Why does the 4-3 minute countdown take 10 minutes?!? 😂 I had a question- when we do the leg drop circles, my hips pop when I'm lowering them in a circle. If I lower them together then bring them up in a circle, my hips don't pop. Is it still an effective movement if I do it in reverse like that? This is day 1 of 10 for me!
