@@naomicampbell6778 Actually it felt like a relief to me, but I made sure I was doing everything right. I guess it's just different to everyone. It often feels easier when I do exercises that require movement, like bicycle crunch, instead of for example ab hold, where you just lie still.
Good job! I remember when I first started and I had to pause so many times during the sitting crunches + oblique crunches and couldn’t do many. Now I can do them without stopping :)
I did this work out at least 5 times a week a few months before my wedding in 2023 and it made a huge difference. Starting back up again now. Wish me luck!

Support your head with your hands so you don't feel pain in your neck. Also focus on ab muscles because if your neck hurts that meand that you're using wrong muscles
It has been a month since I have been doing this workout and have lost 0.8kg. Fat percentage has reduced by 6.1% and fat mass by 4.2kg as I have gained muscle too. It definitely works. It is a 10 min workout but I take around 15 mins to complete it as I really focus on the moves and can't do that without taking any rest yet. Plus I also do a 10 min strength training along with it . I have gone from being obese and not being able to take a two storeyed stair ..to being overweight and going up and down those same stairs atleast 5 times a day without being tired at all.(I know this is not a lot for some people but it is a lot for me.) I have noticed that my endurance and strength have gone up and I have definitely become stronger. I still have a lot of work to do but I am just so happy. Thank you Pamela for this wonderful workout. And for all those who are starting their fitness journey...please do it. Any type of movement is better than not moving at all. All of us can take out 10 mins a days for ourselves and we owe that to us. Happy fitness journey to us :)

This workout is so effective! I've only been doing it for a week and a half and I can already see my abs peaking through - and feeling a lot stronger!!
I've been doing this every day for 2 weeks now and it's my favorite ab workout ever! I literally wake up and crave this workout because it's the only workout that actually helps me wake up with a flatter, tighter stomach the next day. I've already lost an inch off my waist but I'm going to do this workout for a month and see what results I get.

I have seen some people posting abt their progress on here so just thought I would share mine. I’m on day 10 today and you guys - it has gotten so much easier!! It’s definitely worth sticking to! Once I got to day 8 I was finally able to hold the hold before the plank without any break or support from my arms and feel super proud! I will start doing daily updates now bc it kinda feels like a little journal and diary and I’m excited to share my experience. Other than it feeling easier I have noticed definition and can now feel my abs when I feel my stomach! I do still have a slight layer of fat on my stomach but I have also lost some. Once I get rid of that layer I won’t only have useable abs but also visible abs! Another thing, - ik I’m rambling - I started doing this daily because I wanted to feel most confident in my body during my upcoming spring break trip to Florida but recently I have fallen into a habit and it actually bring me joy to do it. You got this, keep pushing! Share your progress too below!! Day 11: still difficult to extend legs all the way down when doing exercises like leg lift or jack knives. Overall still doing good and sticking with it! Day 12: much easier just had trouble getting myself to do it Day 13: almost two weeks! I have a tip, It's a bit easier if you close your eyes or not look at her doing it because her fast pace makes me feel like I need to keep up, making me more tired. Doing it at your own pace without the added stress of how fast she's going helps!
Try to do it in your oen pace and try to concentrate on your self not on her. She is a professional, some of us are more like beginners. Leave a like so I can keep updating! Day 1: Very difficult, no difference obviously. Day 2: Exercise was a lot easier, was able to take less breaks, no change in stomach. Day 3: Exercise was so much easier! Only took 1 break this time! Slight ab definition but overall no changes. Day 4: Only needed one break 6 minutes in to the video! Starting to develop a line down my stomach. Not much though. Day 5: No breaks!!! Starting to develop some abs down the sides but no abs yet. Day 6: Starting to develop some abs! Stomach is becoming a tiny bit flatter. Day 7: Same as day 6 Day 8: Stomach got quite a bit flatter, and abs are slowly coming in! Day 9: Same as day 8 Dag 10: The line going down my stomach became a lot more toned then before and stomach became a tiny bit flatter. Day 11: Stomach got a tiny bit flatter and I am getting some abs on the sides.
I love the no break lol I can't stand videos with breaks anymore Edit: now that I started weight-lifting, PReif videos are just easy warm ups! I finally got abs- and it’s from actually using weights to build the muscle 💪

