ok so I'm gonna try and do this once every day. wish me luck! started: 72kg, 163 cm Day 1 ✅ It was the longest 30 mins of my life. I felt so exhausted and sweat buckets. Day 2 ✅ It was still really long for me, and water break felt like heaven. Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ It was less tiring for me this time, and the water break felt quite early. Still sweat a lot. Day 5 ✅ The workout felt like it ended faster. I'm more used to the exercises now. It was noticeably easier this time! Day 6 ✅ Felt more tired today, maybe because I just woke up and hadn't eaten anything. Day 7 ✅ I did it yesterday but forgot to update. I noticed I'm more used to the exercises now. Day 8 ❌ Had a 10hr conference and I was too exhausted Day 9 ✅ Couldn't do it The next few days, I woke up with a stiff neck Anyways, I feel lighter nowadays and I've noticed small changes Also I'm switching to pilates so wish me luck! Your workouts are the best I have seen in years. I'm not young and I have exercised all my life but due to intense and crazy workouts I've done over the years, both my knees are bad. Y’all i can’t express how much i love her workout. It give me such a gooddddd time afterwarddddddd. If you read this it’s a sign to get your butt up and do this exercise rn!! And remember if you’re tired, do it slower but don’t give up!! Everyone are different!!! Be you and do you!!!!!!

Congratulations for some really high quality workouts combining fat burning, calisthenics and pilates elements. I love the fact that you integrate warm-up as well. Nice workout, not too hard, except for the balance on one leg and pulse. That I needed to put a hand on a table to help, but other than that 250 active calories, 337 total and a 120bpm average heart rate. This was my second HIIT workout today so nice way to go.
Your warm up song was the best inspiration ever to continue on my goal! I really appreciate these strength training moves that have also challenged my balance which concerns me as I am in my 60s. Thank you so much!
I’ve been out of the workout game for a while and don’t have easy access to a gym so here I am! I appreciate it being on Yotube to “go at your own pace”. Plan on incorporating this three times a week along with my arm workouts I do every day! Here we go!!!
Awesome workout, It was gentle with my arthritis and I could follow while at the same time, could feel the work in the targetted areas, I think the movements are very well thought and designed. Excellent job the teacher has done awesome work putting together this workout, bonus points, love some house music in my workouts!

Fantastic workout! Great pace and went by fast. I agree with the others in that I got very sweaty and found it hard to balance on some moves. The one I was unable to even come close to mimicking you was the balancing leg press. I could barely lift my back leg off the ground with my opposite leg in a lunge position. But even like that I could feel the burn in the leg on the ground as I was having to squeeze my glutes to prevent falling over lol. Thank you!
Such a great workout! I am definitely sweating and feel fully worked out and regenerated. I loath floor ab work, always hurts my neck and makes me feel like a big dummy. This ab work is perfect for me. Thank you! 🎉

Just completed for first time had pause for few water breaks but finnished it loved the variety of moves and how much it was a great arm workout too. It didn't feel like a ab workout but perhaps cause my balance if off i need practise tensing my core more.
