Great video.. I couldn’t get past 16 minutes. I was in the military for 8 years as a grunt. My entire body is stiff and right. I’m making a promise to myself to focus on this.. again great video. You got another subscriber

Holy Moly, what an accomplishment for me, I was able to make it to the end. I was able to do All poses,however, iDid struggle with balancing poses . I'm still having a lot of problems with being able to balance . I hope I get better . I Want to be as able as I was Before I got sick . But , the fact that I Am sick ( and the disease I have is progressive , meaning I get worse , not better) males it , think the words you used in Another example) , is counter intuitive. I am getting sicker while trying to get better . I'm doing what I can . And yoga has been Such a coping technique and has been Very therapeutic in my struggles with my liver disease. More precisely , advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver. Well , all that being said , I give myself a pat on the back in not giving up . Thank you , and thank all your sweet precious Furbabies for everything you do . Just the right difficulty to always get challenged if you want to, a healthy mix of yin and flow, and just the right amount of talking so there is room for getting that meditative focus and breath in order during the sessions. I normally attend classes if I do yoga but have been doing more at home videos so have tried out a few. I love yours the most! They're just the right balance of easy and challenging, they flow really nicely and your tone is great. I find I hardly have to look at the screen as your instructions are so simple and clear. I'm 2 months into recovering from a hamstring injury and this sequence was perfect for relengthening my injured side and keeping my non-injured side stretched and healthy. Still a ways to go to get back to where I was, but easy to see and feel my progress. All your vids are great, thank you so much.

Hi Kassandra! This practice was perfect for me today. This week I have been doing some tough plyo HIIT workouts, which have been awesome, but have left my legs feeling like they need some love! This class delivered on all the stretches I needed to get my lower body feeling relaxed and balanced again. I like the combination of deep stretches along with the vinyasa flow moves. Really nice! Just discovered this practice. I feel as though I’m flopping around like a fish out of water some of the time but I always feel better at the end and it makes me happy. I will be using this practice over and over.
Kassandra's yoga videos are excellent. Her explanations of poses, the soft music, the intensity, as well as the important breathing through the poses, are very helpful. Her instructions are complicit and possible for every type of yogi to accomplish. Very good!
Love this practice! I have tried it a few times now. For someone with very, very tight hips and hamstrings this has been a great class for focusing on those areas. I love your sessions. I did two of them today. So two hours of you and I'm energized and positive.
