all of that is just water!! REMINDERS: It's okay to take extra breaks in the middle of the one minute You are doing great You are gorgeous I'm so proud of you EDIT: Something i found helpful was to do each exercise and split the 60 seconds into 30 and then take a break between each 30 seconds! Do what you can and if you cant do some, thats totally fine! You are doing so so well!

Updating daily: Day 1: hurt like HELL, took so many breaks in between but still feel super accomplished Day 2: around the same but I did less breaks and felt a little dizzy since I barely drank water today Day 3: NO BREAKS TODAY!!! Really proud I have made it this far and I have decided to do a leg workout since I am tall and have long legs Day 4: Did half in the morning and half before bed. I feel that I can already see a difference. My stomach is slimmer and my figure is getting more defined. Day 5: I felt a bit of pain the end today but I was able to push through it. Drank a lot of water today and felt really happy and excited to do this. I do it before I go to bed. Day 6: skipped today! Day 7: Saturday so its my sport day, did it in the arvo. Felt the burn, probs cuz I skipped yesterday. I feel that my figure is heaps more defined than when I started. Really happy with these results. Day 8: did sooo much walking today, core hurt pretty bad but again no breaks. Day 9: I have started to eat healthier and feel so good. Taking a few breaks now but thats ok!!

It actually works i did it for a month first week you really feel it but push and second week you can sorta start seeing results for the rest of it please keep pushing, it truly does work. drink lots of water and eat well! don’t loose motivation and stay consistent or it will be hard to go back on track. good luck 😊

I’ve been doing this for the past 2 months and have achieved a very pronounced hourglass figure, it motivated me to eat healthier too which then impacted my mood. To say the least, this video everyday has changed my life
doing this everyday till school starts!! goal- abs before august 18th day 1: it wasn’t too hard, but i had to take 5 second breaks in between cause it hurt. no results yet day 2: it was much easier than before but it burnt a lot. was much more painful than before but i didn’t take as much breaks as i did before. no results day 3: was pretty hard but nothing too much. burnt pretty bad but it flew by. no results yet day 4: burnt very bad. probably worse than days 1, 2, and 3. but flew by. almost felt like 1 minute. starting to see little results!! day 5: definitely burnt but it’s starting to get easier, it flies by super fast. my abs are killing me!😭

Heyyy i have the same goal as you!!! Im very motivated and want to keep this up all year. Weight: 116lbs/52kg (literally looked how much was 116lbs in google lol) 😂 I’ll update after this month 😊 I better see some abs ong 😠😭 Update- I’m definitely a person that has to wait for a few months to see results. I feel like there is changes but I don’t see it or it’s not a big change. This workout always have me sweating. My back hurts a lot and I shake while doing it but it’s not that bad the first time when you do it however your second time it’s even harder. Shaking plus trying to keep my core tight makes me forget how to breath. My diet is not healthy, I eat whatever I got in my house or handed to me. Does food matter a lot when working out? Now it’s the end of the month and my back does not hurt at all but my legs burn and shake more. I use to do it for 30 minutes(I try to) so I do it 3x and I only do it on weekdays and not the weekends because I thought that was better. Now ima do it everyday but do it for 30 minutes. Ima try to go longer but ima just keep it simple for a bit. Once I start going to the gym ima try to do it for a hour of two but of course different workouts. Oh and I almost forgot. I hate Russian twist, it’s a pain like I would even try to skip it or try to waste the time (I did)
I am going to do this for 2 weeks: I don’t really care about abs I’m just trying to improve for volleyball. I already have a pretty tiny waist but I don’t have abs quite yet haha Day one: I did this completely with no breaks, it was difficult but fun. I definitely think I will see results Day two: kinda sore, it was harder today but I can definitely feel accomplished after I’m down haha Day three: definitely getting easier! I’m feeling very accomplished so far!! Day four: super tired, ate a lot of candy during Halloween but didn’t want to miss a day😂😂 Day five: super fun! I did it twice today I was feeling very motivated Day six: I was super sore today because of volleyball but I still pushed through and feel accomplished Day seven: today marks a week doing this workout and it gets so much easier and I can still feel like it’s helping me! Day eight: super sore, but it went ok! And I can definitely see the line for abs now. Keep working hard:) Day nine: I’m so proud of myself for continuing to do this everyday with no breaks! It was pretty easy today I was tired from schoolwork tho haha Day 10: I was super tired but still did it haha Day 11: it’s pretty easy for me now, I added a few things to it and it was quite the burn haha Day 12: I can’t believe I’ve already done this for 12 days! It gets easier I promise I even had to add a few things to it to make it really intense! I notice a difference! Day 13: second last day wow! It was pretty good today but I was sore from volleyball and coaching today Day 14: I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks, I can see my abs now and I hit way harder in volleyball:) thanks to the two people that liked and followed mg journey haha
if you do it in two weeks and you get the results you want but then stop doing the workout you’re going to lose your progress because you stopped you have to keep going and do the workout everyday
@@smd5980 right break days are completely fine but thats not my point.She said she would do it for 2 weeks for volleyball but if she stops doing it after 2 weeks all her progress will go to the trash since she is no longer doing the workout

