I started doing this exercise 4 months ago but the result now is incredible,I think this is the best booty lift exercise which everyone needs, thanks alot for your effort.
I’ve been at the worst weight I’ve been in my life, and im ready to turn my life around and actually do something about it instead of sulking about it. For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I'm obsessed with this one. I used to do it for 1-2 weeks straight. It worked guys but then I stopped because I was busy at that time . And now I come back, today was the first day and I almost gave up in the middle 😂 but maintained to finish all the exercises and felt my lower back and my butt a bit painful, might be the muscles for not doing exercises such a long time. I will update my progress and hope I can continue for 2 weeks: 1st day: painful but worthy 😊 2nd day: im getting used to it, my butt was sore after 5-6 hours post-workout
It was unique for me in that there was no talking at all. No introduction, no mini break down for each move. Having said that, I loved the different moves. You could feel them, they are effective, and what I really liked was the timer that count down for you.
I have done a lot of workouts for butt lift and I tought every video was too easy, I AM SWEATING and my legs and ass feel like jelly, but that is good! I never felted this way with any other video. Thank you! I hope to see results soon.

Noticed a huge difference in 6 weeks doing this every morning. My bum is getting a nicer round shape, lost cm’s from around my waist and legs are toning up nicely. I combine this workout after 15 mins of yoga and so happy with the results so far👌 I’m still easing into the 30 minute standing Pilates, oooh that’s a good one!

I followed this whole workout and it worked. Like, literally. Although I still don't have the perfect shape, I made progress. This actually looks like it’ll work. I’ve tried so many different workouts with little results. There’s those certain areas on my body that are just stubborn or I’m not hitting them right.
