Showing up to the mat at your lowest means you’ve got your yoga heart in the right place. Consistency is the key to yoga self esteem as you put it. Today I threw a little dancer pose in there because I was feeling the balance poses so much. I love the thought of so many millions of us echoing on our yoga journeys. ✨
Such a humble reminder that progress isn't linear. Almost 60 days of yoga with Adriene and today I could barely manage a lunge but when she says 'Know that you are supported and loved' - I felt it in my heart! Thank you Adriene and this amazing community 🙏💛

Admire day 16🎉 legs are a little sore today, but I got through the whole video, and got a sweat on 🥵 I laughed at the end when Adriene said you can stay here and mediate or relax, my dog at the end put a paw on me so I put a warm hand on her, then when the video ended she brought me a toy, so we had to play, no relax time here🤣. Thank you, Adriene, for the hip love, pigeon is my favourite, and a great reminder that we are not alone, I looked at the subscriber count and with 12.5M and growing followers none of us are alone in this community. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🤗
While I was practising pigeon, I looked out into the garden to see two pigeons frolicking in the bird bath. Lovely to see a bit of sunshine here in NE England, and practice pigeon with the pigeons ❤
This was my first flow back into my practice after a long gap and a difficult time in life. Yoga, and especially yoga with Adrienne, reminds me that everything is going to be okay
This was absolutely wonderful! Feeling ready to start the day with energy, focus and calm. February 2024 Admire Day 16 ❤ Decided to do the practice after walking around sightseeing, and that turned out to be the perfect idea. I feel calm and refreshed and ready for a night out later on. Namaste.

Motivate day 22. March 2023. Feeling anxious and stressed with work. Balance was off completely. Could not stand with feet together and balancing on one foot was a challenge. I fell over in high lunges. Pigeon restored the flow for me - close to the ground. I take comfort in Adriene’s final word. Breathe day 15. December 2022. Very cold day, cold room. Appreciated the warming up. Love, love, love Pigeon pose. Spark, day 15. July 2022. Really lovely practice. Outside on the grass again.

Adriene i am following you since 2020. The kindness of your words and voice constantly saying it is ok wherever you are, are just magical. Just following your voice and almost no need anymore to peak on you is a huge improvement for me…you have the ability to make me feel like a yoga pro, though my pigeon pose today was not anything like yours😂
Today I woke up negative for no reason, and to be honest did not want to do anything. But this was on today’s calendar so I told myself, just do this and see how it goes… and when Adriene said “you’re not alone”, I felt like she was speaking to me directly. No words can describe it but I felt supported, that there is someone out there who knows exactly how I feel. And that is everything I needed to get me through today. Thank you Adriene. 🙏🏼
I was writing a comment about how I was going to skip this and do a different practice instead but then stopped, realizing it was just the heat of the day and a week lacking in energy talking. I erased it and came to the mat. Still hot, still feeling low on energy, but sweat aside, better than before. Spark day 15. 649 days in a row.
I just completed my first month of yoga. I've had spinal fusions, and was scared to bend/stretch too much for some reason. I'm so happy I ignored the fear because my back feels better than it has in years. I appreciate what you do so much, Adriene. 🙏🏻🌼

I had spinal fusion about 3 years ago. At first I had the same reservations about the bending and stretching, but I realized that many of my physiotherapy exercises were actually yoga poses. I started my new yoga journey at the beginning of last year, on Valentines day and I couldn't given myself a better love gift. I started with Adriene's oldest 30 day challenge, and worked my way through them all, never skipping a day. I am amazed at what this chubby middle aged body can achieve and my back feels strong and healthy for the first time in my adult life.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! Breathe Day - 15 is right on time! Ah, this feels so good. Fear resides in our hips and I have officially released all fear and decided to ful-fill things on my to-do list which aligns with my purpose. I am excited about this. After staying with the flow from jan 1rst until feb 9th 2024, work schedule swallowed me up so I became unregular the last two weeks. Came back this morning after three days of skipping and feel so much better, leaving the guilt behind to have skipped, focussing on the calm and readiness I once again feel for the coming stressful day. Thank you for providing and guiding this space in my day.
Wow, started out telling myself I did not want to do this...mid way thru I realized I actually enjoyed it and was amazed at what I could do in comparison to the beginning of the year. Wonderful, been doing daily yoga, sometimes begrudgingly since 1/1/22 but today I felt how far I had come. So glad I continue to get on the mat. 😄
I’m just starting to get on the mat. It’s been 4 days and I’m struggling through even the easiest moves. I want to keep coming on to the mat daily and feel the changes as you have. Keep up the good work! It’s a feat to show up everyday 🎉
Just did this one again for March 2023 Motivate. Same issue as last year - BALANCE. 😂 But I had a terrible sleep last night and am giving myself some grace on this one. Yoga really does help and helps with identifying what’s ‘out of whack’ off the mat. Have a blessed day all. 🙏🏻

I was feeling really exhausted after I came home from work and was debating with myself if I could just skip one day of yoga practice. But I knew my hips would benefit from this flow after a day full of sitting/standing and hours in the car. I'm glad I showed up. :)