For those who likes to compare. Pamela doesn't give us break that's why it feels more intense. Chloe gives us break. They both helped millions of people out there. I follow and love them both. YT Rainz yeah they are visible but keep in mind you also have to lose weight to see abs because belly fat is covering them, i went on a not very strict diet and it worked, litterly all you have to do is not eat fatty foods and use common sense on what your putting in your body

Starting this workout again 1/16/24! Have a little bit of a hormonal/mom tummy from PCOS and I’ve been a wee bit sad after my older sister passed away in a violent manner, so I have not been eating great. Gained at least 30 lbs in the past year and my goal this year is to lose it and get myself back. To be confident in my body! We can all do this!! Don’t give up ❤

READ THIS: Unless you're a pro, please take breaks. The goal here is to do these workouts while holding the correct form. The form is the most important thing here. If y'all continue it for 10 mins its never gonna be the same cos a little break really enhances the performance I swear. Also, please take notes on where to hold your breath and where to breath that too matters a lot. Also keep in mind that we targeting the abs here so that's where yo tention should be

Starting a 1 month consistency challenge! This belly fat must go🤣 Day 1: Did it without any breaks but also did simpler versions because my days it’s difficult. I haven’t worked out in 8 months due to back sprain and I’ve become sedentary in my movements. Day 2: took a lot of breaks. Simplifies fewer exercises. The breaks were due to replying to texts as I worked out. Day 3: I’m pretty sure I took a tiny bit more breaks and simplified some because I’m not superwoman! My body hurts so much from the other two days 😂. Will be better next time. I really can’t wait for me to give myself a rest day. That’s all for now folks Day 4: (Happy new year!) skipped because I needed to recover Day 5: insomnia was kicking my ass so I lacked energy all day! We’ll continue tomorrow!💕 Starting over because I don’t know how I went 5 days without working out. I disassociate from my goals way too much. Day 1: completed. I event managed to get through most part of the oblique exercises this time. Asides then little no no breaks where I could help it. Day 2: went well I didn’t take a lot of breaks. Well I have been doin pamelas workouts for more than a year and last week out of curiosity I tried chloes workout and the burn WAS THERE! It’s just a different type of burn I guess.
This video HUMBLED me. I’ve been doing another UA-camr’s ab workouts (which are amazing) but this one definitely challenged me. I could probably only get through 60% of the workout… Well done!!

Dark Phoenix If you have neck pain, you did the exercises wrong... you have to tense your stomach muscles. It will be more effective and your neck shouldn‘t hurt then.

I've been doing this every day for 2 weeks now and it's my favorite ab workout ever! I literally wake up and crave this workout because it's the only workout that actually helps me wake up with a flatter, tighter stomach the next day. I have seen some people posting abt their progress on here so just thought I would share mine. I’m on day 10 today and you guys - it has gotten so much easier!! It’s definitely worth sticking to! Once I got to day 8 I was finally able to hold the hold before the plank without any break or support from my arms and feel super proud! I will start doing daily updates now bc it kinda feels like a little journal and diary and I’m excited to share my experience. Other than it feeling easier I have noticed definition and can now feel my abs when I feel my stomach! I do still have a slight layer of fat on my stomach but I have also lost some. Once I get rid of that layer I won’t only have useable abs but also visible abs! Another thing, - ik I’m rambling - I started doing this daily because I wanted to feel most confident in my body during my upcoming spring break trip to Florida but recently I have fallen into a habit and it actually bring me joy to do it. You got this, keep pushing! Share your progress too below!!
Day 11: still difficult to extend legs all the way down when doing exercises like leg lift or jack knives. Overall still doing good and sticking with it!
Day 12: much easier just had trouble getting myself to do it
Day 13: almost two weeks! Going strong
Day 14/15: missed yesterday(14) bc of a bday party so maybe it up today(15) - you’d be surprised at how missing one day would make it so much more difficult - still going tho!

