@@anjalipassan4022 yes! i did a calorie deficit diet and tried to avoid dairy. i also replaced usual snacks with low calorie fruits like grapes, strawberries, etc. green tea before bedtime is great too! and of course drinking enough water is a huge factor. i did however use some of her other workout videos too
I've been doing this routine 3 times per week for a month and it has worked wonders! I went from 58kg to almost 54kg (I'm 1,60m so for me that's A LOT) and I've gained muscle which I never had before, also my abs are starting to be noticeable and I'm so happy! The best workout for someone with little time to spare because of online school.

@@frankiekawaii6163 i made sure to stay on a calorie deficit, i like to cook so i would look up calorie deficit foods to eat! for me i eat under 1,500! for some it’s different though!
Guys I advise you to do this workout not every day, listen to your body, to have stronger muscles you must also let them rest. For this reason I recommend that you train on every other day :)
I heard this before but I'm a little confused, I know that if you want to grow and strengthen your muscles you have to take breaks so your muscles can rest, but does that apply when your goal is to lose weight?
@@maryanellen158 Technically, I suppose not since more activity = more calories burned, however, I still think it is better to let your body rest to avoid injury, and it would be more productive and less pain!! 😄😄

Hi guys, I do this workout 4 days a week and I follow it with a yoga video after (in the others 3 days I do weights) so I wanna update my results everyday, today I started : Day 1: it was easy at the first few minutes but it got kinda harder and after I finished I sat with my face covered with sweat and In general I enjoyed doing the workout

this workout is so enjoyable, its definitely tiring but it isnt like the ones that make you want to give up straight away im definitely going to do this more so my goal is 2 weeks (14 days). Hi guys, I do this workout 4 days a week and I follow it with a yoga video after (in the others 3 days I do weights) so I wanna update my results everyday, today I started :
Day 1: it was easy at the first few minutes but it got kinda harder and after I finished I sat with my face covered with sweat and In general I enjoyed doing the workout

* I have some tips for you guys 😁 :
- Workouts when you really want and in a good health (I mean like you don't feel too tired) 😍
- Don't forget to drink water before workouts. It's good, so you won't feel so tired doing the workouts 🥤
- If you can't do some parts because too tired, you can take a rest for a while. (Check it with your heart rate. If the heart rate is fast, take a short rest. It's good to maintain effectiveness 💓
- Keep trying and praying 🤲🏻
- Don't make it like a burden 🪨
- Don't think too much about how is your body shape and your weight ⚖️
- Just let it flow 🏞️

this workout is so enjoyable, its definitely tiring but it isnt like the ones that make you want to give up straight away im definitely going to do this more so my goal is 2 weeks (14 days). I started losing weight yesterday and I think this exercises will be great in case if I eat a bit more calories than I had to :)) I‘ll try to do it for 3 weeks!

this workout gets easier for me every day so i think that’s progress ! i haven’t noticed changes in my body yet but ill be sure to let you guys know when i do. as for my diet, i haven’t eaten any junk foods so far and i stop eating when i’m no longer hungry, not when i’m full. i also drink AT LEAST 2 liters a day, and i try my best to stay away from salty foods/ take out. if anyone has any tips to help lose weight faster that would be greatly appreciated!!
