    Short, not sweaty and that's why I decided to do it before breakfast and going to work. Sometimes when you do the exercise and you are standing with your sideways I am not sure what's the correct position of my legs or body (depending on the exercise). So maybe while presenting next exercise you could just show your body from different positions :)

    Attempting this before june 3rd because my calves are skinny
    May 24 2024:my calves are soo sore they were so sore that i had to quit at half of the video
    May 25 2024: omg when i squat you can see a some muscle and they got a little bigger
    May 26: skipped bc I was out all day
    May 27: my calves got more proportioned with my upper legs im so close!

    Should we feel pain in the arches of our foot and not in our calf? Amazing workout but my feet hurt more than my calves 😅

      i felt the workout in my ankles lol, i think we need to position our feet in the right position so we can feel our calves tensing up