No breaks again Day 9: ❌ I literally just forgot- 😭😭 Day 10: ✅ did it!! Again no breaks. Day 11: ✅ again no breaks Day 12:✅ no breaks! But who it hurt! Day 13: ✅ again, another workout no breaks. Day 14: ✅ again no breaks Week 2 results: not much of a difference tbh. I missed some days so that’s probably why. Day 15: ✅ another day another workout, no breaks! Looking forward to week 3! Day 16: ✅ no breaks again Day 17: ✅ almost forgot to do it- but I remembered and finished before 12:00 AM!! No breaks. Day 18: ✅ again, done Day 19:✅ doneeee no breaks! Day 20: ✅ no breaks AGAIN Day 21: ✅ done! That wraps up week 3! Week 3 results: honesty, my abs look like when I finished week 1.. this workout probably doesn’t work short term. Day 22: ✅ done Day 23: ✅ no breaks Day 24:✅ so close to finishing! Day 25:✅ 3 days left! Day 26:✅ done again Day 27: ✅ tomorrow is the last day! Day 28 (final day!!): I’m done!!!!!! Solamente comía con medida 3 veces al día y tomaba mucha agua. Comencé haciendo esta rutina durante un mes y, ¿Qué puedo decir? El resultado es realmente notorio. Mi abdomen está mucho más marcado. También, comencé a intercalar rutinas, esto es que hacía 2 o 3 rutinas de otros videos al día. Las rutinas de Daisy me han servido de mucho, así que, si aún no han empezado pero tienen la intención, ¡Háganlo!, no se van a arrepentir de absolutamente nada. Recuerden que cada cuerpo es distinto y quise compartir mi experiencia con ustedes. ¡Mucho ánimo! ♡
solo se descansa cuando queremos aumentar 😊😊 ejemplo si quieres aumentar glúteos no puedes hacer todos los días el músculo tiene que descansar para así aumentar 😊😊😊 igual voy a probar esta rutina que escuché a muchos decir es bastante buena
@@nayelyposligua5330 pues, si apenas empiezas a hacer ejercicio, pienso que es mejor que comiences con pocas repeticiones o poco tiempo, esto para que poco a poco puedas ir aumentando intensidad y se te facilite hacer las rutinas. No olvides calentar antes de hacer ejercicio ;))

