I started trying UA-cam yoga classes when the quarantine began, and I’ve tried a lot of teachers, but I always find what I most need from your classes, Erin. Your breathing and pacing seems to be the most in sync with my own. You’re engaging and down to earth, and not self conscious or trying to entertain, like another of the very popular teachers around here. Your classes are wonderful. I especially like the longer, slower, Hatha classes (I’m an old lady and it takes me longer to get into some poses than it used to), and enjoy the variety. I’ve been doing yoga since I was 12, and have been so delighted to learn some new poses. Thank you!

This was the first yoga class I practiced in my life. I started when I was 57 and now at 60 I'm in the best shape of my life. Your classes are by far the best out there. I didn't realize how much flexibility I had lost over the years until I started trying to get it back and this class was the start of my yoga journey. Thank you for all the work you do to bring all of your healing and strengthening classes to us all!

I love this routine!! I appreciate that you don’t rush through the moves. When I want a deep stretch I like to hang out in each position for a while and this video is perfect for that. It’s nice not having to break my focus to hit pause 🤗

This practice is great for days where you don't want to expend too much energy. It's mostly on the mat and concentrates on stretching. There is probably less than five minutes of holding yourself up in one way or another. It's comprehensive, covering almost every body area. The instruction is excellent. This is my go to yoga on days in which I sprint in the mornings. I'll do this as an afternoon yoga stretch to compliment the sprints. The breath is emphasized, as it should be. Again, amazing hour long class.

Great, very gentle class. Much more of a beginner level than the majority of your other classes. Some of your other deep stretch classes are actually pretty intense in their holds but this is great for a no stress, relaxed class. Also there's much more talking/explanation in order to help beginners through poses they may never have done before or to remind more seasoned practitioners to be mindful of how they're holding postures. Thank you!
I've done this routine regularly, 3-5 times a week, for almost a year now. After decades of sports and aerobics and PAIN in my lower back and neck, I AM NOW PAIN FREE! I sleep better and feel great all day long. I am almost 70 years old, this is for everyone. I will do it the rest of my life. I was sore for about 6 months as my muscles learned to stretch, but don't give up. You won't regret it. You won't need a chiropractor anymore. You'll just feel better every day. Thank you Erin. My husband, 72 years old started it with me about 6 months ago and is finding the same results, slower because he is farther behind and has a bad shoulder, but he is finding relief and strength as well.

I started yoga as a result of needing to de-stress and to improve my health. At 60, I have had quite a few surgeries and athletic injuries. Thank you for offering these lessons. My body feels so much better as does my being.

I am in love with you and your practice. Being a yogi since childhood I have discovered a new love for yoga now. More holistic and not the competitive one I was trained into. I usually can do all advanced poses since then but never really took those deep breaths while holding the poses on stage and during practice. Only now with your practice I consciously take those Ujjayi breaths in all my poses and enjoy the stretches so much more... thank you so much. How true is it that we learn each day :)

What a great restorative deep full body yoga stretch! Thank you for being so considerate towards those in need of modifications. The only thing I'd request is if you could include wrist modifications for those with wrist injuries. Otherwise, looking forward to your other yoga video sessions!
