I started mad fit in January. I was at 200 pounds. I did mad fit twice a day six days a week. Last month I finally hit 150 pounds. I hit the weights now I have 165 pounds of lean muscle. I am a male, and I can say that most men couldn’t hold Maddie’s lunch. Keep it up Mad Fitters!
@@amyrobb9506 Thank you so much. Eating right has had a lot to do with it. But once a month I would go to the local burger joint and eat a double bacon cheese burger and fries with a banana split. Hard work deserves rewards. But only once a month.
Advice for everyone: don’t feel like you absolutely need to keep up with her. I just did this as a little finisher after her back and biceps workout. I did drop my arms in between even though she says not to! I tried to go at my own pace. It’s all about working your way up and I DID IT! Feeling the burn. Love you Maddie! ❤️
Ok. So I feel like I need to do this in case there's someone like me looking in the comments section. First of all- everybody is different. While it's easy to get discouraged that this exercise is easier for some, I am here to tell you this- I've been doing this workout for the past 3 weeks non-stop, and I still put my hands down 4-5 times. The burn is always intense , and it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong when I see comments that say " I didn't need to drop my arms after 3 days". While I still drop my arms, and the burn is always intense I have noticed some toning. So to that person who's still dropping their arms- you're doing great. You got through the workout and that's the most important thing. Strength, and definition will come with time and consistency, so keep with it and don't give up. Maybe in a few more weeks you'll be able to do the whole thing without dropping your arms. And if not, who cares. This is your fitness journey alone not a competition with others, so enjoy the burn and have fun.
Thank you! I'm literally the same. Have been doing it for whole July.. and can finally get to fifth exercise without dropping arms. Slow progress is better than no progress 😊
@@BubblegumFetish I'm so happy that you've been able do get to where you want to be. It's hard for us people who don't get "instant" results, but all that hard work paid off, and I hope you're just as proud as I am of you.
I was starting to be able to do it without getting too tired but then I got vaccinated and my arm was swollen for a few days so I stopped...and then forgot to restart. I finally remembered today, and it's back to hurting again :(
oh my gosh my shoulders are ON FIRE!!! i get worried about finding arm workouts with no equipment but this one is amazing and i will definitely be doing it more often
So grateful you said “two more left” or else I was going to drop. Thank you, this is so much nicer than other arm workouts and it’s already easier on day three
I'm a physiotherapy student and longtime follower of MadFit! The other day in our clinical labs, our instructor played this video for us to follow during our shoulder education week, and ALSO to remind everyone that workouts without dumbbells can still be immensely challenging! Had a little chuckle at the guys who started this workout holding a set of 10lb dumbbells having to put them down 1 minute in LOL.
I DID IT!!!!! I have been doing this video intermittently for a few years and have NEVER been able to make it through without dropping my arms....until today! WOW! Feels great! Thank you for your amazing workouts. I recommend them to everyone!!
Doing this for two months!!! Trying to get a glow up!! I will post my results!! I’m also combing this with two other workouts!! Keep up the streak guys ❤❤❤ 🔥 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Day 1: ✅ Got back into it after a year and didn’t drop my arms 😅❤ Hurts so bad 😢 Day2:✅Dropped my arms twice 😭 I’m gonna add two pound weights and keep up my streak 🔥 Day 3: ✅Arms hurts dropped twice 😅❤❤ Day 4: ✅Adding weights was so hard ahh keeping it up 😂🫦 Day 5:
@@thesevenkingswelove9554 I've done this workout for awhile and it makes ur arms toned. It won't make you hella muscular if that's what ur worried about!
doing this for 5 days! day 1 ✅ BURNED SO MUCH! my arms are dead but feeling confident for tomorrow! day 2 ✅ dropped my arms about 5 times which is a bit disappointing! i can still feel the burn but i’m going to keep going! day 3 ✅ only dropped my arms 4 times today felt really tired but still did it anyway day 4 ✅ felt a bit easier! still felt the burn, only have one day to go!
