@@Hahahahahahhha78899 okay so I forgot to answer but here I am but first you need to know that I already has a bit of abs and a small waist (for the body type not to brag) so I actually did it for 5 days in a raw and I feel like my top abs got bigger and my waist got a little flatter
as my top abs got bigger I just stopped doing it and btw if you're a beginner of doing workouts at home or even if sometimes you workout, this ones might be kinda difficult the first 2-3 days but keep going we're going to achieve that summer body!!

Tip: If you feel more strain in your neck, that means you’re not engaging your core. Really focus on using your ab muscles instead of your neck or back to compensate for the pain or engagement with your abs! Keeping your lower body flat will help. I hope I explained it well lol
I am in pain at the moment, I have been doing this twice a day for three days now, I swear to god my stomach, or "core" feels on fire. 🤣
Also if you breath in through your nose and out through your mouth forcefully it helps engage your core

guys I just wanna say I’ve been doing this workout and another one of hers for about a month every single day and I’m down 14 pounds and 4 inches on my waist. I started at 133 and now I’m at 119!!! so so so happy edit: Im now 115💪🏼 reached my goal✨

。。i stan too many groups Actually i haven't cut out any food groups. I eat every thing in moderation!! yup cake and cookies too. my fav night snack is ice cream. Remember that there are no bad foods for you. what's bad is the excess of anything. Also, sometimes Im using my moms Herbalife products. They are so so SOOO helpful and very tasty. Lmk if you want to try them.

I know no one will likely see this but I just want to say that I’ve been super self conscious of my weight lately as I’ve been on the line between average and overweight and it was hard but recently I’ve started trying to moderate portion sized as well as eat an 80% whole and fiber rich diet. On top of trying to do 2 of Lilly’s workouts a day 6 days a week. (Without repeating any workouts) so that things stay fresh and new and fun. (I’ve also been occasionally going on walks to the gym with my bestie) So far I’ve only done this for almost a week but I’ve already noticed improvements in my body. I haven’t necessarily lost a significant amount of weight just yet. I usually fluctuate between 141 and 138lbs but recently weighed 136. But I’ve noticed that my stomach has become leaner and Lilly’s workouts are becoming easier as I go and I no longer have to take as many breaks. My ab lines believe it or not are just barely barely barely starting to show and it makes a big improvement in my confidence just knowing that I’m taking care of my body. Thank you Lilly and I hope everyone who may read this has an amazing fitness journey and knows they are beautiful no matter what. Good luck and consistency is key! Love you all! ❤️🔥

Thank you so much for the comments and likes. Ngl, I'm very proud of myself. It wasn't easy, but it was also not as hard as I thought it would be. Regarding the results, I'm more than pleased. Not only I have a flatter, less fat stomach but I also have the first three lines of abs well drawn. I was in a pretty good shape to begin with, but now my waist is definetely more snatched and defined, I have lost some fat around the hips area as well.
I'm super happy and proud.
I will continue this exercise, I will keep editing this comment to let you guys know if I get some more results even. I need to work on my thighs now, and you will find an other one of my comments under one of Chloe Ting's slimmer thigh workout, where I'll let people know how efficient her workout will be. I've been doing this exercises for 3 days and i actually see a big difference. I couldn't measure myself until yesterday but in one day I lost 3 cms of my lower belly and 1 cm of my waist. I also have to say that I'm improving my eating habits, I don't do any diet but I try to eat more healthy.

I want to start off by saying I have exercise induced asthma, and I find it difficult to feel like I have had a great workout, because I have to stop and reach for my inhaler, and feel totally wiped out. I have yet to feel this way with the videos I have tried. If I can do it, I know you can do it!
DAY 1: it burns! I am sweating! But I feel amazing. I just finished her "Lose Fat in 7 days (belly, waist &abs)" video THIS morning, so doing another in the afternoon...🥵🔥!
Day 2: not as bad as yesterday, but it is still tough; I am on the verge of sweating, and I am pretty warm. My core is feeling great, though!
Day 3: it was tough to complete. My core is burning through almost every movement! (Doing this at 5am probably doesn't help, though) lol
Day 4: I am feeling the burn! My abs are on fire! I am starting to see an ab crack at the top of my stomach! It's subtle, but it's there.
Day 5: it was slightly easier. I am definitely seeing improvement, and it makes me so excited!
Day 6: about the same as yesterday; it isn't quite as hard, but you feel it!
Day 7: YAY! Half way there! I am feeling amazing, the workout is slowly getting easier, but it still burns. I lost a 3/4 of an inch around my waist, and a 1/2 inch around my lower belly! And I still have 7 days to go!
Day 8: surprisingly, it wasn't that hard to do today.
Day 9: getting a bit easier, but I still feel a burn.

