One of the best ways to build a habit is to make it small. This workout is the best small one I found. Easy enough to do but still a satisfying workout😅. I don't know her answer, but my guess is she doesn't do formal exercise besides filming these videos! Bodyweight is more than enough to get in shape and she puts out a lot of videos. Just my guess :)

I am liking your videos before seeing them. You were putting your best efforts. This was awesome. In 12 minutes can't believe could reduce so much calories. I burn around 0.5 kg, which generally people reduce in 40-60 minutes in a gym. :)

I do this as a "warm-up" before I start my own workout at home with my fitness equipment. A great way to get the heart rate up! Also, I love the scenery of this video (blue makes me happy ;-) )
Iam doing this workout for one weeks Day 1 ✅ did it sweating alot over my body ,side plank up down are hard for me and burpee tuck jumps a little. Day 2 ✅ did it only sweating on armpits and the push ups are a little hard. Day 3 ✅ did it yesterday but i forgot to update i Know i was sweating on armpits Day 4 ✅ a little sweating but not as much as before. Day 5 ✅little sweating goes by faster Day 6 ✅ did it and sweating on armpits only so when the ad Came my video was going to the Next video and that when i forgot how long Iam in but i done every exercise i think Day 7✅ last day and little sweating,heavy breathing. Update: NO DIET just wanna move my Body and lost 1.3pounds

In reference to comments below this burns about 90-120 calories but also depends on heigh /weight 😊
