Just a quick tip for everyone, make sure to do wrist stretches prior to the workout because there will be a lot of pressure on your wrists when you're doing tricep dips. My wrists are strained after I did the workout because I wasn't used to the exercise
I'm already on the 5th day of this exercise, I don't know how many centimeters I lost, but I can already see the difference! my muscle is hard, I gained lean mass and the fat was reduced. I also noticed definition in the shoulders, arms and chest, my collarbone is showing, this is amazing!
@@kvoi8218 you will not get muscular arms, trust me. In order to do so you would have to eat a lot more protein and lift weights to acheive muscular arms. You may get toned but by no means muscular or bulky.
Also I wasn’t sore the day after I started it idk why but that’s just me. I also been trying to consume more protein in my diet and I drink lots of water
I would love to see more videos about you. A q&a, your skincare routine, morning routine, night routine, a house tour, what you eat in a week (your food always looks sooo yummy), vlogs - things that aren't fitness related (I know the food video idea is so feel free to discard that lol). As much as I love your fitness videos and honestly would want that content, there is so much more to you than your fitness journey. Don't feel pressurised to stick to workout videos because they do better on your channel or because your current audience want that the most from you. Do what you want and what makes you happy. And if fitness videos do that for you, then off keep going with that. You're doing so well with the consistent uploads and its showing through your channel growth so well done!! this workout really helped me ive been doing it for a few months but started seeing results after about a week. its almost got rid of my armpit/bra fat and my arms are more toned. tysmmm
My results and progress : (I forgot to take mesures before ) - Day 1 : ✅ It was really hard, i don't make sport often, and my arms are naturally weak. Anyway workout complete even thought i didn't make all the triceps dip, it was really painful (I make 2 dance videos after) - Day 2 : ✅ It was still painful, but a bit easier, i enjoyed this one (i make one dance video after this) - Day 3 : ❌ Couldn't make it, i was at a friend house - Day 4 : ✅ Workout complete, it was easier, and i started to see the difference in my arm's strenght, it made me happy (done 2 dance videos after ) - Day 5 : ✅ It was so much easier, i felt full of energy, my arms are getting stronger and i gain flexibility in it (done 2 dance videos after (one was arm toner)) - Day 6 : ✅ Today was a bit harder, i felt tired very fast, but i complete it anyway ( i reduce the time for the triceps dips because it was really hard ). (I made an another arm workout today, and a dance video) - Day 7 : ✅ Full of energy, i loved it today, it's the first time i make all the triceps dips, which means I gain in strenght ! Doing abunch of her workouts as an 200 pound 14 year old female in a judgmental school!! I will be doing this for 9 weeks. I want to be better and become better. I can’t stand looking at myself saying “wow i need to change” I never change because I never do anything!!! Day One✅: My arms are weak, I had a hard time typing this. I feel great. I’ve done two workouts so far. A double chin one and this. I won’t give up!! Day 2✅: Not bad today, a bit sore from last night but I feel great!!! Will keeping going!!! 8 weeks 5 days to go!! Day 3✅: I’m super sore but I did 3 different workouts yesterday and i’m adding another one tonight! I’m working on my arms, thighs, double chin, and i’m adding fingers next!! Wish me luck. I don’t see much of a change but it’s only day 3:). Day 4✅: Still a lot, i only do 30 T dips when i workout because that’s 210 a week. I don’t see any changes but that’s okay it’s only day 4!! 8 weeks 3 days to go!!! Day 5✅: Workout is getting easier for me! I still have a crazy sweat when I do this. I just started doing the legs, butt, arms, and abs workouts 5 days a week a week ago. I will update every week with my results and thoughts (Side Note: No diet except eating in proportion and cutting back on snacking and sweets as well as adding more protein to everyday diet).👍 Week 1: Not much of a difference from my starting measurements. I expected this though and don't actually expect any noticeable results until the 2 or 3 week. 👍I will keep going consistently and I don't have to pause as much on the workouts anymore! Very motivated.