What perfect timing, I just finished the 30 day move series yesterday and then tjere is this wonderful video! The way you teach and convey yoga is the most helpful and understandable I have ever seen. I can feel my body changing and taking in every move. I'm so aware of my breathing and how I feel, and I am totally in the moment not thinking about anything else. I feel an immense gratitude for you and also for my own body. Namaste!
At the end of the practice i suddenly realized that i started crying quietly. It felt like someone opened up a gate and everything that accumulated over the past few days and weeks could finally drain away... Really thank you so much for your great content over the last years. Your Yoga sessions are always a treat for the day & and the soul - Thank you! ♥ And my hips are feeling pretty good now ;)
This session is my favourite so far. For someone with stiff pelvis/hips and preparing for total hip replacement surgery, this made me cry tears of joy on how good it feels, even painful, you feel it working. Be ready for a workout even in this lovely sequence. I have to admit to some wobbliness. Knees and lower legs were simply tired today. And the mind put up a lot of resistance, but I completed this nonetheless. Refresh day 18. 561 days in a row.
We started our first IVF cycle at the start of the month and I've been doing SPARK to help keep me calm and grounded as I waited to find out if I was pregnant. Yesterday I found out that our cycle has failed and very nearly gave up. But soon realised that these are the times when it's most important to come home to myself, so I got on the mat. Adriene saying "You're not alone" right at the end of the practice sent me 😭
Let the timing of this pregnancy to the universe, just get out of the way and it will come. I am 100% sure! Your job is to keep doing the work! sending lots of good vibes.
You are definitely not alone but I have every bit of faith that all of your dreams will come true. I've done this every day since the end of January and it's brilliant. The familiarity has meant I've got better and get more from it - and it's 100% helping my hips and hip flexors. Perfection.
Approximately 4 years ago I discovered and instantly fell in love with you! I have been struggling with mental health issues and you helped me through some dark days...I unintentionally committed to doing yoga every day that year. I just didn't want to stop, it felt amazing! I was growing stronger each day, learning a lot, and was finally connecting with my inner self. I was opening new doors and discovering parts of me I didn't know existed. Then I took on a new job, I wasn't ready but so much time had passed already and it was an amazing opportunity. For the next couple years I pushed myself so hard, I succeeded at the job but eventually failed myself. I quickly fell back into my old ways, letting the job come before me and I gave up on so much that was important to me (including yoga). What's worse is I neglected my mental and physical health. I eventually had to leave my job and have since been unable to work, now most days are a struggle for me...even dealing with very simple tasks. As I type this I still can't even believe how this happened to me, one day I was on top and the next (or so it seemed) I came crashing down. I keep thinking if I could just get back to that person I was before, then I could to take better care of her. I see now that NOTHING is more important than your health. Self care is SO important. I haven't given up and I hold on to hope thinking there must be some good that will come from this...maybe I will find my true purpose. I often think about other people who may be struggling and I want to get better so that one day I can help others do the same. Not sure how but it is a calling, perhaps? Today I decided to roll out my old dusty mat. Nothing felt "right" and I was late to start, so I thought I might just postpone it yet another day, but something kept pushing me forward this time...this is the video I chose. Coincidence? I don't think so! My body has changed but it remembered. My heart was happy. And my mind was at peace. I didn't care about what it looked like and I didn't focus on my negative thoughts. I made adjustments for positions that I could do before that my body would no longer allow, skipped what made me uncomfortable, and finally focused on my breath for a change. By the end of the practice I was so suddenly flooded with emotion, I burst into tears. Today I truly "found what feels good"...Adriene, you are like an old friend to me...I can't thank you enough for opening up and sharing with us. For creating this space and spreading so much love and support. I still remember all that you have taught me over the years...I've laughed with you, cried with you, probably cursed at you a time or two haha. I know whenever I am ready you will be there for me and help to show me the way again. Namaste!

Thank you for this. Was feeling low today and needed something relatively simple and restorative. Normally I push myself physically but today I spent a lot of the time in child’s pose. Learning to meet myself where I am at is such a valuable lesson.
Definitely tighter on my right side then on my left. Could hold pigeon pose alot longer on the left. My feet kept sticking to my mat today so had trouble with the transitioning of the poses.
Ha ha my wifi froze when we started, just as you said take a deep breath in through the nose,! Thought it was weird to be holding for so long 😂, thankfully it came back eventually. Another great video thank you ❤

I was writing a comment about how I was going to skip this and do a different practice instead but then stopped, realizing it was just the heat of the day and a week lacking in energy talking. I erased it and came to the mat. Still hot, still feeling low on energy, but sweat aside, better than before. Spark day 15. 649 days in a row.

I just completed my first month of yoga. I've had spinal fusions, and was scared to bend/stretch too much for some reason. I'm so happy I ignored the fear because my back feels better than it has in years.

I had spinal fusion about 3 years ago. At first I had the same reservations about the bending and stretching, but I realized that many of my physiotherapy exercises were actually yoga poses. I started my new yoga journey at the beginning of last year, on Valentines day and I couldn't given myself a better love gift. I started with Adriene's oldest 30 day challenge, and worked my way through them all, never skipping a day. I am amazed at what this chubby middle aged body can achieve and my back feels strong and healthy for the first time in my adult life.

