    This is the first time I used the same weights as Juice, rather than Toya! .... and after only ten minutes, my arms are burning. Thank you!

      Consider that some people have reasons, as what I put it, to why some exorcises are more painful than others…not necessarily due to lack of strength.
      This person (Kurt) chose to give a positive response, have you tried doing the same? (Giving a positive response)

My only potential added-value comment for future videos is have you thought about doing a voiceover during the exercise portion? Specifically, the voiceover would provide a couple technical tips / advice for participants to consider while they are doing the exercises.
    Overall, your videos are the best!! Really appreciate your work - super helpful programs

    This was great. I am sweating. Toya I would love for you to do a program for mama's who have had c-sections, I have been trying to get rid of my belly for 9yrs after my c-secrion baby and it's just not shifting. I am a long distance running so I am running and strength training but it just isn't going anywhere 😢

    Love the standing workouts. I'll need to practice form more I think. I feel it more in the area between core and thigh. Upper pelvic and like the very edge of core? Maybe I'm not raising my legs high enough.
    I enjoyed though and will try again!
