  • Egg noodles fried to a crisp and then pile with delicious saucy stir fry seafood and vegetables!
    Ingredients:
    Egg Noodle
    Shrimp
    Squid
    Imitation crab
    Broccoli
    Bok Choy
    Carrot
    Garlic
    Shallot
    Oyster Sauce
    Sugar
    Salt
    Pepper
    Tapioca starch
    Cooking Oil

      You’ll want to use thin egg noodle. Thicker egg noodle will work, you’ll just need to fry it longer.

    Do you think this would work in an air fryer instead of shallow frying the noodles?

    The noodle don’t need to blanch , just throw up and down for the starch come out then put straight away to the hot oil. It ‘s very crispy noodle.

      You don’t have to but I still prefer to blanch my noodles. It help expand the noodles a bit and I don’t like tasting the starch in the noodles, it’s chalky in my opinion.
