When you don't even have a booty to feel the burn 😔 Edit: guys it has been 2 years , I have been working out consistently and I have been able to see amazing results. I had about 32 inches around my butt , now it's 36 ! I know 4 inches isn't a lot but as someone who did home workouts this is progress. So , do not give up . Try different workouts as well.
I just completed the 26 Hourglass Challenge and I'm soooo glad I started training with Chloe! She got me back to having fun and being excited about exercising, and keeps me sane during these hard times. The results are incredible, I got toned, my butt was almost nonexistent before and now I can't stop touching it cause it's so much bigger and denser! In only 26 days and without any weights! My abs got toned as well, my arms and legs too. I lost an inch on my waist and got an inch more in my butt. But the best thing about this is how strong I got, I'm able to do all the planks and harder exercises and I'm smiling through sweat! Thank you so much Chloe, you just got me started on a fitness journey. Already ordered some new gym clothes as a reward, and also resistance bands to keep challenging myself. Now I'm gonna have a few days of break with yoga only and then I'll start some new challenge. You changed the game for me :) thank you so so so so much!
@@jusildarizaj6194 I do believe it is possible, but I was doing all the workouts in the hourglass challenge and there are two more I think that address the booty area. But this one really felt good, after it I always felt the whole glutes :)
to all the 13 yr olds that are insecure of their waist and hips bcos of these ig models w an ⌛ figure, pls don't be too harsh on urselves. your bodies are still growing. your glow up will come one day. just stay healthy, drink lots of water, eat healthy, and exercise regularly :)

Lizzy Rilo i really suggest eating a lot of veggies and fruits! that’s what i did for a few months and i gained weight along with working out. i’m only 12 so this is a lot of pressure on me but it’s worth the pain! trust me lol

Smiley girly if you want to feel your glutes more in squats think of it like you’re sitting down. When you sit down you don’t just bend your knees. You seep your hips back before bending your knees. Try doing squats this way! It really helped me!

hey! im doing the 26 day hourglass program so I figured I could post my progress out here (not that anyone cares ahah :)) I'm already pretty athletic (im 56kg no idea about my other measurements) but this corona break had me feeling very unmotivated and not confident about my body so I decided I would switch things around, im doing this without any change in my diet. My main goals are to get some ab definition, a snatched waist and a thicc booty for summer! So here are my updates :) if you're wondering if you should start this do it!! it's hard but you will feel amazing! btw im on day 8 as im starting this so sorry if the first days are not detailed, trying to remember what I did :)) DAY 1 - not that hard, added another 20 min workout as I had earlier finished the 2 week shred DAY 2 - done, got through pretty easily, I can feel the burn though DAY 3 - booty was okay, abs burnt like hell, hard to finish but I did eventually aha DAY 4 - rest day, ran 10km cuz I was feeling bad about myself DAY 5 - this shit was HARD!! my legs were burning and I couldn't walk straight, especially after that last video ooof DAY 6 - pretty demanding, legs were still very sore and the ab workout was hard DAY 7 - rest day! still ran 8km, feeling pretty good week 1 - no results as such yet but I do feel better about myself, I definitely feel stronger too :) abs are still the same - a tad more defined maybe? and my booty is a bit perkier I guess... really happy so far! DAY 8 - ahhh today was hard! the legs were fine, still burned but the abs oh my god, they're still hurting, not getting easier so far DAY 9 - wasn't feeling my best today but still did the workouts, legs were sore from yesterday and abs definitely burnt but its slowly getting easier DAY 10 - still felt unmotivated but finally finished the workouts! woohoo! legs were fine but the two ab videos KILLED me, still going strong tho :) DAY 11 - rest day! it was really sunny outside so I decided to go for a run, ended up running 9km as I wanted to clear my head DAY 12 - felt motivated today! I really gave it my all so my legs were burning (especially after 3 vids) and abs too. im slowly feeling stronger tho and can see some definition in my abs DAY 13 - today wasn't that bad! still burned but in a good way :) I changed one of the ab workouts and did another one - I wanted change DAY 14 - rest day! I had nothing to do so I ran 10km to clear my mind DAY 15 - not that bad, abs are still burning DAY 16 - completed! its slowly getting easier :) DAY 17 - added more abs so im extremely sore ahah! DAY 18 - completed, getting easier, I also feel stronger which is nice DAY 19 - done, nothing to say DAY 20 - again added more abs from Sidney Cummings, I wanted some change ahah :)) DAY 21 - I had a dance class today so ill be changing rest days DAY 22 - pretty easy, getting better! DAY 23 - added some cardio! DAY 24 - changed up the workouts but I definitely feel stronger DAY 25 - ayy got through pretty easily, still burned tho but in a good way DAY 26 - last day!! its definitely easier, but still challenging, I feel great :) ill recap tomorrow RECAP!! so I finished this about a week ago, and it was a really fun way to get into shape! I lost 2kg, not that it was my goal, but my abs are a lot more defined and my butt too, the burn really helped ahah! the videos did get a bit repetitive towards the end, but I switched it up. so if you're wondering wether you should start this, DO IT! it gets easier along the way. I will continue to do there workouts as they are very effective and fun!!