I haven’t done the past two days because ive been insanely busy with senior activities and such but im gonna start again today. Im so proud who everyone who is doing this. It’s a hard challenge. This is one of the first workouts we’re I felt like crying because I wanted to give up through each workout . I just finished day 9 and I can definitely see the results! My stomach is almost flat in the morning, though I had a post-pregnancy belly pooch just a few weeks ago. And my stomach doesn’t get bloated anymore even after big dinner. Also I found that the more I exercise, the stronger I get which allows me to engage my core muscles and leads to even better results.

This May I'll be at a year since I started, and have went from around 165lbs to 123(was the last time I weighed myself about 4 months ago-sorry my scales broke). On another note, I'd probably have gotten to where I am now much sooner, but I've been sick, had other health issues, and the fact that I've been taken off work and in the middle of filing disability when I started(I was off for 2yrs just sitting around) so I've really struggled with more than just exercising, but ESP at first building all the fatty back up. So thank you again, bc I've struggled with a LOT, and you helped pull me from somewhere dark back into light!!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
THE MOST INTENSE WORKOUT I'VE EVER DONE.
i could feel my core I've been doing wrong from months and didn't discover this lady soon but i stayed consistent even though i was doing wrong so im gonna update y'all.

Day four: My neck don't hurt anymore doing the exercises, and I feel so proud noticing that my moves are improving!
Day five: I was really busy, so I end up using day five as a rest day.

day 1: ✅ it felt really good today! feeling very motivated
day 2: ✅ i was sooooo sore because i havent consistently worked out my abs in awhile
day 3: ✅ i did not want to do it today because of yesterday but i pused through and i'm very proud of myself
day 4: ✅ TODAY WAS SO GOOD! i didn't use any of the modifications today and the burn felt really good
day 5: ✅ i’m going on a trip today but i managed to squeeze it in before i left
day 6: ❌ i didn’t have any time today but i went on a 3 hour hike in the mountains so that was the workout for today. i get back early tomorrow so i will definitely be doing it!
day 7: ✅ i felt a really good burn today. this is helping me with consistency because i actually get excited to workout now. i still didn't need to use any modifications so i guess missing a day didn't have any effect on me. I wish marked myself at the beginning of the journey but i forgot so ill do it now!

day 8: ✅ today was a little harder and my form definitely wasn't as good but I still got through it. i decided ill do the measurements every other day so ill update tomorrow!
day 9: ✅ i was really tired and unmotivated but i made myself get up and do it. whenever my period is about to come i start getting bloated so that has been taking away my motivation because i feel like im not making any progress. im still going to keep doing it and im considering doing it for another 14 days.

day 10: ✅today was a good day! i definitely feel stronger. before i started doing this workout i did have a small amount of visible abs but i think i can see some coming in (unless im seeing things). i decided after i finish the 14 days i will do another one of her workouts and log my progress on there. can't wait for tomorrow!
day 11: ✅wow i really felt it today. i cant believe it has almost been 2 weeks already!

day 12: ✅ it was a good day today! i actually went to the doctor today and found out i was 128lbs. i'm almost done with the 2 weeks! ive done this so much that i've memorized the order of the sets!
day 13: ✅ it was a little challenging to do it today and i ended up having to do a modification but that is ok because i pushed through and finished it! i'm going to do the measurement tomorrow because its the last day but tbh i'm not expecting much of a change from my last measurement. even if i don't get the results i was hoping for i'm proud of myself for being consisting (except for the one day). achieving your dream goal does take time and not just 14 days so i will be continuing with a different workout!

In no way will all this happen in this ammount of time suggested but trust me u will see a difference :)

Short Back story possible TW-
I was always an overweight kid but when I was age 12-13 (2017-2018) I got to a dark place and actually developed an ED and got a little underweight that being said though I wasn’t particularly skinny at all it was only because I went from being always overweight to just under the ‘healthy weight’. After about 1.5 yrs I tried chocolate for the first time again and I quickly turned from barley eating anything to secretly binging in my room and I pretty much put all the weight back on and left me in a even darker place this was feb2020 so I started to lose some weight again and this is where I found Lilly I was just doing some small workouts just which ever ones I was feeling that day and never really stuck to do one workout every single day for however long it it says so, here we are she’s helped me so much gain some more confidence back right now I am in between both of my weights in the past (not a small as I was but not as big as I was but still need to lose some) so now I’m doing this to get some more confidence and lose the rest of the excess fat around the belly where I put it on.
I am also doing this with her arm workout (sexy shoulders and arms) and maybe a 5-6minute workout depending on the day.
Sorry for the rant ly all and remember stay strong you got this!!

