Guys these workouts seriously work I lost about 5 pounds starting from like mid June till now mid July. I was 138 and now 133 but I was not eating healthy or like cutting down what I eat so I feel that really slowed my progress but I do this workout with a couple more of her hourglass abs 2x a day then do 2 more 10 min back workouts from different channels. SO basically 1 hr of exercise a day and COUNT CALORIES if u want to lose weight count ur calorie intake then burn more than u eat. I have just started a calorie deficit last week and I already see results. For example my 1hr of workout burns about 400 cal so I set my daily calorie intake to 500 so i'm only keeping 100 cal a day and burning the rest. Again I have had many breaks and skipped many days but it all works out in the end!!! Consistency is key even if u take breaks keep going!! (Also I am a teenager so ur experience may be different!🫶🫶)
EDIT!! the calorie deficit that I explained wasn't correct and actually u need to calculate ur daily necessary calories (maintenance calories) then subtract by 300-400 then that's the amount you intake and everybody's maintenance depends on height weight and exersise level :)

these are so reasonable i love these i can even do these on my period after the initial two days and normally i get a lot of cramps i’m also a recovering anorexic so maybe my cramps r worse bc of that i did get my period back finally and it hit hard but i love these bc they’re good and it’s calming

Hey, doing this workout every day isn't any different than doing it every 2nd day. Your muscles need to rest in order to build. If you're doing it every day, you're probably doing more wreckage than good. Ask Google or an A.I. to know more, please. Also, all muscles need a rest, so maybe try doing a routine like Mon: Glute day Tuesday: wtv abs(resting glutes) wed: Glutes (resting abs) Thurs: Rest. Etc! Again, if you do this everyday for 2 months straight, there won't be any difference than doing it every 2nd day for 2 months. 💗
Also, I'm assuming here when you say to look better at school, I assume you mean to look more shaped, which would ofc happen it u do muscle workouts. Just keep in mind that if u have a lot of stomach fat or fat wherever you want toned, workouts don't spot reduce the fat . So if you have, for example, stomach fat and you're doing ab exercises to get abs, you should do CARDIO as well to get abs that show.

whichever one that resonates with you the most, i’m sure that you like certain ones more than others. personally, i like daisy’s two newest ones the most, those are the ones that i will be rotating between. i usually repeat 3x, so i would choose 3 videos. or i could do one video repeat 3x and then next time do the other video repeat 3x. it all depends.
I did 1 for a year pretty much daily and that alone absolutely gave me desired results (plus I was eating good). Now I eat less healthy just because it's the best I can do with my schedule and I do both 1 and 2 every other day and the results are very good! So basically whatever works for you!! I'm sure they all work and whatever you like, try it out!
i switch them up! i find the first one she posted like 2 years ago the toughest so I'll do that when I feel like I have the most energy but her two newest are most enjoyable for me so ill usually switch off between those two and use them as finishers along with longer workouts

Question guys, of all the parts 1-4 as well as the 8-min cinch waist which combination is the best to do and how many times a day of each?
whichever one that resonates with you the most, i’m sure that you like certain ones more than others. personally, i like daisy’s two newest ones the most, those are the ones that i will be rotating between. i usually repeat 3x, so i would choose 3 videos. or i could do one video repeat 3x and then next time do the other video repeat 3x. it all depends.
I did 1 for a year pretty much daily and that alone absolutely gave me desired results (plus I was eating good). Now I eat less healthy just because it's the best I can do with my schedule and I do both 1 and 2 every other day and the results are very good! So basically whatever works for you!! I'm sure they all work and whatever you like, try it out!
i switch them up! i find the first one she posted like 2 years ago the toughest so I'll do that when I feel like I have the most energy but her two newest are most enjoyable for me so ill usually switch off between those two and use them as finishers along with longer workouts
