Love this booty workout, but remember that these sorts of workouts will tighten and tone your glutes and if that’s your goal then amazing! If you are looking to grow the size of them, you must lift weights! This workout is great as a pre-work out to weighted exercises. ❤

I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

It was unique for me in that there was no talking at all. No introduction, no mini break down for each move. Having said that, I loved the different moves. You could feel them, they are effective, and what I really liked was the timer that count down for you.

I'm obsessed with this one. I used to do it for 1-2 weeks straight. It worked guys but then I stopped because I was busy at that time . And now I come back, today was the first day and I almost gave up in the middle 😂 but maintained to finish all the exercises and felt my lower back and my butt a bit painful, might be the muscles for not doing exercises such a long time. I will update my progress and hope I can continue for 2 weeks:
1st day: painful but worthy 😊
2nd day: im getting used to it, my butt was sore after 5-6 hours post-workout

I followed this whole workout and it worked. Like, literally. Although I still don't have the perfect shape, I made progress.
Day 1
It's pretty sore
Day 2
Still sore
1st week
I can feel a bit of my glutes getting bigger
2nd week
It's bigger and some have noticed and complimented
3rd week
-still on going since I'm not consistent

Update:let me be a reminder to be consistent could've reached my goals by now. 2024.02.21
Day 1: burned quite a lot since I'm not used to glute workouts mainly core but done.
Day 2: burnt but not AS bad (disclaimer I do get results quite quickly) I have noticed how my butt looks more perky and less cellulite but nothing too drastic
Day 3: I missed it im sorry school opened couldn't keep up 😭
Day 4: I did it but took a lot more breaks than usual, still burnttt!!
Day 5:
come back!!!