Just wanna come on here and say that this works so much!! I did it for 2 weeks before I went to Miami and the results were truly amazing! Could definitely notice a difference in my waist :) also I like doing the flutters with just my legs up (put arms under your butt for back support) and the 100s I do sitting up instead of laying down

Day 8] I skipped the last 4 exercises today cause i am sleepy... but today morning i did see some changes. I am hoping to see a significant change after my periods which will be arriving soon

@BornConfussed if you feel a strain in your neck try leading with your stomach first rather than your neck. To do this before you come up in a sit up sort of flex your stomach then come up like that with it flexed or you can even try leading with your chest- if it helps try to keep your neck in one position good luck!!🍀

I used to do chloe tings workouts but I just couldn’t keep to it because I saw exercise as more of a chore rather than something to look forward to. I discovered your channel and I’m so glad I did because I feel that I’m going to be able to stick to it because your seem such a warm and nice person and I actually enjoy working out finally!!! Afternoon I had - one chapati, green leaves , and an egg
Evening I took - green tea
And at night I had - milk , any vegetable curry with chapati

So I've been changing my diet for about three weeks now and also did some workouts. But since I only feel exhausted from them and dont feel the burn, I'll just try to do this instead! :)

Day 1: well i didn't quite feel the burn, just exhausted. But I already did one ab workout before (and as I said, I've been doing regulary workouts) flutter kicks will forever be my enemy tho. Cant wait for tmr!
Day 2: I did this in the morning and now felt the burn in the upper abs! Also guys, I read that somr of u struggle with ur neck hurting. Tip from me is that u also lift ur shoulders from ur mat, this way it won't hurt that bad! Especially during flutter kicks ;)
Day 3: Puh! I really put my heart into this workout today, totally sweating. But reminder guys : it's worth it!
Day 4: slowly I'm starting to think I'm doing sth wrong, because I dont feel a burn haha. Lets see if theres a difference after 14 days!
Day 5: well well, i just keep sweating in my face hahaha. But today I noticed that i get up for those crunches way easier and faster!
Day 6: puhh! I really recommend doing this exercise in the morning or afternoon but never in the evening haha! This way u feel a lot stronger. Also guys keep ur right breathing in mind: inhale when u extend ur body (going down after a crunch and putting ut hands above ut head) and exhale when u comr up! Today I saw my abs more toned, but I also do a three min abs exercise from someone called yuri on ytube twice before this workout and one after! Keep pushing!!!
Day7: Again, I really recommend doing this in the morning for more strength! But if you'd like to look very toned in the morning, do this exercise in the evening (but this way it's really exhausting)
Day 8: WHOOP WHOOP! Starting second week 😍 really looking forward to this everyday! Did it in the afternoon after hip dips workout, fet super strong today!
I did a two days break haha! I focused on mainly cardio these days, went jogging 1h per day (30min in the morning and 30min in the evening). I still did my daily three Min abs workout tho! Adding 1min of plank!
Day 9: I definetely feel the burn now, haha! I was still very toned on my break, if anyone wanna know. But I was snacking yesterday I lot, so I didnt had my flat tummy anymore haha. But it's okay, guys. Snacking makes me happy and we should never regret it, if it made us happy!

Day 11: puh! Did this 30mins after waking up, definitely felt a burn!
Forgot to update the last days, but I did them!
Overall: i lost 2cm around the waist 😍 even after my cheat day I still looked very toned on the next day!
I also did her lower abs workout (added an day 4) along this one
Personally I recommend doing legs/butt workout before doing the abs, if you want to do a whole body workout!
Huge thank you to Lilly, I’ve been doing this workout everyday for a month and I see changes(lost weight) I will continue doing this workout to get to my goal.

@@berramadak1070 Hey, I stopped due to personal reasons but I'm starting again, but I did start to see results on day 3 but I was also doing a mixture of this, one of her other workouts and grow with jojo. Hope that helps😊

Ugghh Lilly ALWAYS kills me! I feel like my core is pretty strong now but the types of exercises and the order she puts them in are absolutely brutal. She really knows how to get that burn going!
Wow! These exercises burned ❤🔥🔥🔥 advice to others:
1. Try not to use your neck
2. Take breaks when you need to. You know your limits!
3. Think about something other than the burn, like how strong your core is going to be!
4. Don't give up! Keep pushing through!
5. Think about how much easier it will be once you've done these exercises a few times!

Hi did u do any food diet or something like that and did u do a different workout with this one cause I’m on day 5 it’s getting somewhere but I just wanted to know if there’s anything more I could do
@@nadiagabel3792 I suggest going on walks for like 30 minutes and don’t restrict yourself!! Just control portion sizes.

Day 2: ✅Didn’t sweat as much, but stomach was still on fire!!
Day 3: ✅slowly getting used to it..
