    I quit the gym after 10 years lifting heavy weights. My body was so burnt out. The past four months I’m just doing your videos at home in my front room. My energy is returning and I’m shocked to say I enjoy them more than lifting. I’m literally Pilates obsessed now 😍 Your videos are so easy to follow and I get an amazing mind to muscle connection. My body looks leaner/toned and less inflamed and chunky which is what happened when I was doing weights all these yrs 🧘🏼‍♀️💛💛💪

    I had the worst lower back pain for 4 months where i couldn't do anything - i suspect this is because of weight lifting. So someone suggested i do pilates instead and after 1-2 months of diligently following your workouts my lower back pain is GONE and never came back. I feel so fit (even more so than when i was doing weight lifting and HIIT). So happy to have you in my life 😭