this is one of the only videos i consistently do every day because it works. My upper arms used to cramp up so bad and I felt like I would die half way through but now I can loop this and feel it at the end of the second time. big big big improvement and i owe it to this
I really love the 5 minute videos because like today, I have many other days where after taking care of the children and home all day I realize that I haven't done what I need to for myself. And now I feel good omw to bed knowing that I did a little bit of something. It's very quick but it IS effective
This is the first time I've ever commented on a UA-cam video, but I just wanted to say that I've been doing your workouts since February almost every day, especially your dance workouts! I've been enjoying my life so much more because of the energy they give me and have also lost some weight as a bonus! I have literally never been able to keep my arms up for an entire video before, and today I actually did it!! Thank you for the inner and outer strength you have helped me to find ❤
OH MY GODNESS. OKAY IM LITERALLY DOING THIS EVERY MORNING AND EVERY NOGHT EVERY SINGLE DAY. IT WAS ESSY IN AWAY, BUT ALSO NOT. I FELT MY ARM MUSCLES REALLY WORKING OMGGG THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEOOO
YOOOO DON'T FEEL ASHAMED THAT YOU WEREN'T ABLE TO COMPLETE THIS EXERCISE AT ONCE . I GET IT THIS IS HARD BUT DON'T GIVE UP ! PRACTICE THIS EVERYDAY AND I SWEAR YOU WILL GET IT ONE DAY
Had started this exercise about 2 months ago I couldn't even keep my arms up for even one of those exercises.... but now I can do the whole exercise without dropping my arms, and have found significant change in my arm fat. Moral of the story: Don't give up
Doing this for 20 days Day 1: Very hard for me, so much burn! I took a 30 second break every 2 exercises, so I couldn’t do the entire video but I am still proud of my self for pushing through! Day 2: still very hard, took a 10 second break after every exercise consistently. I am very proud for pushing through! Day 3:
I’ve been doing these 5 minute workouts everyday (6 days now) and 1. My arms are looking toned- loved ones are proud of my muscle definition/ I now have a part of my body I like marveling at in the mirror 2. On Monday I’m now ready to visit your 15 min dumbbell workouts. I bought a pair 10 pounders- was a bit too weak to lift them on day 1, but today I struggled less to lift them. Your channel is amazing ! Thank you so much for these videos! I can’t wait to check your other videos too. I’m eyeing the 5 minute standing ab workouts next. ❤
I'm gonna do this until I can do it without dropping my arms💪 Day 1: Burned A LOT but I am proud to say I only dropped my arms once about 4 minutes into the workout and then finished it. I never did arm exercises before, so Im really proud. I did so well the first time, but it hurts a lot! Day 2: I was pretty exhausted today, so I dropped my arms twice today. Again, the first time, at around four minutes, the circles really get to me😭. Day 3: Proud of myself, I actually completed it without dropping my arms. My arms were literally dead after the circles, but I pushed thru and did it! Even though I said I would stop when I could do it without dropping my arms, I am gonna keep on doing it and updating just a little bit to see when it would become easier. Day 4: Still not really easy, dropped my arms once. Day 5: A bit easier, didn't drop my arms today🎉 Day 6: Dropped my arms once, not that easier (also, I had no motaviton today😢) Day 7: Didn't drop my arms, it was a bit easier Day 8: Didn't drop my arms again, I can definitely say it's easier than on the first few days Day 9: Dropped my arms once, a bit harder than yesterday (ig I was just more tired) Day 10: Didn't drop my arms, the same Day 11: I'm gonna stop now, I definitely already see a difference in my hands and doing it now us way easier than the first few days, although it's still hard. I'm going to try other workouts for arms now, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!❤
I've been doing this work out for 1 week. I lose 2 inches and im greatly happy with the result. Doing this 2-3 times a day. Fighting guys i know you can do it!
63yo G'ma here. I did it for the first time a couple of days ago. Good stuff! Ive been doing another no weight arm wo for 4 weeks already, needed some variety. Did them both today!! Wowza. My arms are definitely getting stronger and showing some definition. Bat wings are still present but working on those!! Thanks madfit!!
These 5-10 min videos are the perfect way to move my body quickly while taking a break during work from home. 5 minutes total....no excuses to not slide that into the day! Love it!
I dropped my arms so much starting off. The burn in my shoulders actually made me nauseous but after a few times of doing this exercise, I can finally do it without dropping my arms! I can tell I am getting stronger!!! 💪 Update: Week 3 of doing this 5 min arm workout. I've been doing these once or twice a day for 3 weeks now. It's part of my daily routine. I love it!
hii! have you been seeing progress in your arms? i was thinking of doing this workout everyday to build my arm muscles for running :). good job for doing this for 3 weeks!