Doing this exercise for 2 weeks!! starting: 5’9, 160lbs, 28.5 waist Day 1: It was really hard since i never exercise and barely even get out of bed lmao, i got through it anyway with a lot of breaks. russian twists were very hard. Day 2: was still very hard, it did not seem to get any more easy. I took a lot of breaks. felt the burn really bad. i eat junk food a lot so i wasn’t sure at this point if it was going to work and was a bit discouraged. Day 3: Was easier than previous days. I am starting to see some results down 1.5lbs😆 To be fair, i am doing some other exercises along this one so i recommend doing this with another one to get faster results Day 4: was easy to get through!! still had some trouble with russian twists so i did not do the the full minute on that one- my waist has gone down .5 inches so i am very happy to start seeing some results on my waist!! (also i am not dieting)😆😆 Day 5: I did this exercise twice today, once in the morning and once in the evening. was very easy to do (still can’t do russian twists for the life of me😭) but it was not very hard!! Day 6: VERY EASY!! i got through it very easily and i did more russian twists than i did in previous days. I have lost 2.5 lbs now!! and 1 full inch on my waist! day 7: woohoo!! a full week!! it had gotten very easy and goes by very fast when i am doing this exercise day 8: done!! no extra comments today i’m lazy lol day 9: idk how but i gained all the weight back i’m at the same weight again😕 anyways i did it twice today day 10: no extra comments lol!! did it once today day 11: i was out with friends so i did not have time to do it today day 12: was a rlly busy day and at the end of the day when i had time i accidentally fell asleep😭😭so i will be going on to 16 days since i skipped 2 day 13: done! no extra comments today lok day 14: i was very sick today and i tried to get up and exercise but i couldn’t breathe like a minute in:( hopefully i will feel better tomorrow day 15: still sick😢 day 16: feeling better lol!! i did it twice today day 17: done ✅ day 18: done✅ end stats: 5’9 height, 158.1 lbs, 27inch waist FINISHED EVERYTHING!!
Btw for russian twists you dont need to put ur legs up, it will probably reduce more cals, but if it’s too hard maybe try and put legs up for like 5 seconds and each day do it more!
@@olives13 no, if anything you need to keep them up at all times. Focus only on your legs when you do that workout. I usually lift mine higher at the start so I’m no where close to setting them down. It’s probably the most important part of the twist because it’s what’s balancing your waist while your upper body is twisting, that’s what makes it hurt. Hurt is good
This workout actually works. If you’re debating on whether or not to do it DO IT Another update after 8 months: Ok so I wanted to come back so that I can share some knowledge lmao. I have found that this workout did help with losing SOME fat off my waist and it did help my abs show a little bit, but if you genetically have a wide rib cage (kinda like me) I think that you will benefit the MOST off of doing back/lat excercises. If you focus on growing your back muscles, it will give you the appearance of a smaller waist:hourglass figure! It’s not talked about a lot, but I just wanted to say that doing ab excercises will only get you so far. Focus on lat excercises and I promise you will get a small waist! (:
@@yamommaaaaa hi! I don’t know about it making your stomach flatter but with this workout, it did give me more of a smaller waist/hourglass looking shape! I think maybe it can flatten out your stomach but you always have to remember to eat clean because diet is everything!
Doing this until i get tired of it!! Day 1: ✅ Was pretty easy since im kinda used to working out and have a somewhat strong core, either way i really felt a burn but im not sore so ill see if i do this twice a day :D Day 2: ✅ did it with a 20min full body pilates workout. I wanted to say that i am a pretty active person (15k steps a day + other workouts apart from this one) and also im in a caloric deficit and not eating any type of junk food, all of this to say that this workout its not gonna be efective by itself, you need to be in a caloric deficit to see results and my results are obviously gonna be different from yours ! Day 3: ✅ felt the burnnn Day 4: ✅ i am kinda sick so i didn't really have the energy to exercise but still did it before going to sleep 💪🏻 you will never catch me skipping it, im getting abs if its the last thing i DO. Either way i felt the burn and wanted the workout to finish ASAP but the exercises were easier to do. Im not seeing a lot of results, just a tiny little bit more ab definition, ik im not gonna get full results by the 4th day but its a little discouraging ngl, either way ill do it for 10 more days and if i dont see results by then im changing the workout 😊. Im also thinking of adding a Chloe Ting flat belly workout (didnt do it today bc i didnt have the energy) so ill see if i have the strength to do bothh Day 5: ✅ doneee. I still feel sick but i prefer feeling like shit for 10 minutes and having a snatched waist than resting and being fat Day 6: ✅ doneee. Today i started the Lidia Mera summer pilates 7 day challenge and im planning on doing it for 2 or 4 weeks :) Day 7: 🚫 im SO sorry but today i was out all day (until 11pm) and i just felt kinda sick. day 2: ✅ abs hurt from yesterday so it wasnt any easier. help me. btw im eating how i always eat just portion controlling, however, im now cutting off sodium/salt to prevent bloating. right after the exersice my stomach from the side was visibly thinner. how was ur workout experience? ill see you guys tmr for day 3, fighting!