❤ Week 2: Completed all five days! Little to no difference in terms of measurements in my legs and arms, but there is noticeable muscle definition in my arms! Never had that before so I'm very happy! I did lose an inch around my waist and my butt. I look and feel great! I will continue to be consistent. Week 3: I managed to stay consistent and haven't broken the streak yet! This was the first week I was able to complete all the workouts without stopping or doing modified exercises, and I'm very proud of myself. I've lost almost another half-inch around my waist and hips, and though my arms have had no change in measurement since I started, there is still a noticeable change. Side Note: I looked at my legs in comparison to last week and noticed there wasn't much of a difference. I was a little depressed because I felt I wasn't doing enough. But when I compared it to my beginning measurement I see that I've actually made really good progress! My motivation is through the roof and I can't wait for next week! Week 4: Still keeping my streak! I didn't have as much progress as I ate a lot more than I usually do this past weekend 😅. So I didn't make a whole bunch of progress and I'm almost positive I'm starting to plateau for a little while. I'm okay with that though because just a few days ago, I was able to run a full mile! I haven't been able to do that since I was 10! I also started adding some cardio in the form of jump roping for 10 minutes a day. I hope that boosts me a little but I'm really happy with these developments! Keep going!❤❤ Week 5: Ended up gaining an inch or so around my waist and hips because of Thanksgiving break, but because of what you've said about your own fluctuating weight I've been able to keep going and eat vacation food for a few days guilt-free knowing I can lose it now 💕. Speaking of which I was able to weigh myself for the first time since I started because we don't have scale in my dorm, but I've lost seven pounds that I know of! And I know that might not seem like a lot but I've been plateaued and 175-ish pounds for the last year and a half. I haven't been below 170 since I was maybe a freshman in high school. Thank you so much! Week 6: My waist is back down an inch from before the break and I've just started picking up 15 minutes of jump-roping for some extra cardio. It's really fun to do while listening to some music (15 minutes is around 6 songs give or take). I've been cleaning up my diet even more(which just means more water and no snacking if I can help it), and I've had more energy than I've had in years! Week 7: Finals week!😅 Ended up only doing half of the workouts, either morning or evening workouts, but I've done my best to be consistent. I've lost around another inch around my waist and half an inch around both thighs and I've felt so much more confident in the way I look. I even wore shorts in public for the first time in years, because I never liked how my legs looked before. I will update one more time next week and then stop but these workouts and other videos for this channel have changed my life in terms of viewing health and fitness as something I can achieve easier than I initially thought. Thank you so much! Week 8: Okay last update and final thoughts! I love these workouts. They are fairly beginner-friendly, get easier with time, and definitely get results. My abs have gotten more defined, I've lost 10 pounds and three inches around my waist, and my arms and legs have both gotten noticeably slimmer. Some of my friends even noticed and said I looked good. I 100% recommend these workouts. I feel more confident than I ever have and I will definitely continue to do these regularly. Knowing that it will benefit me, I will continue! Since this is the first day, I don't see any big changes! Day 2: Today it was a bit harder to do this workout as my arms are sore since yesterday. I think I should have done a warm-up before doing the exercises. I'm glad that the burn is felt stronger! It certainly gives me pleasure! Day 3: I'm sorry I didn't write earlier. But right now I'm correcting my mistake! So, today the training was easier for me and it seems that my hands have shrunk a bit (OMG)!!! My arms are getting so bouncy! It's very nice! And in addition, my breathing was not as irregular as usual! I didn't even notice when it was over. Day 4: I did it today. I feel like my hands are starting to burn and I am proud of myself that I continue this work! I think I can do it again today! I’m new! And been struggling with my upper arms. So I’m going to try this for two weeks and see if the results are real! Day 1: ✅ today was so fun. The workouts are not to challenging so it makes it fun to do. Was struggling a bit at the bicep dip part😅 Day 2: ✅ today was a lot easier. Arms were burning but today was more refreshing then sweating.🥳 I forgot to write it down. But for the past couple days my muscles has gotten stronger! And now this is like a stretch for me! @@hacersenaaydn1163 for a while? Maybe it is normal if it is for a while. Because the blood gets rushed. It won't make arms big. Try doing it for 2 weeks with a proper diet and do a brisk walk daily. I follow this thing and it is working wonders for me.