@@gigachadxoxowRIZZ yes! very much actually and thank you! I used to not be able to do 15lb bicep curls but now I am able. Also, I can do pushups with good form too. I'm now at 1 month of doing this arm workout. Now I do it twice a day, once in the morning and once more at night. I highly recommend it!
I will do this for a month or 2 weeks and share the result) 1.✅ I was taking a break because my arms couldn't stand it anymore. 2. ✅ It was easier, but I still took breaks. 3.✅ It was easier and I didn't take a break. 4.✅ 5. ✅ It hurt, but I got through it. 💪
I’ve been doing this every day for a little over a week at this point. At the beginning literally spaghetti arms, not matter how much I flexed there was no definition. No after just one week I’m starting to see a little bit of definition and I’m honestly really proud of myself for even just taking the first step. Every time I do it I feel the fire but I push through no matter how hard it hurts because it stops hurting after like 10 minutes tops. I’m honestly so excited to see where I am in 30 days and then after that 90. I think on day 15 I might add core exercises and just start slowly doing the whole body but I’m genuinely so shocked so see even just a little bit of definition after a week!!!
This is so helpful When I was younger I got depression which made me stay inside and not do any exercise for 3 years , I can barely pick up basic objects nowadays so I’m going to do this exercise tomorrow so I can reach my goal ( to open a bottle of water )
i just stopped doing ballet after a few years, and i really wanted to get into a workout routine. my friend showed me this video, and i am blown away! i just did it for the first time today, and did not drop my arms. those years of ballet (and holding my arms in place for different exercises) really paid off! the burn was incredible, so i'm going to add this to my workout routine and try to completely master it. thank you SO much!
It’s my third day doing this workout and I’ve finally survived through the whole thing without dropping my arms, which, *incredible* , because I’m the most unfit person to ever exist on earth. Thank you for this maddie, I’ll come back tomorrow again to continue this, although my non-existent muscles feels like they were repeatedly being ripped apart, I’ll do this till I get some muscles on my arms!!
I have been doing this for almost a week, and every time I caved somewhere in the middle. Tonight I did it without dropping! I could almost cry! I for the first time felt the tiredness, but instead of seeing it as pain I someway turned it into power! So cool thank you!
The first time I did this I couldn't make it all the way through. Was so proud I could make it all the way through today! Thanks for an awesome workout! :)
I have been doing this workout for a couple of days now.. And I used to not be able to resist dropping my arm.. But guys.. I DID IT TODAY!! Keep going everyone..
UPDATING MY PROGRESS!! Day 1: Wow! Really felt the burn! I had done this workout a long time ago and had to drop my arms between every exercise. This time I only dropped them once near the end… That was personal progress outside of this workout but I’m still feeling great and I can still feel my arms burning while I’m typing this. Great workout! Excited to try again tomorrow 🥳🥳 Day 2: Well… it was still a STRUGGLE but I managed to get through the whole thing without dropping my arms! I’m definitely already seeing progress even though it’s only day 2 ✨ Day 3: I was sooooo sore today so this was the only workout I did. I managed to do it again without dropping my arms and was able to engage my back muscles more! Day 4: Break Day 5: Break Day 6: Okay so I was really busy and totally forgot to do this workout in days 4 and 5… BUT- on days 2 and 3 I was super sore. I did notice my performance was better today since I wasn’t sore and my arms were in better shape. Something I noticed was on the first to exercises, I was definitely able to engage my back. I was struggling before but I was easily able to today! 🥳🥳👑 Day 7: OKAY so I was SO sore today. My whole body literally hurt so bad. You know when you get a shot and feel that soreness around your shoulder?? Yeah that was it… I still managed to complete the workout without dropping my arms but I didn’t engage my back as much. Overall just feeling pretty bad about today but I have hope for tomorrow 😕 Day 8: Break Day 9: Break Day 10: OK so I was really busy the last few days but I got this workout done again today! I was DEFINITELY able to engage my back - this time for most of the exercises instead of just the first two. It was definitely easier for me to complete since I wasn’t that sore today. 💪💪 edit: hey guys so I don’t routinely do this workout anymore but for all the people who don’t regularly lift weights, this will get your arms INTO SHAPE!! I noticed significant progress after just a few times doing this workout and it brings quick and easy results- it’s also easy to notice your physical progress because you won’t need to drop your arms anymore and the burn will feel good instead of incredibly painful ❤️
Did this short routine everyday last week and dropped my arms a number of times . Today being the first day if a new week , was the first time I did this without dropping my arms . I am pleased to notice that I am progressing .
