Love it Erin! Doing this video 3x a week has actually allowed me to stop taking my anti-anxiety medication. The moves you do and focusing on breathing, especially at the end have allowed me to learn how my body feels when it is truly relaxed and apply those skills to when I feel anxious. I'm very grateful. Since we're on the subject, do you think you could do some strength based stuff with more advanced key poses? One of my favorite things about you is how you break things down for beginners to advanced so one routine can be done whatever level you're at. Thanks and namaste :)
I am still a beginner at yoga and I have always been a little scared to go for a full hour yoga session, but I'm really glad I did this. The final shavasana at the end was total bliss for me. Thank you so much Erin!!!
After the first 20 minutes I thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it through! But I powered through it and man, am I glad I did. Deeply intense stretch but that shavasana at the end made it all worth it. Great class!

What I liked about this one is that I was not just going through the motions, but really thinking about what I was doing and the sensations I was experiencing.
I have been doing your classes for a while now...about three to four times a week. I have gained so much strength and flexibility, not to mentioned my chronic low back pain from an old spinal fracture has improved. I love rotating through your classes.
Haven’t doing number 1 for 3 days, felt stomach pain on half way of doing this video, had to pause the video and went to the toilet did a huge number one towards the end of practise. Sorry to keep mentioning about toileting guys, my point is that this yoga practise I is so effective for DETOX. Thank you Erin for creating which fixed my problem. You are amazing.
Starting with toes pose, eeek! Cursing being a runner and climber. Loads of intense poses there. I started feeling very tired but ended up rejuvinated, thanks ☺
Excellent instructor! She's so good at guiding with her voice that I don't have to wear glasses most of the time. It's challenging but doable with the alternatiom she gives. I also like that she admits that certain poses are difficult for her too which makes it relatable. Definitely will try again!

I tend to store all emotional tension on my hips, so all the hip openers here work wonders, and the twists are the perfect balance for a healthy spine after all the sitting we do. Agreed. It makes her much more relatable than some of these instructors that look like effortless pretzels and it’s also an encouraging reminder that we are all at different places and we need to honor and respect our own personal journey.

This a super slow flow, and even though i love something quicker this was something my partner finally did with me for the whole video and he absolutely loved it.
Did this one today and wow! My hip flexors and inner thighs are opened up and I feel so good! I've never done frog pose before or some of the other ones that you demonstrated and it felt really good. I felt like I was accessing areas I'd never gotten to before in other stretch videos. I am SO grateful that I found you!

Great stretch class. I've been looking for deep stretching to balance HIIT workouts and running, this was perfect. Made me realize how much I NEED stretching. Can't wait to practice again!

I cannot thank you enough for this video. I had never watched one of your videos before and I’ve got to say, this is the first yoga video I’ve watched that I’ve truly felt safe and comfortable with the level I’m at. I never once felt pressured that I couldn’t hold a pose for as long as I should have or wasn’t able to go deeper. I felt content and comfortable where I was at and loved your tips! Definitely a subscriber now.
I know I’m late to the party but WOW I loved this class!! My whole body feels loose and open, this was really appreciated after a few days of no movement! Really loved the way we got into “cat pulling it’s tail” (which is usually a struggle for me but I laughed out loud when I got into with no problem this time) and the whole body softening to get into shavasana was pure bliss. I've suffered sciatic pain for a while and doing this yoga sesion has released so much tightness in my lower back , right where my sciatic pain occurs, of course I Did modifications as I'm not as flexible as you are!! Much love thank for shearing your knowledge!!

Exactly what I needed, the one hour felt like 20 min. I am glad I found one with no much salutation and vinyasas coz I was feeling nauseous.
