You have such a beautiful style: simple, no distracting music (and if I want I can put my own but not stand one from someone else), clear, soft and relaxing, and very clean and simple. I also love the pace and the structure of the combinations. It feels very balancing.

I found JR’s session has the right level and tempo for me. I like the way she guided me through all the needed stretches within 15 minutes - hamstring stretches are the most challenging poses yet I gradually getting better by persistent practices. Thanks 🙏

I've been feeling stiff and achy after an aerial silks class this week, so this was perfect to have a fairly quick full-body stretch. I accidentally missed my yoga class this morning, so this helped me make up for it!

The only thing I worry about is are we getting enough out of these stretches if they're only held for a couple of seconds? I had to pause a few times and I know it's supposed to be a flow-yoga, but I'm keen to know if you or anyone could answer my questions about the effectiveness of skimming through poses and also whether a 15 minute yoga is vastly less effective than an hour and a half for example. I'd love to know. Thanks so much.

my teacher used this for school today and its one of the only times i did yoga. its really easy! i like how i feel relaxed and there isn't any music.
I really like this. The pace was good and instructions were clear. I am new to Yoga, so I will work on this until I can go longer than 15 minutes.