day 24 ✅ was easy once again im not having any problems with this workout. it is almost week 4 and im so comfortable with showing my stomach to everyone now. not that i wasnt comfortable before but its like im more okay with it, yk? day 25 ✅ same as yesterday! was really easy but i did do some cardio for about an hour so i did kinda feel it but other than that yeah it was really easy and WERE ALMOST THERE OMG I CANT WAIT TO SEE THE END RESULTS LOL when i compare my body now to my body 3 weeks ago im shocked. my stomach is so flat and toned now. i used to always be bloated but im not bloated AT ALL so im really exited for pool days!!! see you guys tmrrr ☺

just a little tip, do the excercises slower, dont rush them. You will see better results if you do them slower and concentrate on your abs. Your movements should be made by your strength and not by taking big swings or doing the exercise half way. Take your time, for some it may work doing them fast but I would rather recommend controlled and slower.

Final results: GUYS, WOAH. Let me just tell you, this is the most effective workout I have ever done so far. For just 3 weeks, the results are insane. It literally toned my abs and cinched my waist too. Before this workout my abs had no definition. My stomach was kinda chubby and my waist had no shape. Looking at my progress pictures are literally so insane. This workout changed my body in 3 weeks. I'm SUPER DUPER SUPER happy with my results.

Hey! I just wanted to say it’s better you do it 1x a day because 2 will do more harm than good. I did some research because i was also doing workouts 2x a day and i found out that it’s actually super bad for you as it damages your body. I wish you good luck for the rest of your journey!
hi, please dont do intermittent fasting at your age!! you are so young and intermittent fasting can cause problems in growing girls. trust me, i have personal experience. just try to eat mindfully and balance the good and bad foods and you will be just fine. you are still growing and fasting can negatively affect that, its amazing that youre working on being healthier but dont put too much pressure/stress on yourself❤️

I finally decided it was time to quit laying around & work for my summer body.
(I was doing pilates a couple days prior)
day 1: morning workout, I hurt during butterfly kicks & Russian twists, but it went by quickly!
day 2: I got through all of them but butterfly kicks (period cramps were killing me)
day 3: today didn’t hurt as bad! (I did take a couple breaks)
day 4: EASIEST DAY SO FAR. I see my waist getting more toned in, but I'm still so bloated
day 5 is done! I see a slight difference in my waist
day 6: I ended up stopping halfway through the cause of a headache, but it's definitely easier.
day 7: I skipped bc I had a prom!
day 8: I finished today I will say, I do see my stomach curving in more, but still waiting for my stomach itself to define its shape.
day 9: I took a couple breaks during this one, but I see progress! I recommend holding your head up when doing scissor kicks & butterfly kicks; you can feel your muscles working more
day 10: easier day! I am for sure seeing the results I want, but I have 15 more days to go. today wasn't hard; my muscles are sore, but that's a good sign!
day 11: done! It wasn't too hard, but I took a couple breaks. I see my waist getting more toned when I wake up.
day 12: skipping tonight because it’s really late & i’m so tired.
day 13: so, i'm almost done with my goal but i think i'm going to continue through June. Here's my short in-depth update: from day one to now i am seeing progress but mostly in how much my waist has toned in and not so much in my stomach itself, i'm still fairly chubby which is expected for only doing this 2 weeks, but for sure not as much as i was. If you are looking for something to gain abs or a flatter stomach i would recommend adding another workout in for that specifically. Personally i'll probably start doing that (one in the morning & one at night) but this workout has helped! I will say today was the easiest day i've had. I took no breaks along with no water breaks. (let me add, i'm doing this at 11:09pm)
day 14: done! i ended up falling asleep right after but managed to get the workout in.
day 15: finished ! today i really didn’t want to do it but i’m so close to my goal. trust me, every time you workout it gets easier! I almost feel that this is too easy for me & i should try other workouts.. i added a 3 min exercise onto this in the mornings so we’ll see where that gets me.
day 16:
I thought I would add that I have been eating a healthier diet, cutting sugars, drinking more water and kombucha, eating more fruits, etc.
so! i think i’m going to stop doing this exercise because i barely see any results on my end. yes maybe it’s because it’s only been a little over 2 weeks, but i feel like i need to try another workout routine! I totally recommend this but add on the diet change & drink more water, trust me, it helps.

