- Here is a full body hiit workout that will definitely work up a sweat in just 20 minutes! You can do this high intensity workout pretty much anywhere and it doesn't require any equipment. In this workout, we give you 2 different variations (advanced and beginner) to follow based based on your level of fitness. Easiest sub. I haven't been able to move much let alone workout in months after an operation. After being in the shape of my life I'm now the unhealthiest I've ever been and it's super depressing. I'll be watching your videos daily for sure in hopes I can get like you guys again one day!

This was the perfect return to “work”out . Especially since I’m in recovery from an injury .

I have not been working out due to mental health issues, I started this workout and I could barely do the third set of the last triset because my body and my abs were burning. I substituted the burpee crossovers with simple burpees and practiced the crossovers in the second set to get the form right. I'm gonna do this tomorrow. This is a very manageable workout that targets all parts of my body.
I was feeling so down, this workout got my energy levels back up and I'm excited to do this again so I can work on my form. The modifications for the plank based workouts are great as I can barely do a plank or a pushup without becoming a marshmallow.

Word of advice for beginners. Do half Toya move sets, then when ready, full Toya move sets before moving to Juice move sets.

Personal opinion. I love your workouts, I was so happy when I found you on here. Clear instructions and no banal 'encouragement' a breath of fresh air. I'm not a guy although lots of other trainers refer to everyone as one.
Was keen to try this workout but can't say I am a fan of the new delivery style. I appreciate you need to adapt and change but please don't become like all the others.
Stay true to who you are and keep delivering the brilliant workouts (clear video instructions, music and timer beeps). If you could find a way to post two versions one with and one without the extra chat? That would be amazing. Thanks

There's a lot to like about this video. Great workout, nice music, good vibe/likable people, just the right amount of encouragement, choose your level of difficulty and impact. Unfortunately, having ads during a HIIT(i.e., timed) workout, especially during the plank, was a deal killer for me. I very much want to like this channel. Do your videos usually have ads in them? Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed the workout! and yes they do, though we dont always have full control of "where" the ads are- they allow us to continue putting out consistent content! youtube premium allows you to watch videos ad free!

This was phenomenal. I'm severely out of shape. I used to play soccer 7 days a week and I weighed 165. I now weigh 275. I did the easy version for everything in this workout, and I am sweating more than I have in the gym in months. Got my heart rate up to 150 which felt amazing. Gonna be doing this workout consistently for a while.

I managed to finish this workout, unlike the other one I followed yesterday. I switched to Tonya's version when I couldn't keep up with Juice. I felt slightly out of breath as I was doing my cool down but after that I felt much better. Thank you so much guys!

I just found your workouts a few days ago and I’m really enjoying them. I’ve never been particularly athletic - even less so in my 50s - but I’m trying to lose weight and build strength and flexibility. I find some workouts too daunting because my shoulders and core are too weak to do them and then I just get annoyed and quit. So far I’ve been able to do all the modified moves and some of the advanced. Just subscribed!

At first it started out so easy that i was like pfft. I can do this no problem. Then about the third round of the first set i was like phew that was making me sweat. Can't believe it's over and then i was like oh no wait... it's not over. So by the end i felt pretty good. 20 minutes is my new workout goal. The beginning kind of eases you in so i think these workouts are great for easing you in or for people who aren't looking to get ripped but just get into better shape. I've done Ruthless Ringside and those videos are truly Ruthless. They have me and my husband screaming f*ck you Steve! But this workout is way more easy to stick to lol.
