    rock sugar
    salt
    mushroom seasoning
    minced garlic
    char siu seasoning
    sugar
    five spice powder
    bean sprouts
    lime
    fried shallots
    chives

      I use a 16 qt pot because I love eating soups for day but you can definitely cut recipe in half if you don’t want to make that much 👍🏻

    I bought to buy dry shrimps
    Would it make a difference in the flavour of the soup?

      You can omit dry shrimp, dry shrimp does give more depth to the broth though but there’s always next time.