Try to do them slower just until you can feel the burn. More control usually helps feel the burn more!! Faster doesn’t really do anything. Also with crunches try to have your abs bring u up and down not ur whole body/neck. Have ur abs squeezing.

I've been doing this for 5 days and I can already see a difference!! My stomach has toned a little and my waist has shrunk. I don't have as much bloating and I have tried to eat healthier food alternatives but I still eat what I would normally. I'll try to update after a few more days

Day 1: ✅ oof def pretty tough! And a good tip that really made a huge difference for me was learning to be sure to EXHALE whenever you crunch/contract your abs. Super super important! You want to tighten and squeeze your abs when you crunch- and exhale at the same time. Exhaling and contracting your abs at the same time is keeeey- proper form is everything!!
Day 2: ✅ still pretty tough! Still going strong~
Day 3: ✅ not as tough today! But maybe that’s cuz I did a shorter warm up workout so my abs weren’t working as long this time 😅 my diet isn’t super clean (but I still focus on eating lots of vegetables) atm so I’m still bloated these days, but I’m feeling stronger. I wanna see how things go just eating moderately healthy 😆

day 3: done! also yesterday i ate 1733 and today (Sunday) i ate 1580 calories. my shoulders are literally so sore from volleyball so this was hell. the hardest is the 1 min abs and then 1 min bicycle crunches right after for me. also i finally figured out how to properly engage my core during the toe taps and the burn omgg. it's quickly turned into one of my fav ab exercises.

I'm not even kidding. I did this for 3 days straight and took photos of each day after i did this. It's my 3rd day and I can already see some changes. it was definitely hard for someone who doesn’t exercise regularly, but i got used to it and started doing it twice a day and it gives more faster results. ALSO, i was on calorie deficit and cut sugary foods.
definitely recommended for beginners and is very worth the time 😴 goodluck to everyone who’s doing this, you can do it !!

Day 1: ✅ only sort of day one, I did this excessive routine a while ago and quit so I'm familiar with this video! Because of this, not super tricky but still definitely felt the burn! Not too many breaks, but did stop every once in a while for a couple seconds!

Day 3: ☑️ Was kinda easier than day 1 and 2. Took shorter breaks or none at all between the exercises. Scissor and butterfly kicks are still the most difficult ones though because my legs are already kinda muscled and that makes it a bit heavier :))
Day 4: ☑️ Was definitely easier today. Did every exercise perfectly except the two ones I mentioned in day 3 (with like 1 break). Felt my abs today the most.

