I have been following you guys since I’ve had my son 17months ago building myself up after pregnancy and c section. The change and endurance in my body is amazing I’m a size 4-6now . I was thinking the other day about a 20mins workout hiit and strength and you guys came out with this amazing workout , my favourite at this present moment . Truly grateful for all that u do ❤
I started working out with you guys since mid September it’s almost the end of November and I’m still with you guys! I lost a bit over 50 lbs and I’m trying to get strong and gone so I can do build muscles! Thanks for this workout!

I started doing this workout a few months ago, only managed to get through 40% before I tap out. After some time, I started finishing the first set, and stopping. Then as I progressed I managed to get through about 70% ish of thr workout. Happy to say after a few months I can now finish the whole video and laughed out loud when I saw the surprise ending 🤣 One of my fave workouts that I keep coming back to. Thank you so much for this! I recommend your videos to my friends who are just starting out since it's so easy to follow and we appreciate the modifications 🥰

Absolutely love that I found your workouts! I have been lifting weights for couple years now switched from straight cardio every day to weights and seen a huge difference. I have hit a plaque I think , Still moving up in weights started at 10lbs and now I'm using 30lbs for my legs so feeling accomplished. I have been trying to incorporate more cardio into my routine though so lighten up body weight. Today I did two 20min cardio hiit workouts instead of weights. I was very skeptical because cardio is boring and makes me sweat way more then weights or at least I thought at first. Leg days are my favorite with weights- normally drenched in sweat! Today I'm drench with no weights. Feeling so good !! Thank You @Juice&Toya!

I did as you suggested in the description and added weights cuffs, weights plates and a medicineball for extra resistance. OMG! This little old lady is sweating😅 Thanks again for another great workout. 👏
My legs is still sore from the 30min hitt workout video I did of yours on Sunday lol I will do this tomorrow or Friday when I’m home…I may need more recovery time lol
Now that the SRC is finished, I’ve set myself my own programme of your workouts for the week and this was a great way to start! I really like the format of these exercises with the strengthening first and then HIIT. That finisher was cheeky though! 😂 Any form of mountain climbers and burpees are my least favourite but I made it through!
Made it through the finisher... But I think the finisher finished me... Will definitely be here in two days to finish the finisher and not feel finished... A big thanks to Juice & Toya... 💥🌶
So it' Friday now and I came back to this exercise and I'm feeling better today... I've finished this and not finish feeling finished so I'll come back in the next Friday... Until then I'll be trying new exercises...