7 DAYS-0,5CM:I did a lot of exercises from other channels, i don’t know if i was doing wrong because I didn’t saw any results, but I started with this exercise doing twice a day(3 days I did only once)for 7 days and I noticed that I lost 0,5-0,3cm in both arms, so yeah this definitely works. It's still hard to do, yet no giving up ^^ Arm size right now: 27,5 cm Day 3 - Done! Today, it was a little easier 🥳 But I must mention that since yesterday, I added a 10 minutes full body workout to my routine besides stopping doing the tricep dips as I don't have a place where I can do it correctly. Day 4 - Done! Almost forget to do it, but thankfully, I remember before it was too late 😁Things are starting to get easy now, despite the second half still being quite hard Day 5 - Done! I decided to do it earlier today, and I'm not sure why, but some was quite hard like it was my first day doing it 😖 Day 6 - Done! Day 7 - Done! The first week is done!🥳 Day 8 - Done! Today, I did a little warm-up dance of 3 minutes before it 😊Changing things a little bit. Day 9 - Lazy mood on Day 10 - Done! Day 11 - Done! The challenge is almost over!!! Day 12 - Done! So I'm on my 6th day of this exercise, I'll try to document any results I have next :) Day 6: completed! I've started to feel the burn much less than the first day, Idk if that's good or bad lol. I'm not seeing big results yet, but I'm sure it's working! Day 7: First week completed!!!! I can't see any results yet but I'm sure it will show in the second week! Day 8:completed! I feel like my arms aren't exactly thinner but they feel stronger and healthier! And on the first day I was barely able to finish this without running out of breath, but now I can do it super well! Day 9: completed! So I feel like my arms have actually increased in muscle mass more than decreased in fat. I might try modifications so I feel the burn more Day 10: completed! I didn't do modifications yet, but I'm actually noticing my arms look a bit thinner. I think it's working Day 11: completed!!! Not really any different from day 10 haha Day 12: completed! I really like how my arms look, I definitely increased my muscle mass! Day 13: completed! I feel so much stronger, I'm excited for day 14 Day 14:DONE!!!! Aah I'm so happy that I finished it! This has been really good for my arms. Results: So this workout has definitely increased my muscle mass, I've gotten stronger and healthier. I didn't notice a big change in fat though. But overall I think it's a good workout! One thing that would be really helpful though is to just give more time for rest. I feel like the 5 seconds for every 4 exercises is a bit little 😅 10 seconds would be great! (Rest isn't bad, it actually helps muscle develop better!) This workout was really nice, and I encourage anyone to try it out :)
I’ll try to do this for one week as a 14 year old…please maybe like to remind? Will definitely finish! (Will edit to update results) Day 1: 7:30PM-7:53PM: ✅ - after effects sore muscles on lower arms when stretched until next exercise, immediate effects fatigued arms (obviously), paused for seconds in between Day 2: 8:25PM-8:40PM: ✅ - after effects less severe than first exercise, no significant change. Day 3: 9:30PM-9:50PM: ✅ - first time doing it nonstop! Didn’t pause for any time in between. No after effects from last session, but sweat increased. Day 4: 1:20AM- 1:34AM: less fatigued muscles, parts of arm muscles hardened but maybe it’s just my imagination. Easier to complete, some progress! Day 5: 1:33AM-1:42AM: less tiring or exhausting, beginning to enjoy the shape of my arm. There is a little slimming, but not yet significant. There’s a hardened lump of muscle around upper arm and I was confused about if I should be stretching or am I doing it wrong? Day 6: Had to skip, injury on hand that was bleeding excessively and needed to be kept still/elevated.

