    This is an under 30 Min Cardio Pilates with dumbbells workout. This is a great low impact routine to get the heart rate up, with no jumping involved. This is an interval style workout where we work for 40 sec on, 10-20 sec rest. This is a high rep routine, so choose a light set of dumbbells- this workout focused on endurance/cardio rather than building strength. I encourage you to find a pace that is comfortable for you.. either keep up with me, slow it down if necessary, or move quicker than me if that is what feels good for you.

    Day 17 was a doozy! I just got done. Very late for me today or should I say tonight. I had a very hectic day and didn't want to miss out or miss a day so I got it done and it's 10:46 PM , so yay me! Just when I thought I was done, she said "we're going to repeat that". I said "oh no she didn't". LOL😂

    Hi Rachel good workout thank you,but just make sure that u face the camera especially when we need to see the exact position while stretching u can face the camera isn't it.

    Thank you for the videos. I haven't exercised in over 8 years, not that I was an addict before, only in my 30s I was. But I exercised periodically until I divorced 10 years ago, and went from occasional to no exercise. Thank you for your videos, I was able to keep up with you and break a sweat and made my muscles ache a little, enough to keep up. I will visit your channel more often for you. I am 64, and if I can keep up, nobody has an excuse NOT to exercise. I truly enjoyed it!! Thank you ❤❤

    Day 17 done. Had to make A lot of modifications because the left side of my body is in pain and I’m overall fatigued 😢 I am proud of myself for moving my body today and for choosing discipline over comfort 🎉

    That was amazing. It was first day back at school today and I was exhausted after a full day of fun and activities with my class. I was dreading a 30min workout when I got home but after procrastinating for 15min I just pulled out my weights and started. It was incredible and totally re-energized me ❤❤ Day 17 done 🎉

    I’ve been struggling with the 30 day beginner challenge videos. They don’t seem to follow in order?? I’ve tried and tried, used the correct links and skipped through the days I’ve done only to end up with day ‘17’ of a different challenge :/