Doing this for summer and confidence 💕
Day 1: ✅ this workout didn’t take very long but it hurt my abs so much. I took a couple breaks in between each exercise bc it was really hard.
Day 2: ✅ the workout was a bit easier than the day before but I still took breaks in between, just not as many breaks. I’m starting to see a bit of results on my waist but it’s only the second day so ofc not a big difference but for two days it’s pretty good. I also wasn’t as bloated today as I usually am around this time so that’s good.
Day 3: ✅ the workout wasn’t too bad today I also didn’t take many breaks. Most of the exercises were not too hard and it also helped me debloat. My waist is a bit more curved than day one but again not a major difference since it’s not been too long. My stomach is also a bit flatter but maybe it’s because it makes me not so bloated too. I also don’t diet but I try not to snack a lot.
Day 4: ✅ workout was so much easier than day one and I also didn’t take as many breaks. My stomach is getting flatter but not anything major. These past four days I haven’t been as painfully bloated as I usually am so this also motivates me to continue doing this routine!
Day 5: ✅ it felt about the same as the day before I’m also not as bloated and my waist is more curved
Day 6:✅ im very surprised that I took like 2-3 breaks and did the exercises all at once. I did feel the burn but not enough to stop doing the exercises. I barely felt any pain which surprises me. My waist is a bit more curved than the start. Again not too big of a difference since it’s only been six days but still good progress.
WEEK 1 🎉
Day 7: ✅ the workout was pretty easy and I didn’t take too many breaks. I am starting to see even more results on my waist and stomach. My waist is a bit more curved and my stomach is getting flatter. I also lost a pound which isn’t that much but I don’t diet so at least it’s something.
Day 8: ✅ the exercise was a bit fun and easy. My stomach is way flatter than day one. I feel more confident with my body than day one as well as my waist being a bit more curved.
Day 9: ✅ I’m honestly surprised I haven’t missed a day yet. I finally see some progress on my waist and stomach. My stomach is a lot more flatter than day one and my waist is a lot more curved than day one as well. When I get bloated it’s honestly not that bad looking anymore.
Day 10: ✅ yay almost two weeks my waist is a bit more curved than day one. My stomach is definitely even flatter and my belly button is not really a circle shape it’s more of an oval now. When I suck in my stomach I can see lines and my waist curve. I dropped two pounds even without a diet which makes me glad that the diet didn’t keep me the same weight.
Day 11: ✅ I forgot to write something on here but my thighs are getting thinner and my stomach is flatter.
Day 12: ✅ Really the same as yesterday I absolutely hate the reverse crunches so I kinda did them all sloppy. My waist is definitely more curved than day one and my stomach is also way flatter.
Day 13: ❌ took a break/rest day
WEEK 2 🎉
Day 14: ✅ Yay one week of doing this workout. I definitely see results but since I didn’t do it yesterday I felt a bit more tired and exhausted after doing the workout but overall it was ok. My waist and stomach are the same as day twelve.
Day 15: ✅ I done the entire workout with one break which is good bc usually u take like 3-5 breaks. I’m a bit bloated since my period is almost arriving but my stomach isn’t as bloated as it usually is when it’s almost time to start my period.
Day 16: ✅ I felt a bit tired but I pushed through it. I definitely took way more breaks than I usually do. I’m pretty bloated but when I tense my stomach it’s pretty toned which makes me happy.
Day 17: ✅ idk why but the workout was burning so much and I kind of did them all sloppy but at least I did the workout. I don’t really see much of a difference since I’m a bit bloated but I did notice that my legs are a bit slimmer.
Day 18: ✅ I felt the burn but it didn’t take long to do the workout. It used to take me like 30 mins to do the workout but now it takes me like 13 to do it.
Day 19: ❌ I fell asleep all day
Day 20: ✅ I really didn’t want to do it bc I’m in my period but I did it anyway. Most of them I did all sloppy but at least I did them.
WEEK 3 🎉
Day 21: ✅ YAY! finally week 3 I’m very excited. I didn’t think I would make it this long but here I am. As for result my waist is definitely more curved and my stomach is way flatter and toned. When I turn my waist to like a 3/4 view you can see the 11 line forming. I’m very impressed my these results and Im gonna try to work all the way is to week 4! I also don’t diet but I’m sure if you do a diet or calorie deficit I’m sure you would see much better results than Im seeing
Day 22: ✅ I feel so much better about my body now and while I’m on my period. My body isn’t as bloated when I’m on my period anymore.
Day 23: ✅ I’m pretty sure I forgot to update this day but it’s ok. My waist looks so much better in tank tops than before which makes me comfortable to wear them
Day 24: ✅ this update won’t be long since I’m sleepy but my stomach is pretty flat tbh and my legs are so much slimmer