Finally, after doing this routine for about 18-20 times ( not regularly, 2-3 days on and off) did this whole workout with my arms up, feels like an accomplishment, that burn though, totally worth it!!
Hating my arms for ages made me not drop them for a second. I remember how i’d thank myself later for doing this and i get so motivated to challenge myself 3 days in , it painfully burns but kept going anyways I’ll update ( not a promise tho ) Update: I’ve been doing them for a while now ( not everyday tho just a few times a week) these work like magic! I have a little bit of a muscle and my arms got so much thinner! keep going it’s definitely worth it!
I've been doing this workout on and off for the past 2 years or so. When I come back to it after I haven't done it in a while, I can just make it without dropping my arms. That motivates me each time to get back to how it felt after doing it for a while and feeling so good about my arms! Forever my go to arms video. I've shared this with many friends!
this is such a good workout to do in daily baisis. today was the first time i did the whole thing without dropping the arms. feeling soo proud. thank youuuu!!
i’m going to try doing this for four weeks! start: june 13 end july 11th both arms: 11 inches june 13: done! ✅i dropped my arms 3 times i did NOT expect it to be this hard june 14th:✅ harder then the first day😅 june 15:❌ june 16:❌ june 17:❌ june 18:❌ june 19:❌ june 20:✅
I've been doing this burnout at the end of every workout for about 2 weeks now and today is the first time I've tried it with 2 lbs weights and let me tell you, my arms feel like dead weight right about now 😅. This video really helped me see any definition in my arms at all and I can't wait till the next time I'm able to bump up the weights. Good luck to anyone else out there using this video!
Gonna start a comment to try to keep myself accountable for doing this! Prom is in exactly 1 month and I want to try to boost my confidence. I’ve done this workout before and haven’t been consistent with it, but I want to make a change !! :) Week 1: Day 1 ✅ - not too bad. Had to drop my arms a few times in between but didn’t pause the video. The arm circles are a pain. Day 2 ✅ - felt a lot more burn but still pulled through and didn’t drop my arms! Day 3 ✅ - getting easier to not have to drop my arms, the arm flips feel like a little break to me. Definitely still feel the burn tho! Day 4 ❌ - rest day! Day 5 ✅ - getting a little easier to do Day 6 ✅ - really felt the burn today. Actually see my muscles a little more toned when I flex :D Day 7 ✅ - the last few exercises were toughh Week 2: Day 8 ❌ - rest day! Day 9 ✅ - tried focusing more on my form rather than doing a lot of reps. Really felt more burn! Day 10 ✅ - today’s workout felt pretty good! Still struggle a little when I get to the arm circles but still keeping my streak of not dropping my arms! Day 11 ✅ - don’t know if I’m just imagining it, but I can actually see the side views of my arms getting a little slimmer!! Day 12 ❌ - rest day! Day 13 ✅- omg idk why but the burn was INTENSE today Day 14 ✅ - great workout today! Week 3: Day 15 ✅ - omg my shoulders look SO much more toned !!! Day 16 ❌ - rest day! Day 17 ✅ - had a tiring day and had to drop my arms a few times in between exercises but still made it through! Day 18 ❌ - had to study for my tests the next day :( Day 19 ✅ - good workout, can definitely still feel the burn! Day 20 ❌ - had family over and didn’t want to just randomly workout in front of them.. Day 21 ✅ - did it twice to make up for some of the days I skipped. Wasn’t as bad as I thought! … guys, I couldn’t keep up with the routine because I was constantly out :( the irony!! But I’m gonna get back into it in the summer! And I had my prom and overall my arms actually looked slightly slimmer!! I’m kinda surprised ngl
@@Indywood thank you!! And I couldn’t keep up with it the last week because I was constantly out :( but I want to continue doing it in the summer and develop a routine! I think the workout actually kinda works and if I keep going with it for a while, i’ll see a big difference!
i have been doing this workout twice a day for about three weeks constantly and I went from having to drop my arms after every move to being able to do the full thing without dropping whatsoever ❤ thank you so much for uploading this - the results are definitely worth it.
