At first I was like, this is chill. Then the mandala flow began. I almost fell on my face trying to get into half moon from reverse triangle (wasn't expecting it 🤣)
Wow, i have been practicing yoga with your videos for about a year, but hadn't done this flow. This was perfect for me. It felt sooo wonderful to smoothly go through these transitions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos, they keep me sane during Corona times also..

I have developed right sciatica pain and right knee pain as well. Your lower back short routine has helped me with my sciatica pain in the last 2 weeks. I just love this particular mandala flow. Your flow are the best ones with lots of seated poses. Prone poses. Supine poses. Lots of variations. Your are terrific Erin 🥰

I just wanted to say I love this class. I have done it many times so that I can get a full flow and master the transitions (those airplanes to staff pose are always a challenge!) Love this flow!! Challenging but she does it slowly enough at first and goes through it a number of times that allows you to pick it up and feel confident. Great when you can't get to a class but need a solid flow.
This is one of my favorite classes! I sit at a computer all day in a not so comfortable chair, and this flow helps put my back and shoulders back into place, while loosening up all my tight leg muscles. The length of the class is just right, since my day is quite full. God bless you!
After many sloppy summer weeks of no exercise and bad eating, this was perfectly invigorating and the motivation that I needed. Loved it. Thank you!! 😊
Came back to this wonderful mandala flow today. I fell off from the staircase and had badly hurt by sacrum that it was impossible to launch myself to boat pose 25days ago.. boat pose and rock and roll are my one of the favorite pose as I can’t do planks as I have ruptured biceps. But after the fall from stairs I thought my most powerful poses are no more going to be in life as I breath yoga for life. Today after doing boat pose and rock rolls successfully I had tears in my eyes and smile on my face . Solace in heart ♥️ ThNk you Erin so much. Love to you and see you soon. Pls stay strong as we are all praying for your speedy recovery. The best yoga teacher in the world.
