Toya I would love for you to do a program for mama's who have had c-sections, I have been trying to get rid of my belly for 9yrs after my c-secrion baby and it's just not shifting. I am a long distance running so I am running and strength training but it just isn't going anywhere 😢
Love the standing workouts. I'll need to practice form more I think. I feel it more in the area between core and thigh. Upper pelvic and like the very edge of core? Maybe I'm not raising my legs high enough. I enjoyed though and will try again!
