Great workout! I was thinking because we were using weights you might go a bit easy on us but you still pushed us as hard as you always do, you don't mess around! I really like how diverse your sessions are, great variety combining cardio, flexibility, balance, and strength training. And when I feel almost burned out I just need to look up and see your beautiful smile encouraging me to keep going 😁

This video some how snuck by me. I just did this for the first time today. Very very good. It was a weight resistance day for me today so I added it in addition to cardio. Super workout
This is a great, effective workout for upper-body muscle groups. Very effective isolation of muscle groups for excellent range of motion. Note to beginners or any who have shoulder issues/past injuries--CAUTION: some sets put particular torque on the shoulders--at least my shoulders--so to be safe, try this without weights first.
OMG, thank you for this strength training video. I have shoulder tears (rotator and labrum) and I have to be very careful with weights. I just slowed some of the lateral moves to 1/2 speed and, so far, I don't have any pain. I'm super weak in my arms, back and shoulders and a I'm very hopeful this video will help. Thanks again.
