I am realizing how much yoga has helped me over the years of practicing, and I haven't sat down to just reflect on my progress and how through yoga, I've learned to slow down and truly breathe, and my anxiety has lowered significantly since 2020. Thank you! It's 11:20 pm right now and I came back from work like at 10:40. I was using my phone until I decided to do yoga. I didn't want a heavy workout since it's night right now, but I wanted to move my body before showering and sleeping and after finishing this it felt like a breath of fresh air. It was relaxing, but it felt like I was stretching out all my joints and muscles. I'm so glad I clicked on this video!