Day 1: hurt like HELL, took so many breaks in between but still feel super accomplished
Day 2: around the same but I did less breaks and felt a little dizzy since I barely drank water today

It actually works i did it for a month first week you really feel it but push and second week you can sorta start seeing results for the rest of it please keep pushing, it truly does work. drink lots of water and eat well! don’t loose motivation and stay consistent or it will be hard to go back on track. good luck 😊

Update- I’m definitely a person that has to wait for a few months to see results. I feel like there is changes but I don’t see it or it’s not a big change. This workout always have me sweating. My back hurts a lot and I shake while doing it but it’s not that bad the first time when you do it however your second time it’s even harder. Shaking plus trying to keep my core tight makes me forget how to breath. My diet is not healthy, I eat whatever I got in my house or handed to me. Does food matter a lot when working out? Now it’s the end of the month and my back does not hurt at all but my legs burn and shake more. I use to do it for 30 minutes(I try to) so I do it 3x and I only do it on weekdays and not the weekends because I thought that was better. Now ima do it everyday but do it for 30 minutes. Ima try to go longer but ima just keep it simple for a bit. Once I start going to the gym ima try to do it for a hour of two but of course different workouts. Oh and I almost forgot. I hate Russian twist, it’s a pain like I would even try to skip it or try to waste the time (I did)

I am going to do this for 2 weeks: I don’t really care about abs I’m just trying to improve for volleyball.
I already have a pretty tiny waist but I don’t have abs quite yet haha
Day one: I did this completely with no breaks, it was difficult but fun. I definitely think I will see results
Day two: kinda sore, it was harder today but I can definitely feel accomplished after I’m down haha
Day three: definitely getting easier! I’m feeling very accomplished so far!!
Day four: super tired, ate a lot of candy during Halloween but didn’t want to miss a day😂😂
Day five: super fun! I did it twice today I was feeling very motivated
Day six: I was super sore today because of volleyball but I still pushed through and feel accomplished
Day seven: today marks a week doing this workout and it gets so much easier and I can still feel like it’s helping me!
Day eight: super sore, but it went ok! And I can definitely see the line for abs now. Keep working hard:)
Day nine: I’m so proud of myself for continuing to do this everyday with no breaks! It was pretty easy today I was tired from schoolwork tho haha

if you do it in two weeks and you get the results you want but then stop doing the workout you’re going to lose your progress because you stopped you have to keep going and do the workout everyday

Bueno, primeramente quiero recalcar dos cosas.
1- Esta rutina la hice un día sí y un día no (Lunes, miércoles y viernes), esto es porque ví que se tiene que dejar descansar el músculo aunque sea un día. Además, descansé los fines de semana. (Se puede decir que sólo hice ejercicio en días laborales.)
2- No hice ningún tipo de dieta especial. Solamente comía con medida 3 veces al día y tomaba mucha agua.
Comencé haciendo esta rutina durante un mes y, ¿Qué puedo decir? El resultado es realmente notorio.
Mi abdomen está mucho más marcado.
También, comencé a intercalar rutinas, esto es que hacía 2 o 3 rutinas de otros videos al día.
Las rutinas de Daisy me han servido de mucho, así que, si aún no han empezado pero tienen la intención, ¡Háganlo!, no se van a arrepentir de absolutamente nada.
Recuerden que cada cuerpo es distinto y quise compartir mi experiencia con ustedes.