Wait so you do the workout until you get your desired arm size and then your arm stays like that or you have to keep on doing the workout for your arm to be slim?
@@anita-vm5ks when you already have your desired arm, it is recommended that you continue doing these exercises, but reduce the days you do this training, instead of doing it every day of the week, do it only three times a week, with good nutrition.

Geez! I just tried the exercise this morning and my arms feel burning 🥵 especially circle move on and tricep dips. But I’ll try consistent tomorrow 🤞 Day 2: woke up with sore arms - still trying even though way gently movement. Not to force my self for the perfection 😅 I’m still limiting my self to do tricep dips on 10 times per rep because it was tough one. And the circle movement I make it more slower on my phase.
I am on my fifth day and can see difference already. Don't think I do tricep dips proper because of my wrists, but still see difference already. I had to pause the video all the time on the first days 😅 Much more smoothly now. Although, arms are still burning from the exercise. I'll keep you posted when I reach two weeks!

Just a quick tip for everyone, make sure to do wrist stretches prior to the workout because there will be a lot of pressure on your wrists when you're doing tricep dips. My wrists are strained after I did the workout because I wasn't used to the exercise

I'm already on the 5th day of this exercise, I don't know how many centimeters I lost, but I can already see the difference! my muscle is hard, I gained lean mass and the fat was reduced. I also noticed definition in the shoulders, arms and chest, my collarbone is showing, this is amazing!

@@kvoi8218 you will not get muscular arms, trust me. In order to do so you would have to eat a lot more protein and lift weights to acheive muscular arms. You may get toned but by no means muscular or bulky.
I did this workout like three times and I already seen some very minor results but it sure lifted my spirits up and I will continue to do this

As much as I love your fitness videos and honestly would want that content, there is so much more to you than your fitness journey. Don't feel pressurised to stick to workout videos because they do better on your channel or because your current audience want that the most from you. Do what you want and what makes you happy. And if fitness videos do that for you, then off keep going with that. You're doing so well with the consistent uploads and its showing through your channel growth so well done!! My results and progress :
(I forgot to take mesures before )
- Day 1 : ✅ It was really hard, i don't make sport often, and my arms are naturally weak. Anyway workout complete even thought i didn't make all the triceps dip, it was really painful (I make 2 dance videos after)
- Day 2 : ✅ It was still painful, but a bit easier, i enjoyed this one (i make one dance video after this)
- Day 3 : ❌ Couldn't make it, i was at a friend house
- Day 4 : ✅ Workout complete, it was easier, and i started to see the difference in my arm's strenght, it made me happy (done 2 dance videos after )
- Day 5 : ✅ It was so much easier, i felt full of energy, my arms are getting stronger and i gain flexibility in it (done 2 dance videos after (one was arm toner))
- Day 6 : ✅ Today was a bit harder, i felt tired very fast, but i complete it anyway ( i reduce the time for the triceps dips because it was really hard ). (I made an another arm workout today, and a dance video)
- Day 7 : ✅ Full of energy, i loved it today, it's the first time i make all the triceps dips, which means I gain in strenght ! (Made one dance videos)