After staying with the flow from jan 1rst until feb 9th 2024, work schedule swallowed me up so I became unregular the last two weeks. Came back this morning after three days of skipping and feel so much better, leaving the guilt behind to have skipped, focussing on the calm and readiness I once again feel for the coming stressful day. Thank you for providing and guiding this space in my day.

Wow, started out telling myself I did not want to do this...mid way thru I realized I actually enjoyed it and was amazed at what I could do in comparison to the beginning of the year. Wonderful, been doing daily yoga, sometimes begrudgingly since 1/1/22 but today I felt how far I had come. So glad I continue to get on the mat. 😄
I’m just starting to get on the mat. It’s been 4 days and I’m struggling through even the easiest moves. I want to keep coming on to the mat daily and feel the changes as you have. Keep up the good work! It’s a feat to show up everyday 🎉
Just did this one again for March 2023 Motivate. Same issue as last year - BALANCE. 😂 But I had a terrible sleep last night and am giving myself some grace on this one. Yoga really does help and helps with identifying what’s ‘out of whack’ off the mat. Have a blessed day all. 🙏🏻

I was feeling really exhausted after I came home from work and was debating with myself if I could just skip one day of yoga practice. But I knew my hips would benefit from this flow after a day full of sitting/standing and hours in the car.

What perfect timing, I just finished the 30 day move series yesterday and then tjere is this wonderful video! The way you teach and convey yoga is the most helpful and understandable I have ever seen. I can feel my body changing and taking in every move. This session is my favourite so far. For someone with stiff pelvis/hips and preparing for total hip replacement surgery, this made me cry tears of joy on how good it feels, even painful, you feel it working. Be ready for a workout even in this lovely sequence. I have to admit to some wobbliness. Knees and lower legs were simply tired today. And the mind put up a lot of resistance, but I completed this nonetheless.

We started our first IVF cycle at the start of the month and I've been doing SPARK to help keep me calm and grounded as I waited to find out if I was pregnant. Yesterday I found out that our cycle has failed and very nearly gave up. But soon realised that these are the times when it's most important to come home to myself, so I got on the mat. Adriene saying "You're not alone" right at the end of the practice sent me 😭

I've done this every day since the end of January and it's brilliant. The familiarity has meant I've got better and get more from it - and it's 100% helping my hips and hip flexors. Perfection.
Approximately 4 years ago I discovered and instantly fell in love with you! I have been struggling with mental health issues and you helped me through some dark days...I unintentionally committed to doing yoga every day that year. I just didn't want to stop, it felt amazing! I was growing stronger each day, learning a lot, and was finally connecting with my inner self. I was opening new doors and discovering parts of me I didn't know existed. Then I took on a new job, I wasn't ready but so much time had passed already and it was an amazing opportunity. For the next couple years I pushed myself so hard, I succeeded at the job but eventually failed myself. I quickly fell back into my old ways, letting the job come before me and I gave up on so much that was important to me (including yoga). What's worse is I neglected my mental and physical health. I eventually had to leave my job and have since been unable to work, now most days are a struggle for me...even dealing with very simple tasks. As I type this I still can't even believe how this happened to me, one day I was on top and the next (or so it seemed) I came crashing down. I keep thinking if I could just get back to that person I was before, then I could to take better care of her. I see now that NOTHING is more important than your health. Self care is SO important. I haven't given up and I hold on to hope thinking there must be some good that will come from this...maybe I will find my true purpose. I often think about other people who may be struggling and I want to get better so that one day I can help others do the same. Not sure how but it is a calling, perhaps? Today I decided to roll out my old dusty mat. Nothing felt "right" and I was late to start, so I thought I might just postpone it yet another day, but something kept pushing me forward this time...this is the video I chose. Coincidence? I don't think so! My body has changed but it remembered. My heart was happy. And my mind was at peace. I didn't care about what it looked like and I didn't focus on my negative thoughts. I made adjustments for positions that I could do before that my body would no longer allow, skipped what made me uncomfortable, and finally focused on my breath for a change. By the end of the practice I was so suddenly flooded with emotion, I burst into tears. Today I truly "found what feels good"...Adriene, you are like an old friend to me...I can't thank you enough for opening up and sharing with us. For creating this space and spreading so much love and support. I still remember all that you have taught me over the years...I've laughed with you, cried with you, probably cursed at you a time or two haha. I know whenever I am ready you will be there for me and help to show me the way again. Namaste!

Had to work real hard recently to forgive myself for not being perfect. This video really helped. I love reading everyone's comments and knowing that we all have different abilities and that it's totally fine if you can't do everything. Thank you for this. Was feeling low today and needed something relatively simple and restorative. Normally I push myself physically but today I spent a lot of the time in child’s pose. Learning to meet myself where I am at is such a valuable lesson.
Definitely tighter on my right side then on my left. Could hold pigeon pose alot longer on the left.
My feet kept sticking to my mat today so had trouble with the transitioning of the poses.
