      Just do dead hangs
      Also you can change the hand position to target different

      You should also avoid deadlift, shoulder press and rowing.
      Some time curls can also cause a problem

    Ek forearm exercise we use to do - was rolling the rod tied with the rope and weight at the bottom
    That was a super exercise for forearm

    bhai mey ney last 6-7 months sey FOREARMS bohat bohat hardlly trian kar raha hoon or result bohat bohat achey heen,,,, FOREARMS k sab muscles K 3.3-4.4 SETS LAGA RAHA HOON or 20-24 reps ka 1 set or back and biceps k workout baad porey half-half hour just FORARMS he trian kar raha hoon or wo B BOHAT BOHAT hardlly train kar raha hoon and now I am happy with results

    Mene gym me suna he ki jis din biceps aur triceps ka workout karte he uske sath forearms ki exercise nahi karte. Lekin dusre muscles ki workout ke din forearms ki exercise karni chahiye.

      Viraj Shinde best is to start with australian pull ups and assisted pull ups with bands or getting help from a friend..

      If u dont want blisters on hand and lazy to go to a park/gym, just do negatives on ur door, put a towel on ur door so ur hand isnt hurt. +the door already gives good assistance

    Wrist pain hoga aisa karne se.isiliye forearm exercise karni hai to sirf dumbbell ko hold karke standing position me rahna hai.automatically pressure ayega forearm pe and wrist pain bhi nahi hoga

    🙏🙏 sir me aapka bahut bada sisya hu main 2006 se gym kar raha hu or maine kabhi koi supplement nahi me keval desi diet leta me pure vegetarian bhi hu pichle 2 saal se aapke videos dekh raha hu jisse maine bhaut kuch sikha h sir abhi mere saath ye problem h ki meri right wrist band me jab me biceps leta hu heavy weight as ya fir forearms ki exercise karta hu to usme 2-3 din pain rahta h please sir bataye me kya karu?🙏🙏

    Objection sir.
    Do use strap guys. Sometimes ur back has enough power to do more 2-4 reps but Forearm gives up so we don't achieve failure to grow back muscle. There's many excersise to build Forearm. Do not make comedy with back excersise to build Forearms.
    Training muscle individual is better than mixing
