I can't even believe I did this, I'm so thankful for having a healthy body. I'm a beginner/intermediate and hate doing long sessions of cardio, so it's my first atempt on tabata. I was so intimidated and expectected not being able to go all the way to minute 12. But I did it. I'm sweating buckets, but so proud of myself.
Such a fun workout!!! Please don't be intimidated by the amount of the exercises or how advanced they are. Give them a try, modify the difficult ones, move around and enjoy the good music! As always, Thank you so much, Anna!
One of the best ways to build a habit is to make it small. This workout is the best small one I found. Easy enough to do but still a satisfying workout😅. This is my goto workout video especially on days where my motivation is low. Always helps me maintain my workout habit🏋️♂️. Really grateful for this video. Thanks Anna🙏

I don't know her answer, but my guess is she doesn't do formal exercise besides filming these videos! Bodyweight is more than enough to get in shape and she puts out a lot of videos. Just my guess :)

I am liking your videos before seeing them. You were putting your best efforts. This was awesome. In 12 minutes can't believe could reduce so much calories. I burn around 0.5 kg, which generally people reduce in 40-60 minutes in a gym. :)
