There are a number of fitness UA-camrs who changed my life, and you are one of them! This workout was a perfect combination of time, level of difficulty, no repetition. Thank you thank you thank you. Recently my life changed drastically where I work and study (long commutes), so I am short for time (1 day off only a week). These 30 minute videos are perfect to squeeze into my days!

Amazing! I find that your work out is just the perfect amount of hardness! I find myself completing the full video and sweating! Some other videos I find on UA-cam it’s too hard that I end up quitting and some are too easy I don’t even sweat! So thank you for being perfect!
I knew this was going to be a challenge today as I way prefer strength training to cardio, but I pushed to get all the way through and now feel like I’ve started my day well!
I loved Toyas' energy & smiles which kept me moving. Never really liked cardio because it gets me out of breath but this was FUN. Taking it day by day drinking more water, focusing on natural wholesome food, and yes my hours of sleep to recover from the workout routines. Glad I could be part of J &T team. Thank you! ❤️🔥

I had to modify each and every exercise, do to my foot problem. However, it was still killer! There's no excuse to not keep moving even when dealing with a medical condition. Movement is key to healing, and our family and our heavenly Father by our side everything will be ok. Thanks for posting these workouts videos.👍🙂
Week 2 Day 3 - Doing this on a Thursday because I was extremely sore yesterday and couldn't but I'm back like I never left. Enjoyed it extremely - Thanks Toya! Now going to have some oats for breakfast as my post-workout meal

W2D3 complete. was glad for the cardio day, I was a bit sore from yesterdays EMOM. tried to keep pace with Toya and concentrate on my breathing. really enjoyed the workout and got a good sweat on, I feel great afterward.
SRC W2/D3 loved this! I had to do plank jacks instead of press and seal jacks. My achilles is bothering me. This had me sweating a ton! 😅

I can’t find the super like button but I LOVED this workout. I’ve been doing a lot more cardio lately and this is now one of my new favorites! Even though I say all of your workouts are my faves. I like your workouts a lot! I would love it if you'd create some series playlists. 2, 4, 6, or 8 week series that provide a guided sequence with cardio, upper body, lower body, core etc in the mix. That would be so helpful for your viewers to stay on it and get strong!

Got that heart rate going. Finished it all. I don't normally jump around a lot, so this was new and a welcome change for adding more variety to my routine.
Second time around on SRC. Felt lazy starting but pushed it today. Finished it all. High knees got my heart rate up faster than anything. Break dancers are hard, but were a little easier when I tossed my mat to the side. I like the back lunge to knee combo and the side lunge to knee combo. Not a huge fan of chopping or punching.

Loved this workout Toya and yes this one will make you sweat! I know now for sure that I am balance challenged and I can’t seem to get my brain in step with those double-pump moves. I’ll never be a dancer that’s for sure. Miss the Juice Master and hope that he is healing up well. Always great to see your patented hand slapping celebration at the end too! Come on, let’s hit that 1 million!

What I really liked about this HIIT workouts is that they are easy on my back. Since my car crash my back cant withstand the normal HIIT workouts (Intensive jumping, burpees, etc). I could do this entire workout with very little modification and still hit my heart rate goal. It was unique and fun. Keep bringing these to the table and you have a follower for life 🙌🏽

Summer Ready 2023 W2D3: Happy to put down the weights today and do this workout. I like this workout and the series of exercises, they were challenging but doable. I wasn't a fan of the two floor exercises like the breakdance one but I got through it. In the future I would do this routine earlier in the day so I can push harder.

I missed doing bodyweight SO much after I decided to do dumbbells, it was like a reward after yesterday's arm EMOM'S in despite it being quite harder than I expected. I'm amazed by how much I'm enjoying this summer challenge! Let's keep going
nice compilation of exercises, it didn`t feel like 25 minute, so varied and it felt more kind of playful than being a dogged fight hence really highlighted my mood! I´m happy