I just started doing the legs, butt, arms, and abs workouts 5 days a week a week ago. I will update every week with my results and thoughts (Side Note: No diet except eating in proportion and cutting back on snacking and sweets as well as adding more protein to everyday diet).👍
Week 1: Not much of a difference from my starting measurements. I expected this though and don't actually expect any noticeable results until the 2 or 3 week. 👍I will keep going consistently and I don't have to pause as much on the workouts anymore! Very motivated.❤
Week 2: Completed all five days! Little to no difference in terms of measurements in my legs and arms, but there is noticeable muscle definition in my arms! Never had that before so I'm very happy! I did lose an inch around my waist and my butt. I look and feel great! I will continue to be consistent.
Week 3: I managed to stay consistent and haven't broken the streak yet! This was the first week I was able to complete all the workouts without stopping or doing modified exercises, and I'm very proud of myself. I've lost almost another half-inch around my waist and hips, and though my arms have had no change in measurement since I started, there is still a noticeable change.
Side Note: I looked at my legs in comparison to last week and noticed there wasn't much of a difference. I was a little depressed because I felt I wasn't doing enough. But when I compared it to my beginning measurement I see that I've actually made really good progress! My motivation is through the roof and I can't wait for next week!
Week 4: Still keeping my streak! I didn't have as much progress as I ate a lot more than I usually do this past weekend 😅. So I didn't make a whole bunch of progress and I'm almost positive I'm starting to plateau for a little while. I'm okay with that though because just a few days ago, I was able to run a full mile! I haven't been able to do that since I was 10! I also started adding some cardio in the form of jump roping for 10 minutes a day. I hope that boosts me a little but I'm really happy with these developments! Keep going!❤❤
Week 5: Ended up gaining an inch or so around my waist and hips because of Thanksgiving break, but because of what you've said about your own fluctuating weight I've been able to keep going and eat vacation food for a few days guilt-free knowing I can lose it now 💕. Speaking of which I was able to weigh myself for the first time since I started because we don't have scale in my dorm, but I've lost seven pounds that I know of! And I know that might not seem like a lot but I've been plateaued and 175-ish pounds for the last year and a half. I haven't been below 170 since I was maybe a freshman in high school. Thank you so much!
Week 6: My waist is back down an inch from before the break and I've just started picking up 15 minutes of jump-roping for some extra cardio. It's really fun to do while listening to some music (15 minutes is around 6 songs give or take). I've been cleaning up my diet even more(which just means more water and no snacking if I can help it), and I've had more energy than I've had in years!
Week 7: Finals week!😅 Ended up only doing half of the workouts, either morning or evening workouts, but I've done my best to be consistent. I've lost around another inch around my waist and half an inch around both thighs and I've felt so much more confident in the way I look. I even wore shorts in public for the first time in years, because I never liked how my legs looked before. I will update one more time next week and then stop but these workouts and other videos for this channel have changed my life in terms of viewing health and fitness as something I can achieve easier than I initially thought. Thank you so much!
Week 8: Okay last update and final thoughts! I love these workouts. They are fairly beginner-friendly, get easier with time, and definitely get results. My abs have gotten more defined, I've lost 10 pounds and three inches around my waist, and my arms and legs have both gotten noticeably slimmer. Some of my friends even noticed and said I looked good. I 100% recommend these workouts. I feel more confident than I ever have and I will definitely continue to do these regularly. Day 3: I'm sorry I didn't write earlier. But right now I'm correcting my mistake! So, today the training was easier for me and it seems that my hands have shrunk a bit (OMG)!!! My arms are getting so bouncy! It's very nice! And in addition, my breathing was not as irregular as usual! I didn't even notice when it was over.

I’m new! And been struggling with my upper arms. So I’m going to try this for two weeks and see if the results are real!
Day 1: ✅ today was so fun. The workouts are not to challenging so it makes it fun to do. Was struggling a bit at the bicep dip part😅
Day 2: ✅ today was a lot easier. Arms were burning but today was more refreshing then sweating.🥳

@@hacersenaaydn1163 for a while? Maybe it is normal if it is for a while. Because the blood gets rushed. It won't make arms big. Try doing it for 2 weeks with a proper diet and do a brisk walk daily. I follow this thing and it is working wonders for me.

7 DAYS-0,5CM:I did a lot of exercises from other channels, i don’t know if i was doing wrong because I didn’t saw any results, but I started with this exercise doing twice a day(3 days I did only once)for 7 days and I noticed that I lost 0,5-0,3cm in both arms, so yeah this definitely works. I hope my comment can motivate other people. Thanks to this channel!!

