Nah cause I've been doing this only for 2 days and I'm already seeing results BUT I did not only do this workout. I did emi wongs Shoulder stretch workout and Gloria Song's feminine shoulders and defined Collarbones exercise along with this workout and it works so well. Even my mom noticed how defined my collarbone have become and etc. I'm being fr but it's different for everyone so If u don't see results quickly. It's okay. It's working. Just keep going. Give it time and patience. Oppserve, you're literally my fave. I've done a lot of your workouts and have gotten great results.

Начала делать 14.04 и решила что буду писать результаты сюда 1.✅ было не сложно 2.✅ лопатки и шея очень болят, но я сделала 3.✅ 4.✅ болят лопатки 5.✅ ключицы стали больше видны, а самое для меня главное это то, что начала ходить спину держа ровно!! 6.✅ 7.✅ пока что все как в 5 день 8.✅ 9.🛑 10. ✅ извините за долгое отсутствие, постоянно забываю написать. Но я делаю это) 11. ✅ 12.✅ 13.🛑 14.✅ Итог: ключицы стали более заметными и красивыми, а самое главное стало легче ходить с ровной спиной (так же делала иногда комплекс от Эми Вонг на привлекательные ключицы, очень понравилось) Спасибо за комплекс🥺

i will be doing this workout for a week! day 1: this workout definitely is a good stretching and tbh i didnt find it that painful until the last part where i had to do the arms pressed against head one... it was so painful day 2: i realised i was doing one of the workouts wrong but thankfully i did it correctly today, last exercise still painful tho day 3: i didnt do it unfortunately bc i was out until 3am and when i came back i was too exhausted to do it day 4: it went pretty good and the last exercise didnt hurt at all this time and i also have started seeing a change in my posture and im excited

@@gizeldsouza2412 I don't know about the arms cause my arms are not fat I only did this for posture and toning my collar bone and to honest I really started seeing results in just 5 days my collar bone was really toned amd it really helped me in the posture too. It just burns your arms a lot. I think you should give it a try. I have been following her workouts and they are great.

I've been doing this workout for quite some days now, about almost ten days I think, it's highly effective for my collarbones and shoulders but I haven't noticed that much results on arm fat yet. Either way I'm not stopping anytime soon because I've been doing this consistently and don't plan to stop, so remind me to check and update! Oh yeah and I almost forgot, I used to think this workout was not begginer friendly because my arms would ask for help everytime I did this, but if you follow her pace, it really is, trust me, don't go too fast and overdo yourself. Slowly you can get faster, but emphasis on slowly

I’ll do this exercise for as long as possible to deal with some insecurities, probs 1 everyday. Day 1: ✅ - feel nice and stretched in muscles I don’t use frequently. Day 2: ✅ - Done, reminder to maintain straight posture to get the most out of these exercises. Day 3: ✅ - Done, exercise 13 is def my favourite. Day 4: ❌ - Rest day, had to go get groceries. Day 5: ✅ - Done, am sweaty and stretched, it gets a bit easier, I feel these exercises may also target posture. Day 6: ✅ - Done, very little motivation today. Day 7: ❌ - Nah, period got me exhausted for no reason. Day 8: 🤔 sort of, I did some of them, especially stretching, but probably not enough to suffice a normal one, I’ll have to do catch up exercises for the days I lose. Day 9: ✅ - Done x2, some catch up for the days I missed, so sweaty. Day 10: ✅ - Done x2, think I may continue doing it twice a day since 1 doesn’t quite feel like enough/ body is getting used to it. Note: Collarbone has become more noticeable on the front of neck, good posture is required to see it, shoulders seem more angled than before (I have a bunch of arm fat to lose), I’ll avoid collecting more exercise workouts to make sure this one actually works, may do neck and under arm exercises though. Day 11: ❌ It’s late at night, I’ll do catch up some other time. Day 12: ✅ Done, today I did the video x3 to make up for yesterday.

Doing this because it’s summer and I have nothing to do Day one : pretty simple, don’t like the arm circles to much but it’s not that bad Day two: it’s still pretty simple, don’t like to arm circles. Day three: super easy, arm circles are getting easier Day four: I haven’t noticed changes yet most likely cause I suck at that but I’ve noticed my left shoulder is sore? I’m still going. Day five: pretty easy, shoulder still sore (edit : I see difference in my collarbones) Day six: my left arm hurts a bit more, but it is getting a bit better! Like I said b4, I see some more changes is my collar bones!