I've been doing this for 5 days and it has already became so much easier to do this workout! You can feel yourself getting stronger 💃 Edit: it's been a bit over a month, AND DAYMM my arm mucles have grown so much. I went from like 0 push-ups to 10 (proper ones AND REMEMBER, EVERYONES RESULTS ARE DIFFERENT!!) I know lifting weights/other shi would be MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE, but I love how effortless it is to add this to your daily routine cuz it takes only 5mins. You dont have to commit to a 20min-1h session
Thanks for the update!! Reading the comments to keep me motivated as I'm starting my exercise journey (again) and trying not to burn out like last time by taking it slow and doing easier stuff :) Going to do this every other day and 3 minute abs the other days.
done this workout so many times and it always gets to 3.17 minutes and I drop my arms, after that I drop them like 5 times but today I only dropped them 2! Progress 🤩💪🏼 Update: didn’t drop my arms at all today!
I've been doing this for almost 2 months now since I decided to be this part of my everyday routine this year. It became too easy for me so I added 3lb of dumbbells in my second round and I'm telling you guys, I got muscles and I don't find my things heavy unlike before when I went to school and brought a lot of architecture materials.
I’ve been doing these exercises for a week now, watching that video and wasn’t able to hold my arms the whole time. Now i can proudly say that i can!! Thank you so much.❤
This is the best arm exercise I’ve ever done and I’ve tried a lot! I was able to keep my arms up the whole time and I could feel the burn throughout the whole time and for minutes later. This was my first time trying this but I’ll update after a week. I usually have a hard time losing arm fat. I’m going to let you know how many inches I’ve lost in my arms. Thanks! Today I did this for the 7th day and I added 3 lb dumbbells. I had to pause four times but I made it in the end!
Today, I was able to do the entire five minutes without dropping my arms! I have also introduced some of these exercises into my mother's routine (we're working on toning her upper body). It's her third week, and her arms are considerably smaller! She's very pleased with the results.
My fatal flaw was going into this arm workout thinking it would be easy. Most hellish five minutes of workout I’ve ever had (that is a compliment Ty for this workout)❤❤❤
Oh my gosh gurrrrrrl I wasn't expecting this to be as hard as it was, although I didn't drop my arms (out of pure stubborness) it felt like they were going to fall off by the end of it. You're great!!! I love your stuff, you're doing great work helping us folks become the best that we can be :)
Bro I did this yesterday night, cause nobody would come in my room, and omg the next morning I woke up and I looked at my arms and actually saw a difference, I “flexed” (at least tried to) and there was visible muscle. I sooooo recommend this, I only did it once and saw a difference so I will continue doing this! Her workouts are amazing, and actually work!
@@kiirstenschneider8464 I did but the thing is, my legs (because I love to walk and roller skate) is relatively strong so it doesn’t feel lethal. I’ve recently taken up swimming which is when I realized my arms need to get stronger and right on time, Maddie uploaded this. . .
same, I finished her recent 15-minute butt workout and thought I was going to collapse haha so I thought 'let's do that 5 minute arm workout just to chill a bit' hmmm.. yeah no, now I'm going to be staring at the ceiling for the rest of the day lol.
Doing this for 10 days until I can do this without dropping my arms! Day 1: Completed but dropped the arms after each set. Still better than most other arm workouts. Day 2: A little sore from yesterday but did it nevertheless. Dropped arms a couple of times. Day 3: felt easier today. Dropped arms at the arm circle and 2 times after that!
Updating everyday for my progress! Day 1 ✅- Kinda hard at prayer push trying to get through it 😂 Day 2 ✅- Better way easier with the prayer push did it 2x today hurts but I can definitely feel in a week it will improve! Day 3 ✅- This hurt the most out of all the days which probably means I’m doing it better struggling not to drop my arms but I managed I will do it another time today
After 3 days I finally didn't drop my arms! It really helps with your confidence tbh...after finally doing it, it was a huge confidence booster and inspired me and now I'm more determined to do other workouts as well...thank you so much Maddie! I've watched only a few videos of yours as I am new here but I already love you! Thank you so much once again and I'll definitely share your videos to my friends :)
since I started working and have gotten busier than in my college era, I gained pounds especially in my arms and belly. now here I am, starting to remove them cuz I wanna wear my fave clothes again!
