      WAit so I this is just the pre workout before actually doing the workout I thought this was the workout in all like this is all I have to do but it says it’s to build you up before you do your actual butt workout I’m confused.     okay sooo .. this workout is actually really good , I’ve been doing is for about 2 weeks and have seen a little bit of growth , my friends tell me it looks super plumped more than like it used to be , my butt was big , the thing is ,I wanted to tone it down and gain more muscle , and it’s been working 😼 , so if you don’t see results it’s okay , they don’t come as quick , it just takes time , mwah I love you beautifuls 💕

    This workout is super effective I swear I stopped doing this workout a year ago but my butt is still in shape bec I worked out for a month before I stopped, when I first started working out I had no butt but only for less than a month my hips were so in shape

    I’m sooo excited to use this activation video with combined movements !! I’ve been using your other Glute activation ..the video from six months ago whenever you put it out ..I’ve used it so much that I know exactly what exercise is coming up next 🙃it has definitely improved my Glute game!     I have been doing this as the actual workout and i can highly recommend it. I've got a bigger,stronger and rounder booty. I do it 3 times a week and i just add 50 secs sumo squat pulses and knee squats instead of frog kicks and starfishes because i cannot do it lol.

    Doing this for 2 weeks before going to sleep
    Day 1:✅️easier than I thought,but I definitely feel the burn

      I suggest you to skip a day and do it the next day cause it will be easier for you to do & while if you wanna focus on another part of your body like your stomach or your waist do a workout that helps with that 👍🏽

    I’ve been doing this for maybe 1-2 weeks. I don’t do it everyday because I like to switch it out with either doing thigh workouts or waist and abs bla bla but anyways. Girl. This workout damn I saw a big difference after just a couple days. This peach GREW.

    Doing an update (hopefully) each day to see any results💗
    Day 1: Slightly out of breath, butt feels fine no difference🤷‍♀
    UPDATE: so I didn't realize it's been over 7 MONTHS now cause I completely forgot about this workout, Ive been really really busy w other stuff & my varsity sports so I stopped this glutes workout. BUTTTT If u really want results, just be consistent with this workout and make longer sets everyday.

    Es el segundo dia haciendo la rutina, mis piernas me duelen pero es parte del proceso
    Tercer día, sude más pero se siente bien. No he visto muchos cambios pero la vit a seguir haciendo.
    Agregue una nueva rutina, sude mucho más, veo mis glúteos más levantados, con el mismo volumen pero más levantados

    !!Doing this for 30 days with Keech waist cinching workout!! ✅ COMPLETED ✅
    ------------------
    *Starting Waist: 24 inches*
    *Starting Butt: 86.5 cm (34 inch)*
    *Ending Waist: 23 inches*
    *Ending Butt: 88 cm (34.65 inch)*
    ------------------
    Day 1: Not too bad but I could feel the burn. Super excited to start doing this!!
    Day 5: Still pretty hard for me, stomach is getting flatter
    Day 10: Way easier now! Seeing a small bit of progress. I also recommend doing these in front of a mirror to check your form!
    Day 15: Lot a bit of motivation and ALMOST skipped, but I sucked it up and did them today💪! I’ve also added a few different workouts to help my end goal such as heel touches, stomach vacuums, and a bit of weight training.
    Day 20: Results are showing like crazy! I’ve also been eating a bit healthier (or trying to hehe). Super motivated again 👍
    Day 25: Only 5 more days! Might wait a week to let booty grow before doing final comparisons
    Day 30: Ayyyy last day! I’m gonna wait 5 days till I do comparisons to let my body rest a bit, then i’m gonna start a new workout routine. My butt feels much harder, and I think I gained some muscle weight! Overall very happy with this workout and would recommend it with a bit of weight training to help build muscle!
    Final Update: Overall super happy! I love my body way more now, and I definitely recommend this workout, but the key is to stay determined and do it every day no matter what! I wish you all a successful journey

    I would love if you could recommend a resistance loop from the beginning so I don’t have to stop to get up and get mine ☺️ I know it’s optional, but I incorporate resistance in every chance I get and was not aware this workout with incorporate moves that would be using a resistance loop!

