@@syerieazlinlisten to your body. A 10 min workout a day really isn’t that much to need mandatory rest Imo. But for someone brand new, maybe every other day

@@mae_mxxn I think with consistency, your butt with start to feel more toned. I got super busy the past few weeks so I don’t workout like I was before but I’d say after about a week my butt definitely started to feel good. Keep in mind that it doesn’t fully change the shape :)