I’ve been doing this off and on for a year, and could never keep my arms up the whole time. Recently on vacation, I did this 5 days in a row and was able to finally keep my arms up the whole time in day 5!! Awesome!
Yaaass! I didn't do this workout for a while (I was doing the 15 min Toned Arms one instead) and I came back today and did the whole thing without dropping my arms! And I was still able to keep going at the end! Thanks Maddie! ❤
first time doing it!! dropped my arms after every different exercise and needed like a minute break with it LOL but im excited to see my progression!! day 1 folks!!!

I’ve tried changing my diet too and I’ve been eating healthy, lots of vegetables, fruits and protein. Even tho I see no change I’m still going to continue and try my hardest to reach my goal. If anyone has tips for me it’ll be very appreciated
have done this for two weeks, and I can see a change already, of course my arms can’t be completely toned in two weeks but I think this is a good start for me. Thank you for the workout and good luck guys, don’t give up(:
I did this workout inconsistently for a couple weeks, and about a week ago I started doing it every day. I’ve had one rest day so far and I’ve noticed a difference in my arm muscle, it seems a lot more prominent and more toned. I have gained a slight bit of muscle so far! but I will say I have had a lot of arm strength for a long time, when I started this workout I could immediately do the whole workout without being sore later. So Just a disclaimer, everyone is different. It was easy for me, but it may not work for you, that doesn’t mean you’re weak, or you aren’t doing it right. Everyone’s different, so you may not get the same results as me, and please don’t be discouraged if so. Keep it up! You will see results soon. :)
doing this for 2 weeks ! like this comment so i remember to update you guys day 1 : ✅ i can really feel the burn lol, but i didn’t drop my arms! day 2 : ✅ day 3 : ✅ day 4 : ✅ i also do a shoulder workout and i can already see slight changes! day 5 : ✅
DID YOU DROP YOUR ARMS? Or did you make it through? 💪🏼 Let me know down below! 👇🏼
I had to drop my arms twice, but only for about a half a second. This was a good, challenging arm workout. Thanks for this quick arm workout. :)
Oh my goodness, feeling the burn!! Didn't drop my arms!!! Yay!!
I made it through 💪🏻 it wash hard... But, you can do it!!
I dropped a little after 3 minutes for a few seconds…wow…that was harder than it looks…🤣💪🏼
Yes. Didn't drop my arms. My arms are burning. 🥵 But it's so good.
THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!!! WELL DONE
@@amyrobb9506 Thank you so much. Eating right has had a lot to do with it. But once a month I would go to the local burger joint and eat a double bacon cheese burger and fries with a banana split. Hard work deserves rewards. But only once a month.
Yeah that good to know thanks 😊
Huge congrats!!!
Great job!

2. On Monday I’m now ready to visit your 15 min dumbbell workouts.
I bought a pair 10 pounders- was a bit too weak to lift them on day 1, but today I struggled less to lift them.

I'm gonna do this until I can do it without dropping my arms💪
Day 1: Burned A LOT but I am proud to say I only dropped my arms once about 4 minutes into the workout and then finished it.
Day 5: A bit easier, didn't drop my arms today🎉
Day 6: Dropped my arms once, not that easier (also, I had no motaviton today😢)
Day 7: Didn't drop my arms, it was a bit easier
Day 8: Didn't drop my arms again, I can definitely say it's easier than on the first few days
Day 9: Dropped my arms once, a bit harder than yesterday (ig I was just more tired)
Day 10: Didn't drop my arms, the same
Day 11: I'm gonna stop now, I definitely already see a difference in my hands and doing it now us way easier than the first few days, although it's still hard. I'm going to try other workouts for arms now, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!❤

How is it going now?
How is it now ?
How the hell was this so difficult

i just stopped doing ballet after a few years, and i really wanted to get into a workout routine. my friend showed me this video, and i am blown away! i just did it for the first time today, and did not drop my arms. those years of ballet (and holding my arms in place for different exercises) really paid off! the burn was incredible, so i'm going to add this to my workout routine and try to completely master it. thank you SO much!
It’s my third day doing this workout and I’ve finally survived through the whole thing without dropping my arms, which, *incredible* , because I’m the most unfit person to ever exist on earth.