@@nayelyposligua5330 pues, si apenas empiezas a hacer ejercicio, pienso que es mejor que comiences con pocas repeticiones o poco tiempo, esto para que poco a poco puedas ir aumentando intensidad y se te facilite hacer las rutinas.
No olvides calentar antes de hacer ejercicio ;))

starting: 5’9, 160lbs, 28.5 waist
Day 1: It was really hard since i never exercise and barely even get out of bed lmao, i got through it anyway with a lot of breaks. russian twists were very hard.
Day 2: was still very hard, it did not seem to get any more easy. I took a lot of breaks. felt the burn really bad. i eat junk food a lot so i wasn’t sure at this point if it was going to work and was a bit discouraged.
Day 3: Was easier than previous days. I am starting to see some results down 1.5lbs😆 To be fair, i am doing some other exercises along this one so i recommend doing this with another one to get faster results
Day 4: was easy to get through!! still had some trouble with russian twists so i did not do the the full minute on that one- my waist has gone down .5 inches so i am very happy to start seeing some results on my waist!! (also i am not dieting)😆😆
Day 5: I did this exercise twice today, once in the morning and once in the evening. was very easy to do (still can’t do russian twists for the life of me😭) but it was not very hard!!
Day 6: VERY EASY!! i got through it very easily and i did more russian twists than i did in previous days. I have lost 2.5 lbs now!! and 1 full inch on my waist!
day 7: woohoo!! a full week!! it had gotten very easy and goes by very fast when i am doing this exercise

Btw for russian twists you dont need to put ur legs up, it will probably reduce more cals, but if it’s too hard maybe try and put legs up for like 5 seconds and each day do it more!
@@olives13 no, if anything you need to keep them up at all times. Focus only on your legs when you do that workout. I usually lift mine higher at the start so I’m no where close to setting them down. It’s probably the most important part of the twist because it’s what’s balancing your waist while your upper body is twisting, that’s what makes it hurt. Hurt is good

Another update after 8 months: Ok so I wanted to come back so that I can share some knowledge lmao. I have found that this workout did help with losing SOME fat off my waist and it did help my abs show a little bit, but if you genetically have a wide rib cage (kinda like me) I think that you will benefit the MOST off of doing back/lat excercises. If you focus on growing your back muscles, it will give you the appearance of a smaller waist:hourglass figure! It’s not talked about a lot, but I just wanted to say that doing ab excercises will only get you so far. Focus on lat excercises and I promise you will get a small waist! (:

@@yamommaaaaa hi! I don’t know about it making your stomach flatter but with this workout, it did give me more of a smaller waist/hourglass looking shape! I think maybe it can flatten out your stomach but you always have to remember to eat clean because diet is everything!

Day 1: ✅ Was pretty easy since im kinda used to working out and have a somewhat strong core, either way i really felt a burn but im not sore so ill see if i do this twice a day :D
Day 2: ✅ did it with a 20min full body pilates workout. I wanted to say that i am a pretty active person (15k steps a day + other workouts apart from this one) and also im in a caloric deficit and not eating any type of junk food, all of this to say that this workout its not gonna be efective by itself, you need to be in a caloric deficit to see results and my results are obviously gonna be different from yours !

Day 4: ✅ i am kinda sick so i didn't really have the energy to exercise but still did it before going to sleep 💪🏻 you will never catch me skipping it, im getting abs if its the last thing i DO. Either way i felt the burn and wanted the workout to finish ASAP but the exercises were easier to do. Im not seeing a lot of results, just a tiny little bit more ab definition, ik im not gonna get full results by the 4th day but its a little discouraging ngl, either way ill do it for 10 more days and if i dont see results by then im changing the workout 😊. Im also thinking of adding a Chloe Ting flat belly workout (didnt do it today bc i didnt have the energy) so ill see if i have the strength to do bothh

Day 6: ✅ doneee. Today i started the Lidia Mera summer pilates 7 day challenge and im planning on doing it for 2 or 4 weeks :)
Day 7: 🚫 im SO sorry but today i was out all day (until 11pm) and i just felt kinda sick. I ate terrible today but wtv, tommorow ill do some cardio, restart the lidia mera challenge and do this workout alongside eating healthy again :(
