I love your stretching workout, it's hard to find a workout where each stretch is held for just the right amount of time. And you don't over talk which can be very annoying. I'm really looking forward to trying your post workout deep stretch and seeing what others you have too. Thank you!

I am relatively new to yoga. I have watched many videos to find a good instructor with a nice relaxing voice and who takes the time to clearly explain the various positions. I have finally found what I had long been looking for. Thank you!
I started with your stretching classes and started adding your other classes. I'm a newbie to yoga and due to COVID-19 I finally don't have an excuse of "not enough time" to fit yoga into my schedule. My husband actually started following you and completing your classes. We are both extremely active and adding another "thing" to our list of hobbies is hard, but we have known for years that we need to add yoga into our lives for health reasons. There are so many teachers out there and we come back to you again and again.Thank you!

This is my favorite yoga class for a rest day, or after a workout, or when I'm sick and can't do much else, or I'm feeling antsy after sitting all day and really need to stretch. It is short, invigorating and perfectly paced. I keep coming back to it. Thank you so much for this and all your other amazing classes!
