I'm about 2 months pregnant, I've been having terrible back pains then I saw your session and decided to try it out before i sleep. Honestly, I heard snaps from my back 😂 but as soon as I was done and I got up, i can walk properly and bend down now. I just had to give credit where it's due❤❤❤👌👌👌👌

This is perfect for me for a before-bed routine! Thank you so much! I used to be very fit and strong, but now I'm dealing with a lot of injuries and instability from pregnancy. Stress has my whole body super tight with tension which increases my likelihood of further injury. My physical therapist recommended I try some yoga before bed to help with my sleep and also to help stretch out my body. This flow is perfect for it!
Ive recently started performance school, and my flexibility is really something I struggle with. Having this flow before bed makes my daily stretching much more of something to look forward too :) Thanks for being awesome

Oooooh, your kitty though, I had a very similar kitty many decades ago, just the same but not stripey, a solid grey, beige and white, smart as a whip, lived to 17, she was a wonderful kitty and yours, I can tell, is as well 🧡

I had to skip the gym tonight due to high levels of anxiety I was experiencing!! So I decided to do this yoga session & it was amazing and so calming. It was the medicine I needed :) with the business of life, it’s hard to forget to slow down. Thanks for posting !
I have a degenerative connective tissue disease causing enthesitis, tendonitis, joint issues, and psoriasis. This 20-minute yoga flow has become one of about 3 favorite bedtime stretches. Your yoga sessions are clearly understood by the listener (me!). They also seem to be orchestrated so that the sequences are downright therapeutic. My PT recommended yoga but other teachers are either simply poor communicators or the sequences cause discomfort or damage afterward. I'm a fan of yours and also this particular sequence. Very good class. I remember when I could do shoulder stand without difficulty. My core is strong and I still need some inertia to get my hips up and hold lower back in my hands. All I can do these days is legs upright. I used to do it without difficulty as well as plough. The struggle is real. I have done this class several times. Thank you.

This is an excellent class. I am an avid yogi but I have issues with my neck, shoulders, and upper back from a car accident. But your flow was so good I found relief from my pain and I smiled while doing this series. Thank you; and if you ever do a series that's focused on the upper back and shoulders lemme know :)
the audio guidance & music are mixed so excellently. i was truly in a trance & able to focus... my only thing is im a lil chunky girl so the leg raises were tough 😕
Hi Jessica, I've done so many of your classes over the past 1.5 years it's time to say hello, thanks and well done! This one and your seated yoga class are my favourite I like your relaxing, down-tempo, natural style. Also the routines have good whole body coverage & variety. I've been doing yoga for 26 years, initially solely at the studio, but over time my home practice has predominated, especially during pandemic. I feel regular practice spanning decades has helped me age gracefully and develop vigour and flexibility in both body but also mind I'm grateful for quality yoga content on UA-cam, because otherwise Id slip into my yoga comfort zone a bit

I like booth, somtimes i havnt luch time so i look for a 10min vid, and when i have more time i like 20-30min

Put in noise cancelling AirPods, place dogs in bedroom or kennel with a treat, light candles… and you will transport into another world :)

Was looking for a sequence to wind down with really enjoyed that, felt the spiritual side of the practice which unfortunately gets lost with a lot of instructors today. Namaste 🙏
This was great. Plow pose gave me a cramp but I loved everything else & it just means I have something to work towards
i love your way of doing and teaching yoga, it really suits me and i am feeling inspired to return to a regular practice after too long off the mat...the few sessions ive done have eased me back into it without too much pain...thankyou!!!
It was great. I didn't want something so long it would eat into my sleep time. Felt relaxing.