Day 3 - Done! Today, it was a little easier 🥳 But I must mention that since yesterday, I added a 10 minutes full body workout to my routine besides stopping doing the tricep dips as I don't have a place where I can do it correctly.
Day 4 - Done! Almost forget to do it, but thankfully, I remember before it was too late 😁Things are starting to get easy now, despite the second half still being quite hard
Day 5 - Done! I decided to do it earlier today, and I'm not sure why, but some was quite hard like it was my first day doing it 😖

Day 6: completed! I've started to feel the burn much less than the first day, Idk if that's good or bad lol. I'm not seeing big results yet, but I'm sure it's working!
Day 7: First week completed!!!! I can't see any results yet but I'm sure it will show in the second week!
Day 8:completed! I feel like my arms aren't exactly thinner but they feel stronger and healthier! And on the first day I was barely able to finish this without running out of breath, but now I can do it super well!
Day 9: completed! So I feel like my arms have actually increased in muscle mass more than decreased in fat. I might try modifications so I feel the burn more
Day 10: completed! I didn't do modifications yet, but I'm actually noticing my arms look a bit thinner. I think it's working

Day 12: completed! I really like how my arms look, I definitely increased my muscle mass!

Results: So this workout has definitely increased my muscle mass, I've gotten stronger and healthier. I didn't notice a big change in fat though. But overall I think it's a good workout! One thing that would be really helpful though is to just give more time for rest. I feel like the 5 seconds for every 4 exercises is a bit little 😅 10 seconds would be great! (Rest isn't bad, it actually helps muscle develop better!)

Day 1: 7:30PM-7:53PM: ✅ - after effects sore muscles on lower arms when stretched until next exercise, immediate effects fatigued arms (obviously), paused for seconds in between
Day 2: 8:25PM-8:40PM: ✅ - after effects less severe than first exercise, no significant change.
Day 3: 9:30PM-9:50PM: ✅ - first time doing it nonstop! Didn’t pause for any time in between. No after effects from last session, but sweat increased.
Day 4: 1:20AM- 1:34AM: less fatigued muscles, parts of arm muscles hardened but maybe it’s just my imagination. Easier to complete, some progress!
Day 5: 1:33AM-1:42AM: less tiring or exhausting, beginning to enjoy the shape of my arm. There is a little slimming, but not yet significant. There’s a hardened lump of muscle around upper arm and I was confused about if I should be stretching or am I doing it wrong?
Day 6: Had to skip, injury on hand that was bleeding excessively and needed to be kept still/elevated.

Wait so you do the workout until you get your desired arm size and then your arm stays like that or you have to keep on doing the workout for your arm to be slim?
@@anita-vm5ks when you already have your desired arm, it is recommended that you continue doing these exercises, but reduce the days you do this training, instead of doing it every day of the week, do it only three times a week, with good nutrition.

Geez! I just tried the exercise this morning and my arms feel burning 🥵 especially circle move on and tricep dips. But I’ll try consistent tomorrow 🤞
Day 2: woke up with sore arms - still trying even though way gently movement. Not to force my self for the perfection 😅
I’m still limiting my self to do tricep dips on 10 times per rep because it was tough one. And the circle movement I make it more slower on my phase.
I am on my fifth day and can see difference already. Don't think I do tricep dips proper because of my wrists, but still see difference already. I had to pause the video all the time on the first days 😅 Much more smoothly now. Although, arms are still burning from the exercise. I'll keep you posted when I reach two weeks!

I take longer breaks then the 5 seconds lol I pause it 🫣 but in my defense it's cuz it hurts my left shoulder so bad to do each one and I don't know why, BUT the past few days of doing it I've seen and felt a huge difference in my arms, and for that, I thank you ☺️
