Hey yogis, I've got a new 45 minute slow flow yoga class for you that's meant to help you stretch your entire body and increase your flexibility. This is a very relaxing yoga class with no strength required. Great to do towards the end of the day when you want to unwind. We'll go deep into your hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders with a mix of seated and standing poses.
The stretches can be a bit intense so I would say this is an intermediate yoga class but beginners can certainly follow along and leave some poses out. No props required.

I have two questions. When I try to sit up straight it is incredibly painful and very difficult to keep my spine straight during a pose. My back is more comfortable slouched. Do you have any recommendations on how to address that? Also my hips and hamstrings have become VERY tight over the past couple months to the point that movement is difficult. Stretching even a little bit is ridiculously hard; downward dog has me screaming. I've done the 15 min morning yoga videos for 2 weeks with no improvement, will it get better as I keep doing it?

I have been following Kassandra’s program and doing this almost every day as part of my #75Hard challenge. I have been amazed by the changes in my body. My flexibility is back to my pre-pandemic level. My low back pain and hip tightness has resolved. I love Kassandra’s soothing voice and Yoga style. I have signed up for her app now. I'm on day 17 in 75 Hard doing 45 minutes of Kassandra daily. It's the first time I've 'stuck' with Yoga. Thank you Kassandra! I didn't know how much I needed you. (I am 68 and a burned out nurse practitioner.)

I have been doing Yoga for years and this class is one of the best! In my opinion, all of Kassandra's classes are top notch.

I second that! I am a key worker and during pandemic stress level went over the top due to the long hours and enormous physical and mental pressure. Discovering you is a blessing and a lifeline. Every morning I get up earlier to do yoga and it helps me to get ready for the day and face any challenges. I honestly don't know if I could pull through last year without your wonderful yoga classes. Thank you Kassandra 🙏

They say that the psoas is a ”muscle of the soul” which causes to accumulate anxiety and sorrow and it releases when relaxed.
I’ve once also cried during a Kassandra’s yin practice and I think it was because of the psoas giving up.

Really helpful and allows you to go as deep and as shallow as your body needs, tuning into, relaxing into , and accepting your limits is such good advice, Kassandra. It makes such a big difference. I couldn't believe how fast the session went by!
