    I have been using kettlebells for curls, gripping it in a way similiar to hammer curls. The activation of forearms is just awesome..!! Please try this and share it with your viewers if you find it good. Wish you 1million soon 🙂

    Make a video on stretching exercises for forearms. Because if someone is feeling some pain in forearms then what should he do recovery. One thing is to give some rest. And other thing could be stretching exercises.

    Very very correct information.. shukar a kise ne ye logic samne le k aya.. absolutely correct.. we donot need to waste time too much time on wrist curl.. its only the GRIP STRENGTH that makes ur wrist strong..

      First manage your diet at about 300-500 kcals deficit. Cla and carnitine only aid fat loss and that too in a small proportion. Add cardio to your workouts and eat clean. Good luck.

    Sir first of all I'm your biggest fan from northeast Tripura Aapse March koh mila tha humare gym mein tab aap bht jaldi mein the isliye koi tips nhi le paya. Btw I'm a beginner in bodybuilding lockdown k phle jab mein biceps train krta tha tab koi problem nhi ati thi lekin recent mujhe forearms ki niche k side bht pain feel hota hai biceps train krne mein...     One best exercise for forearms
    Just hang on a bar and do 2-2sets with underhand and overhand grip and try to hold the bar as hard as you can with your palms and engage all your fingers
    Boom your forearm workout is done
    I can say this because I'm doing the same
    Guys just give it a try and you will feel the difference in your grip and forearms within 3-4weeks

    I used to that wrist curl and somehow i have injured my wrist. Now it pains whenever i do close grip barbell curl. So what should i do??
    And please can you also make a video of some exercise or stretching of wrists and how to do barbell curls/biceps workout when someone has wrist pain like you explained. Thank & Regards.