    Conclusion: only do this if its hard for you for me as soon as it started being easy there was almost no improvement

    Day 1:Measurement: 85 cm Pain: 2/10 (I was measuring my hips for the first 5 days (too high) so just + or - some mm)

    Day 1: it was ok since I worked out in the past but my legs where tired
    Day 2: it was a.bit the same but it seemed to gotten a bit easy
    Day 3: I think I'm getting the hang of it but I still take a few breaks . I kinda forgot but I went on a trip that lasted a week but I am back.
    Day 4: it was a bit hard but I kept going.
    Day 5: I think I'm getting the hang of it again I just think I need to stretch more because in some excersices I feel a cramp coming.
    Day 6: i feel like it got easier for some reason and i didnt took breaks at all I also like this because it works my lower body and i love it.
    Day 7: I feel fine but then feel like I'm not seeing results no more? Not sure but I will still keep going.
    Day 8: it was not bad I liked it today.
    Day 9: I ahvent came here for 6 days because I started going on runs and didn't have time but today I didn't run so I'm her again and this time it felt nice I didn't took any rest.
    Day 10: i went on a run and wasn't tired so i did this again and i feel my legs are getting tired and felt the burn it was good today.
    Day 11: I took no breaks at all and it wasn't bad at all it was surprisingly good today.
    Day 12: it was good I think am getting more use to it. I do feel my legs a bit tired but I know it will show good results.
    Day 13: it wasn't bad today but I also do other workouts and when I did this one my legs where tired and I do feel the numbness on my booty
    Day 14: I got the hang of it I keep going without taking breaks and I do see results but will still keep going.

    Day 1 :✅sore but felt like going
    Day 2:✅ also sore
    Day 3:✅ this day was more harder than usual and also very sore
    Day 4:✅ feeling good and not as sore
    Day 5:🚫didn't do it because of new years(also happy new year)
    Day 6:✅ updating late but getting used to it now
    Day 7:✅updating late because of my hectic schedule but I'm getting used to it now
    Day 8:✅ I see some difference
    Day 9:✅ im starting to feel more better about my butt and gonna keep going to 30 days

    ( took a little break bec of school stuff) but doing it again

    I used to do this workout but not for the boot, it was for hips dips and this really works. You can see the results in few weeks.

      @@lmfaoveeit probably filled them in and made them look less visible. like yk how hip dips sink in, it most likely made them more wider which will make your hips look wider. if you don’t know what hip dips are then look them up

    Doing it for a month and if it actually works i’ll keep doing it. Update:
    Day 1: ✅ did if 2 times, my legs burnt like crazy .

    I do see results. My butt is more in shape but i still haven’t seen new progress since my day 7. From day 7 to day 14 there is only A LITTLE bit of a change but still im convinced that this works so i really recommend it. Im gonna keep doing it till day 30 and if i see more changes im gonna continue. Im gonna update yall ❤

    Remember you won't see results immediately. People often overestimate what they can do in a day but underestimate what they can do in weeks or months. Be persistent and hang in there and soon I guarantee you will see results. And that goes for anything and everything

    Actually gonna do it for 2 weeks:
    Info: I didn’t change anything in my eating habits specifically for this, I mostly eat carbs and I try to eat fruits and veggies everyday(kale, collards, etc) I only drink water too, I also do waist/ab exercises and I have a fast metabolism and am naturally skinny
    Day 1 - burned a bit but butt workouts are easier for me than any other workouts, got really tired and hot cats though
    Day 2 - I’ve been busy so I haven’t been able to workout but today I did it and it burned a lot at first because I used resistance bands but so far I guess I’ve seen a small difference but I haven’t looked in the mirror too much (also I did this at which is hopefully gonna help me sleep and I do a butt workout after this too)
    Day 3 - burn was a little harder in the beginning but I kept pushing this is my butt workout btw I didn’t use it as an activation this time
    Day 4 - so hard, my stomach felt a bit full and bloated and I felt an intense burn, it was hard to keep going because it was HOT too (in California btw) but I spray water everywhere and kept pushing with fans of course

    Found it long, probably cuz its the first time doing it, my legs just feel a bit tired and some weird burning in my butt and thighs haha! I'm also on a calorie deficit so yeah.

    Found it short now haha, my legs r fine but I have seen some lifting from the last session.
