This has been my only workout for a few months now, I’m 39 never was consistent I hate working out when I saw a full body only 20 min and no repeat I challenged myself that this is the most easy to maintain and comprehensive I only needed to be consistent I did it 3-4 times a week and kept increasing the weight when it got easier, my body is completely transformed I saw muscles toning like never before in my life and still doing it till today even my posture changed I felt I must write this comment to thank you both from the bottom of my heart ❤️

This is the best 20 minute dumbell, no jump workout on UA-cam. Straight forward, logical, good sweat, no fillers. This is my go to when I'm either pressed for time or feeling unmotivated. Recommended to a friend and she uses it regularly as her main workout.
This has been my primary workout for the last 6 months, at least 3 times per week with a long walk on the weekend. Barely having to change my diet I lost over a stone and changed my body shape entirely.

Got out of basic training and AIT in Nov 2020 in the best shape of my life - had my first baby in Nov 2021. Really have struggled to lose the 'baby weight'. I decided a 15 minute workout everyday would be more beneficial than my inconsistent 1 hour heavy duty workout once or twice a week. I started working out to UA-cam videos about 2 weeks ago - every day - and am already seeing changes that I have not been able to accomplish in almost 2 years! Consistency may be mundane, but it is powerful. Really love and look forward to working out with y'all!
Honestly, each day I do these workouts, I feel stronger and stronger. Although I can't make it through the 40 seconds for some, as I'm a beginner, I can honestly tell you I feel great after each workout. I do get better and better at it every time I do this workout. I bet you that within a week from now, I'll be able to do the whole thing! P.S. You guys are awesome! Keeping doing what you're doing to help people improve strength, well-being and confidence! I alternate between this and runs and I freaking love this work out! I’ve been using it now for about two weeks and I really enjoy the fact that there’s no repeats! I hate repeating exercises and I hate doing sets so this is so nice! They’re also really encouraging and I love the modifications! I can’t wait until I can do the 30 minute workouts straight through!!!!! Everyone that comes and works out with me I always show them this video and we do it together because it’s just such a great workout! Also I’m a server so the strength training really helps my endurance during shifts

This is literally the best beginner full body strength workout on the internet. I frequently come back to it when I want to get back into dumbbell workouts and get back into strength and nothing is better than this workout to actually make me feel motivated and like I can do it.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
My husband and I just found y'all channel. I truly appreciate how kid friendly it is! Love how we can press play and not have to worry if our daughter is in the room with us. So refreshing!

Love these workouts. Every workout they have is great. Today have a little cold so these 20 minutes are perfect to get a great workout but not as hard as the 30 or 40 minute ones. Great for beginners too!

I have been working out from home cause of my tight work schedule and I have gotten decent results however I felt the need to add dumbbells to my routine but I was so clueless as to what to do with them. Fast forward to stumbling on this channel last week I have been so happy, challenged yet feeling fulfilled with the routines I have been struggling with my form and knowing when to switch dumbbell sizes or even what part of my body to engage during the workout. I never comment on videos but after finding one of your videos today while planning my workouts for next week I had to click on your channel and I am so glad I did. My husband and I have been workout out at home together for years. We went from free weights to the tonal and now we have been trying to add more UA-cam workouts to follow into our routine 3 times a week. I love your videos because my husband and I are on two different levels workout wise. I have limited range of motion in my right knee and limited in my left shoulder and trying to find something that works for both of us has been challenging which is why we switched things up. I found your videos to be the best we have come across for the both of us. So excited to have your videos and workouts become a staple in our household.

I'm a yoga and pilates girl but have been thinking of putting weights back into my rotation. I saw this come up in my suggestions and decided to try it just with body weight, and I'm glad I did! Super easy to follow, no jumping, no crazy exercises that freak out my knees or my back, but even without weights, I'm sweating! I'll be back for more :)

I’m loving the 20 minute workouts you guys have been posting for days when I’m in a rush. Specifically I LOVE the large variety of weighted ab exercises. I have found lately that many of the exercises posted on other fitness channels are not challenging enough to leave my abs burning the next day. Every time I do a J&T ab workout-regardless of length-I’m always like, “Awww yeah, I’m gonna feel that tomorrow…” You guys are top tier!

Yes, I agree about the "no jump" part too. I can't stand all the jumping/HIIT workouts. Horrible for my knees!

Just finished this workout and enjoyed it. I'm starting over in working out and this was perfect for beginner.

I've been in 'that' time for a while so welcome to the club! I tried going to a gym for a while then had to stop (thanks covid) so now I seek out workouts on UA-cam, I've tried a few and this is one of the best.

Great. I did this after 20 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of cardio. So a good hour long workout- which is my daily goal. Thanks for helping me with that.

Love these workouts. Every workout they have is great. Today have a little cold so these 20 minutes are perfect to get a great workout but not as hard as the 30 or 40 minute ones. Great for beginners too!

Started this workout three weeks ago. I'm 66 years old and needed some strength training. This 20 minute workout has it all. Gets the heart rate up..I could not finish all the exercises when i started. I can now. Looking forward to increasing the weight shortly. Love the ab portion especially. Thanks

I have been working out from home cause of my tight work schedule and I have gotten decent results however I felt the need to add dumbbells to my routine but I was so clueless as to what to do with them.
Fast forward to stumbling on this channel last week I have been so happy, challenged yet feeling fulfilled with the routines
I have been struggling with my form and knowing when to switch dumbbell sizes or even what part of my body to engage during the workout.
I love it if you guys could kindly incorporate the voice over for guidance and direction just like in the beginners weight work out video.

I never comment on videos but after finding one of your videos today while planning my workouts for next week I had to click on your channel and I am so glad I did. My husband and I have been workout out at home together for years. We went from free weights to the tonal and now we have been trying to add more UA-cam workouts to follow into our routine 3 times a week. I love your videos because my husband and I are on two different levels workout wise. I have limited range of motion in my right knee and limited in my left shoulder and trying to find something that works for both of us has been challenging which is why we switched things up. I found your videos to be the best we have come across for the both of us. So excited to have your videos and workouts become a staple in our household.

I LOVE love love not repeating exercises! Working out is so tedious that I can repeat once and if it's more than that I get extremely bored and my workout quality goes down, so a workout that doesn't repeat is even better! Thanks!!

I'm a yoga and pilates girl but have been thinking of putting weights back into my rotation. I saw this come up in my suggestions and decided to try it just with body weight, and I'm glad I did! Super easy to follow, no jumping, no crazy exercises that freak out my knees or my back, but even without weights, I'm sweating! I'll be back for more :)

This is a darn good workout! I don't have a gym membership, nor do I want to spend the money on one at this time. This workout is definitely worth any gym membership and the time to do it. I’m loving the 20 minute workouts you guys have been posting for days when I’m in a rush. Specifically I LOVE the large variety of weighted ab exercises. I have found lately that many of the exercises posted on other fitness channels are not challenging enough to leave my abs burning the next day.
Every time I do a J&T ab workout-regardless of length-I’m always like, “Awww yeah, I’m gonna feel that tomorrow…”