Excited to try again tomorrow 🥳🥳
Day 2: Well… it was still a STRUGGLE but I managed to get through the whole thing without dropping my arms! I’m definitely already seeing progress even though it’s only day 2 ✨
Day 3: I was sooooo sore today so this was the only workout I did. I managed to do it again without dropping my arms and was able to engage my back muscles more!
Day 4: Break
Day 5: Break
Day 6: Okay so I was really busy and totally forgot to do this workout in days 4 and 5… BUT- on days 2 and 3 I was super sore. I did notice my performance was better today since I wasn’t sore and my arms were in better shape. Something I noticed was on the first to exercises, I was definitely able to engage my back. I was struggling before but I was easily able to today! 🥳🥳👑
Day 7: OKAY so I was SO sore today. My whole body literally hurt so bad. You know when you get a shot and feel that soreness around your shoulder?? Yeah that was it… I still managed to complete the workout without dropping my arms but I didn’t engage my back as much. Overall just feeling pretty bad about today but I have hope for tomorrow 😕
Day 8: Break
Day 9: Break
Day 10: OK so I was really busy the last few days but I got this workout done again today! I was DEFINITELY able to engage my back - this time for most of the exercises instead of just the first two. It was definitely easier for me to complete since I wasn’t that sore today. 💪💪
edit: hey guys so I don’t routinely do this workout anymore but for all the people who don’t regularly lift weights, this will get your arms INTO SHAPE!! I noticed significant progress after just a few times doing this workout and it brings quick and easy results- it’s also easy to notice your physical progress because you won’t need to drop your arms anymore and the burn will feel good instead of incredibly painful ❤️

Update: didn’t drop my arms at all today!
Hi just wondering how’s the progress ?
I never thought 5mins would be this painful 😂😂😂😂
Have you tried her other 5min workouts?.. The legs one is amazing but such a killer😅
Dropped arms at the arm circle and 2 times after that!
come back bro!!
I really love all the 5 mins series which I can do quickly during a work break or before showering!
Updating everyday for my progress!
Day 1 ✅- Kinda hard at prayer push trying to get through it 😂
Day 2 ✅- Better way easier with the prayer push did it 2x today hurts but I can definitely feel in a week it will improve!
Day 3 ✅- This hurt the most out of all the days which probably means I’m doing it better struggling not to drop my arms but I managed I will do it another time today
hey, how are you?
@@maxineeeee693I’ve updated! And I actually feel a lot of change and can see it so maybe do it 2x a day for the best results it’s really quick!
Thank you so much once again and I'll definitely share your videos to my friends :)
since I started working and have gotten busier than in my college era, I gained pounds especially in my arms and belly. now here I am, starting to remove them cuz I wanna wear my fave clothes again!
same sis❤
I’ve been doing this off and on for a year, and could never keep my arms up the whole time. Recently on vacation, I did this 5 days in a row and was able to finally keep my arms up the whole time in day 5!! Awesome!
Yaaass! I didn't do this workout for a while (I was doing the 15 min Toned Arms one instead) and I came back today and did the whole thing without dropping my arms! And I was still able to keep going at the end! Thanks Maddie! ❤

Day 1: ✅(x2) I didn’t drop my arms but I was close to it to the point where my hands and arms were shaking 💀
Day 2: ✅(x1) my arms were sore today and I had to take a break and lift my arms above my head
Day3: ✅ (x1) my arms were still a little sore from yesterday but it was tolerable
Day 4: ❌ I fell asleep and totally forgot to do it 😂
Day 5: ✅ (x1) today It felt a little easier to do even though I didn’t do it yesterday
Day 6: ✅ (x1) today I didn’t have to lift my arms up at all, these workouts are getting easier!
Day 7:❌ I forgot to do it but I’ll do 2 tomorrow to makeup for it
Day 8: ✅ (x2) Done, I’m thinking about adding weights to this workout either tomorrow or sometimes this week
Day 9: ❌ I forgot again
Day 10:✅ I’ve added 5 lb weights, hardest thing I’ve ever done
Day 11: ❌
Day 12: ❌ losing motivation tbh
I’m not seeing any improvement so far, Ik it’s only been like 1 week an 1/2 but I have a dance coming up in like 12 days so I’m trying to do everything I can to feel comfortable in showing my arms.
Did u do it every day?
@@ranamohammed8059 almost every day
I did this workout inconsistently for a couple weeks, and about a week ago I started doing it every day. :)
