      @@anjalipassan4022 yes! i did a calorie deficit diet and tried to avoid dairy. i also replaced usual snacks with low calorie fruits like grapes, strawberries, etc. green tea before bedtime is great too! and of course drinking enough water is a huge factor. i did however use some of her other workout videos too

    I've been doing this routine 3 times per week for a month and it has worked wonders!
    I went from 58kg to almost 54kg (I'm 1,60m so for me that's A LOT) and I've gained muscle which I never had before, also my abs are starting to be noticeable and I'm so happy! The best workout for someone with little time to spare because of online school.

      @@vee-ld7gw no, I eat fairly healthy on a daily basis so I didn't change what I eat. I think I even ate a little bit more since I got hungry after excersising.

    ive been douing this for a 6 days now and my arms and legs and stomach got slimmer now i have a tiny stomach!! don give up ill be doing this for 30 days! Ill update!! NEVER GIVE UP i've had those days where i didnt feel motivated to do it everyday but i still did and now i went from skinny fat to almost slim!! i've also been doing this with the 12 min weight loss full body at home workout!!! DONT GIVE UP WL= CONSISTANCY!

      @@frankiekawaii6163 i made sure to stay on a calorie deficit, i like to cook so i would look up calorie deficit foods to eat! for me i eat under 1,500! for some it’s different though!

    Guys I advise you to do this workout not every day, listen to your body, to have stronger muscles you must also let them rest. For this reason I recommend that you train on every other day :)

      I heard this before but I'm a little confused, I know that if you want to grow and strengthen your muscles you have to take breaks so your muscles can rest, but does that apply when your goal is to lose weight?

      @@maryanellen158 Technically, I suppose not since more activity = more calories burned, however, I still think it is better to let your body rest to avoid injury, and it would be more productive and less pain!! 😄😄

    Okay so I will do this and will share my experience...
    Weight - 62 kg
    Day 1:- Done... Yeah it was not that easy but it was fun.... I sweated a lot...
    Day 2:- Done... And I can actually feel the difference in just two days...
    Day 3:- Done... It was easy today...

    Day 7:-Done...
    Sorry I forgot to update...
    My weight is now 60 kg...
    I lost 2 kg by doing this only for 7 days... I also did dance practice...

    * I have some tips for you guys 😁 :
    - Workouts when you really want and in a good health (I mean like you don't feel too tired) 😍
    - Don't forget to drink water before workouts. It's good, so you won't feel so tired doing the workouts 🥤
    - If you can't do some parts because too tired, you can take a rest for a while. (Check it with your heart rate. If the heart rate is fast, take a short rest. It's good to maintain effectiveness 💓
    - Keep trying and praying 🤲🏻
    - Don't make it like a burden 🪨
    - Don't think too much about how is your body shape and your weight ⚖️
    - Just let it flow 🏞️

    Day 1- done. I sweated alot meaning it was a good workout.

    Going to do this everyday for two weeks and track progress here.

    Day 2: Done but with the easier version because my sports bra is in the wash

    Day 6: Had to skip it because I was out all day :(

    Day 10: Done! Its definitely getting easier each time!
    Day 11: Done! While I'm not seeing any visual differences in my body, I definitely feel stronger and fitter :)
    Day 12: Done! Oh my gosh I can't believe I'm nearly finished!

    Day 14: Done! I can't believe I'm finished. For anyone whos looking for proof of results, I lost just over 1kg during these two weeks, but it is very difficult for me to lose weight :)

    Hello everyone.🤗I am a Bangladeshi🇧🇩.I did this workout along with her thigh workout and have lost 1 kg in 2 weeks..I know its less compared to others as my metabolism rate has become low..but I am very happy as I was going through weight loss plateau..But my sister did her weekly planned challenges and lost 1 kg in 1 week(2 kgs in 4 weeks).We both did this under portion control and not following any diet..This is really effective..I love this❤️Thanks a lot Shirlyn Kim❣️❣️❣️

    Day 5:✔️ I thought my waist looked slimmer so I measured it and I went from 25inche waist to 23inche waist. I have also been practicing intermittent fasting for a few weeks so that might also come into play. ♥️
    Day 6: ✔️ I know it sounds weird but I think my face has gotten slimmer? My cheeks aren't as full as what they were, they now only look like apple cheeks. 😅

    Day 1: did this and slim waist workout, it wasnt as hard as i thought it would but im sweating sooo much omg 😫 remember to drink WATERR btw!!!!

    Day 3: today i wasnt feeling well emotionally yet i still managed to do it! this and the stomach bloating workout:))

    this workout is so enjoyable, its definitely tiring but it isnt like the ones that make you want to give up straight away im definitely going to do this more so my goal is 2 weeks (14 days). However i struggle a lot with the amount of food i eat but im working on it. good luck to everyone whos trying to lose weight and dont give up, all the work will be worth it in the end!!

    day 3: done ✅, it was harder today though but I can notice my face looking a bit slimmer and my stomach looking less bloated
    day 4: done ✅ I added more of my own workouts this time like more running and jumping exercises. I cant wait for the results to really show soon 😜
    day 5: honestly i struggled so much doing it today, i feel very insecure and i feel chubby. i did an exercise before this one and i just kept forcing myself to finish this one. ive been consistent with these workouts but i really struggle with what and how much i eat. its hard to control my cravings but im still working on it plus its like 100 degrees its challenging to exercise with this humidity. hopefully tomorrow will be better
    day 6: busy today
    day 7: didnt do i was too tired
    day 8: only did 7 minutes, i felt like passing out its a very hot day today but i at least did another work out before this one so i still feel good about myself and ive been eating less and a lot healthier!
    day 9: i changed my mind this isnt very enjoyable LOL but i did half of it today. the arm exercise hurt a lot more than it usually does today.
    day 10: was able to finish it today. i feel strong and fit. my arms muscles are a lot stronger too now even my legs!
    day 11: my feet hurt SM I wasn’t able to do it today
    day 12: did it today and my feet felt better. I can definitely see a difference in my body and face
    day 13: DONE i have one more day left till i reach my goal but im gonna add more because yk i cant just stop exercising. im so happy tho bc this is the first time ive stayed so consistent, i do another workout and ive been doing it for almost a month so i started before this one and i can see big results!!!!

    day 15: DONE im sweating so much
    day 16: DONE was so tired today but i managed to do it

    this workout gets easier for me every day so i think that’s progress ! i haven’t noticed changes in my body yet but ill be sure to let you guys know when i do. as for my diet, i haven’t eaten any junk foods so far and i stop eating when i’m no longer hungry, not when i’m full. i also drink AT LEAST 2 liters a day, and i try my best to stay away from salty foods/ take out. if anyone has any tips to help lose weight faster that would be greatly appreciated!!
