Okayy soo, I have been doing this workout for 2 months, and the truth is I have seen a BIG change, my butt is rounder and lifted (I have hip dips that were very noticeable but with this workout they have been decreased, that is, they are no longer as noticeable) now my thighs are bigger, I have more resistance in my legs, In my case, I have an inverted triangle body, and with this workout it has given me that silhouette of having more hips and be fuller in the hips
🌺It should be noted that I have not implemented or changed anything in my food since I don't diet.🌺

I love how my whole body was sweating!! May I just suggest to give at least 5 seconds break for each set so we have time to prepare a little? 😊

I love this workout! I swear it's my cardio too, my heartbeat gets crazy and I really enjoy it. I have a question for the one legged exercises is it ok ifbi hold onto a wall or chair? Your girl is 220 lbs and my balance isn't great.
