We are upping the intensity for day 22! Adding some new exercises for kneeling core work, more challenge with our glute work by making it single leg, and adding on to our kneeling arms+ core work. To find the full 28 day challenge, click here:

This pilates workout is a great routine to implement whether your goal is pilates for weight loss, full body strengthening, or giving your body a more "toned" look. This routine includes a warmup, ab arms and thigh exercises and cooldown stretching. My pilates workouts are easy to follow, use simple cues, and have a balanced approach to cueing- talking for form tips and giving you breaks from talking to focus on the movements. I use elements commonly found in fitness videos like interval timers to keep the pace moving in between exercises, and to allow you to focus on the movements, rather than counting repetitions. My hope is that this routine will be easy to follow, easy to understand my cueing, effective at challenging and strengthening you and supportive to your weight loss/ wellness journey.

July Week 3 started!
Day 22 done. I felt under the weather today, and felt like missing the workout. But having the goal of completing 28 days straight, and commenting here for accountability (as well as your comments and likes) kept me motivated and I got through it (albeit with a tiny break in the middle). Thank you.

Day 22 Complete! I think in videos like this, giving a heads to warm up our knees will be great. I stopped the workout and devoted 10 minutes to marching in place because my tendons started getting tight. I gave them more TLC after. Great workout combo though!

Day 22 ✅️! 55 yo stronger lady...I think I just worked out the leftover sick in me 😂 I'm sweating I'm panting but I actually feel great...what happened?...I was always looking forward to the day I said I feel great after the workout...im no pro...still struggle on some things BUT from day 1...I can do all of the things...prob over half of the things in this video I couldn't do day 1 🎉 I still am heavy but I'm stronger 💪 and I feel that right now for me is the most important...one thing at a time ...honestly thank you Rachel ❤

I struggle with one leg bridges. Is doing the one leg bridge exercises as a one leg wall bridge exercise a good modification? FYI - I love the workouts, the calendar challenges, the timers for exercises and the overall workout count down timer! Beautifully put together workout videos! Thank you.
Aw thank u!! I think the wall is actually harder for the one leg bridging. I would do either do a regular bridge there or with one heel up and then the other when we switch sides
