I love this one! I've been doing one of your videos every day since November and I really appreciate the option for free workouts. I am disabled and I'm on a fixed income so it means the world to me to have such wonderful workouts to do. I'm feeling great and so is my body!!!

Day 5 complete! I feel great! I’m a 42 year old mom of 5 children. I just had #4 & #5 six months ago. Yes, I’m a proud mom of twins 🙂. Since I’ve begun Pilates, I see an increase in my energy and (drumroll) I’ve lost two lbs already. 🎉 I’m so excited 😊. I can’t wait to see the end results. Thank you Mrs. Rachel. The leg bridge one with circle was bit challenging but I am loving the after results
I feel so good in my body already evem though i didn't lose a pound. And the stretches are amazingggg Rachel love yaaa❤❤

I Started this 6 days ago and my God my back hasn't felt better! I used to have a stiff lower back and its great now! Not only that, I couldn't even get myself off the Mat without rolling but now I can smoothly get up like you do. I'm sore after a couple days but it's such a great improvement in so little time.

Hi me on day 5...55 yo heavy lady...the leg circles...loved and hated them 🤪 did have to take a break in between got down on myself for that...but can't wait for the day I do all the exercises correctly and finish going this feels great! See you tomorrow because I'm not quitting 😊💪

Finished day 5. This is my 2nd28 day challenge. I did the beginner w8 day challenge then a 7 day. Now this one. I definitely see improvement in stamina and flexibility. Thank-you Rachel for these daily exercises.

I have a 9 month old and was attacked through the whole work out, but I did it!!! Bridges are harder with a 25 lb baby in your stomach!!

This was a great Abs and glutes workout. Day 5 of the 30 day challenge completed! I didn’t get to go to the track today due to rain. But I completed my 30mins on my stationary bike. See you all tomorrow. Ty Rachel

yesterday i skiped the workout but today i was like i have to do it ....one leg circle was a lil tough for me i could do it only for 15 to 18 sec 😤but enjoyed today's workout 5/28...
I took a three day break after day four because I was pretty sore (I am very out of shape) and to attend an out of town wedding. By the third evening I was CRAVING a pilates session (also doing rebounder workouts on Jumped&Jacked). On day 5 I already could see improvements! Its getting easier! Today I do day 6 (arm workout) and a 30 min rebounder session. I am so excited I found an excercise routine to get obsessed with again! After a 20 year obsession with traditonal lifting, then a nearly 2 year break after injury (tried and failed to get back into lifting a few times), it feels so good! I also have cut out white wine (my biggest vice) but otherwise no special diet plan...and have lost a half inch from my waist, one inch from biceps (trouble spot for me) and two lbs on the scale.

Day 5 today . This was painful my abs are quite sore and my thighs for some reason . But very helpful workout .
Day 5 complete!!! Perfect workout that wasn't too hard! My diet has always been good, but I still do some bread and red meat and sugar now and then, so I hope that doesn't effect weight loss too much 😢 I simply can't starve myself lol
Good you shouldn’t! Just keep being consistent with exercise and small changes to diet .. sometimes adding in healthy habits feels better than taking things out

I am recovering from a serious burn out. I wanted to start exercising carefully. I am often still very tired and I regularly suffer from migraines, so unfortunately I am not able to exercise every day. the exercises in combination with your way of talking make me feel relaxed after the exercises! thank you very much for the videos, I really think they will support me well in my recovery❤.

I didn't do any of these workouts this weekend. I was still active but I missed pilates. I was worried I wouldn't want to return after that break but I'm still here! I will stick with this! I just have to be realistic and not let me being inconsistent discourage me! 😤

I have a question please.
I often get cramps in the muscles behind my legs (the ones in the upper part, not the calves). I get them when I'm doing the bridging exercises. What can I do to prevent these cramps? Could they be caused by the fact that I usually exercise on an empty stomach? ^^`
Yes, I would try to hydrate before and also try keeping your feet a little closer to you sometimes if they’re too far away from us, we can feel cramping in the hamstrings

Thank you so much. I completed DAY 5 and will definitely continue to do. my energy level increased. However I am not sure if I did correctly, my tummy didn't feel ache much while doing day 5 exercise but killed my legs. Is that normal? could a wrong inhale and exhale be a reason? (as I I try to watch you as well, forgetting or wrong breathing in and out on each movement while doing bridge etc :) maybe I will feel abs ache when I wake up in the morning? or no muscle left after birth haha.
I also did day 1, 2,3,4 as well :) and enjoying a lot. your voice is also so calm , positive.:)
Aw thank u! The hip flexors do get work here when we go in and out. Perhaps this workout ab wise was too easy for your abilities! It will continue to get harder from here 😊