Nah cause I've been doing this only for 2 days and I'm already seeing results BUT I did not only do this workout.
I did emi wongs Shoulder stretch workout and Gloria Song's feminine shoulders and defined Collarbones exercise along with this workout and it works so well. Even my mom noticed how defined my collarbone have become and etc.
I'm being fr but it's different for everyone so If u don't see results quickly. It's okay. It's working. Just keep going. Give it time and patience.

day 1: this workout definitely is a good stretching and tbh i didnt find it that painful until the last part where i had to do the arms pressed against head one... it was so painful
day 2: i realised i was doing one of the workouts wrong but thankfully i did it correctly today, last exercise still painful tho
day 3: i didnt do it unfortunately bc i was out until 3am and when i came back i was too exhausted to do it
day 4: it went pretty good and the last exercise didnt hurt at all this time and i also have started seeing a change in my posture and im excited

@@gizeldsouza2412 I don't know about the arms cause my arms are not fat I only did this for posture and toning my collar bone and to honest I really started seeing results in just 5 days my collar bone was really toned amd it really helped me in the posture too. It just burns your arms a lot. I think you should give it a try. I have been following her workouts and they are great.

I've been doing this workout for quite some days now, about almost ten days I think, it's highly effective for my collarbones and shoulders but I haven't noticed that much results on arm fat yet. Either way I'm not stopping anytime soon because I've been doing this consistently and don't plan to stop, so remind me to check and update!
Oh yeah and I almost forgot, I used to think this workout was not begginer friendly because my arms would ask for help everytime I did this, but if you follow her pace, it really is, trust me, don't go too fast and overdo yourself. Slowly you can get faster, but emphasis on slowly

So I've been doing this for about a month and it really works like my collar bone are all visible now one tip is that if you add opp serve's double chin face yoga it can really help
Okay so guys, I've. Been doing this for 2 weeks now and also i skipped 3 or 4 days😅 my arms are not so slim for now but my collarbones are visible now and I also saw a difference in my posture going to continue this for more 2 weeks and then tell you the results!👍
I’ll do this exercise for as long as possible to deal with some insecurities, probs 1 everyday.
Day 1: ✅ - feel nice and stretched in muscles I don’t use frequently.
Day 2: ✅ - Done, reminder to maintain straight posture to get the most out of these exercises.
Day 3: ✅ - Done, exercise 13 is def my favourite.
Day 4: ❌ - Rest day, had to go get groceries.
Day 5: ✅ - Done, am sweaty and stretched, it gets a bit easier, I feel these exercises may also target posture.
Day 6: ✅ - Done, very little motivation today.
Day 7: ❌ - Nah, period got me exhausted for no reason.
Day 8: 🤔 sort of, I did some of them, especially stretching, but probably not enough to suffice a normal one, I’ll have to do catch up exercises for the days I lose.
Day 9: ✅ - Done x2, some catch up for the days I missed, so sweaty.
Day 10: ✅ - Done x2, think I may continue doing it twice a day since 1 doesn’t quite feel like enough/ body is getting used to it.
Note: Collarbone has become more noticeable on the front of neck, good posture is required to see it, shoulders seem more angled than before (I have a bunch of arm fat to lose), I’ll avoid collecting more exercise workouts to make sure this one actually works, may do neck and under arm exercises though.
Day 11: ❌ It’s late at night, I’ll do catch up some other time.
Day 12: ✅ Done, today I did the video x3 to make up for yesterday.

DAY 9: [17/07] Done, the exercise still gets harder at the 11th or the 12th exercise but the pain is worth it

DAY 12: [20/07] I could see my collarbones more when i relax my shoulders (not 90 degree) but i cant see them when i get them to 90 degree, neck is still the same but my left arm is more sore and slimmer than the right arm idky

Update: I could see a huge difference in my collarbones, body posture, arms and neck but i cant see much difference on my shoulders but i will continue :)

I'm starting this today
Day 1- I did feel a burn in my arms but that meant it's working
Day 2- Was good there was still some burn but ye.
Day 3- Same as the 2 days before
Day 4- WOW just WOW I can see improvement
Day 5- Its getting there the burn is a bit better and my arms are kinda sore
Day 6- IT LOOKS AMAZING (still as a kinda burn
Day 7- OML JUST WOW IT WORKED

I'm also doing abs workout and kpop dance workout too and I don't diet but doesn't over eat nor it snacks

My biggest insecurity is my arms and, I've been doing this for a week and I still don't see my results for the shoulders and arms but I did see the results in my collarbone and back. But I do, like the workout and the vibe so I'm still going to do it to see what happens.

@@TickleAsshairs The results were really good, it actually worked my arms became thinner and my collarbone and back is more toned. Try it!
I only did this for 3 days it meant to be 4 but I missed a day but I already see the 90° shoulder and a bit slimmer hands tysm you saved me i do 5 exercise of yours and 25 others I'll do this for 7 days:
