Ingredients:
Soup:
900g (2lbs) Pork Bone
30 Cups Water
150g Onion
300g Radish (Cut into 1-inch thick)
2tsp Salt
30g Rock Sugar
2tbsp Chicken Seasoning
2tbsp Fish Sauce
Noodle:
Rice Noodle or Egg Noodle
Topping:
Fried Garlic Oil (Chopped Garlic & Oil)
Preserved Radish
Ground Pork /Fish Balls/Shrimp/Squid/Imitation Crab/Mussels
Green Onion & Chopped Cilantro
Sides:
Bean Sprout
Asian Celery (Cut into 2-inch in length)
Chive (Cut into 2-inch in length)
Jalapeno Slices
Lime or Lemon Wedges

What type noodles this one I’m looking for one but it’s not a pho noodle

You can find the dry soft noodle and cook in hot water to soften it or you can also use egg noodle. These noodles can be found in Asian Supermarket.