Try to do it in your oen pace and try to concentrate on your self not on her. She is a professional, some of us are more like beginners. Day 1: Very difficult, no difference obviously.
Day 2: Exercise was a lot easier, was able to take less breaks, no change in stomach.
Day 3: Exercise was so much easier! Only took 1 break this time! Slight ab definition but overall no changes.
Day 4: Only needed one break 6 minutes in to the video! Starting to develop a line down my stomach. Not much though.
Day 5: No breaks!!! Starting to develop some abs down the sides but no abs yet.
Day 6: Starting to develop some abs! Stomach is becoming a tiny bit flatter.
Day 7: Same as day 6
Day 8: Stomach got quite a bit flatter, and abs are slowly coming in!
Day 9: Same as day 8
Dag 10: The line going down my stomach became a lot more toned then before and stomach became a tiny bit flatter.
Day 11: Stomach got a tiny bit flatter and I am getting some abs on the sides.

My progress so far:
Day one: ✅ my next was hurting SOO bad and the next day my stomach was really sore but I’m still going!!
Day 2: ✅ my stomach was hurting after and my legs but not as much as yesterday.
Day 3: ✅ the exercises are not as bad but my leg hurts. my neck doesn’t hurt anymore. Also, I see verryyy faint abs if I look in the mirror!! I’m not giving up!!

Starting this workout again 1/16/24! Have a little bit of a hormonal/mom tummy from PCOS and I’ve been a wee bit sad after my older sister passed away in a violent manner, so I have not been eating great.

Unless you're a pro, please take breaks. The goal here is to do these workouts while holding the correct form. The form is the most important thing here. If y'all continue it for 10 mins its never gonna be the same cos a little break really enhances the performance I swear. Also, please take notes on where to hold your breath and where to breath that too matters a lot. Also keep in mind that we targeting the abs here so that's where yo tention should be

Starting a 1 month consistency challenge! This belly fat must go🤣
Day 1: Did it without any breaks but also did simpler versions because my days it’s difficult. I haven’t worked out in 8 months due to back sprain and I’ve become sedentary in my movements.
Day 2: took a lot of breaks. Simplifies fewer exercises. The breaks were due to replying to texts as I worked out.
Day 3: I’m pretty sure I took a tiny bit more breaks and simplified some because I’m not superwoman! My body hurts so much from the other two days 😂. Will be better next time. I really can’t wait for me to give myself a rest day. That’s all for now folks

Starting over because I don’t know how I went 5 days without working out. I disassociate from my goals way too much.
Day 1: completed. I event managed to get through most part of the oblique exercises this time. Asides then little no no breaks where I could help it.
Day 2: went well I didn’t take a lot of breaks. This is the only workout I did today

day 1: no results, workout was challenging
day 2: did the workout 2 times. no results
day 3: VERY SORE but im not as bloated anymore
day 4: skipped cause it was a Saturday :)
day 5: no big changes but workout got easier.
day 6: Abs are slowly coming in and stomach got so much flatter!
day 7: No big changes
day 8: Did the workout twice again and it was getting easier
day 9: No big changes
day 10: you can see ab outlines much clearer than before(still faint tho) and my waist got so tiny WOAH
day 11: Break day :)
day 12: No big changes
day 13: You can really see the ab outlines than before
day 14: YAYYY okay well I wouldn't say I have abs abs but you can see slight outlines. But overall, my stomach got so much flatter, and im not bloated anymore!

(I do this workout and Chloe's ab workout, and I finish it off with a cardio workout! thats why I saw my results a lot faster!)

Well I have been doin pamelas workouts for more than a year and last week out of curiosity I tried chloes workout and the burn WAS THERE! It’s just a different type of burn I guess.

Dark Phoenix If you have neck pain, you did the exercises wrong... you have to tense your stomach muscles. It will be more effective and your neck shouldn‘t hurt then.

This is by far the most effective pamela workout, i have tried almost all abs workouts of pamela and this is the only one that gives me overnight results each time❤
