Short, not sweaty and that's why I decided to do it before breakfast and going to work. Sometimes when you do the exercise and you are standing with your sideways I am not sure what's the correct position of my legs or body (depending on the exercise). So maybe while presenting next exercise you could just show your body from different positions :)
Just discovered your workouts - I've done several in the past few days and they're really special - I feel graceful doing them. Thanks for these strengthening exercises, great for any age!

Attempting this before june 3rd because my calves are skinny
May 24 2024:my calves are soo sore they were so sore that i had to quit at half of the video
May 25 2024: omg when i squat you can see a some muscle and they got a little bigger
May 26: skipped bc I was out all day
May 27: my calves got more proportioned with my upper legs im so close!