First time following this particular video! Today is one of those days where I'm sluggish and don't feel like working out. Muscles feel heavy and lazy, BUTT I pushed through an ab video and this one and I feel better than when I started. I love Chloe's videos. They have genuinely changed my every day life.
This is my 15th day doing the workout and I am already seeing results 😍 for any one struggling, let this be your sign that it’s worth it 🙌🏽 this is coming from someone that hated exercising
@juliagalaxy I did for the first 25 days and then took some off days and now its just part of my routine whenever I can. I haven't been too strict about it or anything, and have still kept the shape! Something that really helped me was taking progress pics.
Koko Burbach is you check her website she has a schedule on there for this specific challenge. You do up to 2 videos a day but could be more videos every day.
I’m halfway through and I definitely see some noticeable changes in my booty it’s actually developing a shape that my friends have noticed! My mom said she can’t call me spongebob anymore so a total win 😂
Remember to give your body a rest day! You need it, your body needs it. Especially if you want to see changes!! Drink plenty of water, eat good foods. You got this. 🖤🖤
I've been doing these workout programs and I can go into the physical changes, but the mental changes that were created in me are just amazing. Let me give you a picture of what I was before. I was an A-class student, getting As but I had very little social life and literally every day after school I'll go home and go on my laptop for the whole day(well this is still me a bit but I'd like to think I'm a little more productive). Basically, I had no social life. Btw I'm not saying that "People started to talk to me because I lost weight" no I think my mind became less foggy and after doing these workouts I was A LOT more energised and perhaps that also transferred to my school life, making me a better person. I'd also like to add that I'm a lot happier and well it's obvious, exercising releases dopamine and it makes you feel better even if you're sweating dead. So even if not to look good try these out, to see what it'll do to your brain cuz it really should improve it.

I also have a really bad sleep schedule(Its really hard for me to go to sleep and when I do it’s hard to STAY asleep) and I’ve been working out since December 4th... so 4 (almost 5) months. My sleep schedule hasn’t been great but it’s helped a lot. I used to stay up until 3-4am until I went to sleep. Now I only stay up to 12:30am max. I’ve also been on melatonin since I was practically a newborn and it hasn’t been helping so I’m so glad this has helped. I’m proud of you, stranger. Don’t stop (unless you NEED to, of course) 😋
Hi gurls, i get you ! But i think that doing completely different exercises will not help you improve the muscle directed to the area you need to squeeze (like squats). I would love to suggest maybe doing the side planks or your knees (not on the foot) or doing exercises that help you stronger your obliges. Like maybe the cork screw (if i am right) and the plank with hip dips. Maybe heel taps. I am just suggesting to work on these and still TRY TRY TRY! Try as much as you can and you will get better! Correct me if i am wrong! 🥰😍

I love the fact that you don't include a lot of jumping in your workout video 😊 I have a soooo bad cardio and this helps me build my muscles but also breath better. I know it kinda sounds stupid but even if you focus on one area of your body, the rest change too. The booty, the legs, the hips, the abs, the cardio: your health. So, this really works. I started this a month ago and my booty was 86cm and after finishing the program it was 90cm. I was surprised. Of course you need to eat a lot and it is not like I eat very healthy, but I have at least my three meals a day plus a natural protein milkshake that I found so I didn't have to buy anything really expensive.
Just wanted to say that because I'm usually the kind of person who wonders if I do exercise will it really work and will I see a change on my body? But I think you'll never know if you never try so I did it and yes, it worked. Just for the people who are like me. Will be starting the 5 week booty challenge tomorrow when I have my resistance bands.

Day#6. Not seeing results, but definitely feelings stronger and seeing how im improving on the workouts. Take as many breaks as you need and go as slow as u need. You'll build up to it; dont over do it. I've learned the hard way

Day 26 of the 26 day hourglass program! Here's my results: Before: Waist: 24.4 inches Hips: 30.3 inches Glutes: 30 inches After: Waist: 21.2 (-3 inches!) Hips: 30 inches (not a lot of difference) Glutes: 34 inches (+4 inches) These results are AMAZING.
To anyone that is struggling in these workouts and lacking motivation: You can do this! Just remember you are doing this for yourself and not for anyone else, and the results are so worth it! I did 2 of Chloe's butt workouts everyday for 10 days (with some cardio on the side) and put on 1.25 inches round my butt :) Keep going you Queens and Kings, you are awesome!!

Однако на тренировках уставать меньше не стала, все так же потею) Задница не увеличилась, конечно же, она у меня абсолютный 0, совсем плоская. Делаю каждый вечер по три таких тренировки. Через месяц отпишусь по результатам еще раз.

Smiley girly if you want to feel your glutes more in squats think of it like you’re sitting down. When you sit down you don’t just bend your knees. You seep your hips back before bending your knees. Try doing squats this way! It really helped me!

hey! im doing the 26 day hourglass program so I figured I could post my progress out here (not that anyone cares ahah :)) I'm already pretty athletic (im 56kg no idea about my other measurements) but this corona break had me feeling very unmotivated and not confident about my body so I decided I would switch things around, im doing this without any change in my diet. My main goals are to get some ab definition, a snatched waist and a thicc booty for summer! So here are my updates :) if you're wondering if you should start this do it!! it's hard but you will feel amazing!
btw im on day 8 as im starting this so sorry if the first days are not detailed, trying to remember what I did :))
DAY 1
- not that hard, added another 20 min workout as I had earlier finished the 2 week shred
DAY 2
- done, got through pretty easily, I can feel the burn though
DAY 3
- booty was okay, abs burnt like hell, hard to finish but I did eventually aha
DAY 4
- rest day, ran 10km cuz I was feeling bad about myself
DAY 5
- this shit was HARD!! my legs were burning and I couldn't walk straight, especially after that last video ooof
DAY 6
- pretty demanding, legs were still very sore and the ab workout was hard
DAY 7
- rest day! still ran 8km, feeling pretty good
week 1 - no results as such yet but I do feel better about myself, I definitely feel stronger too :) abs are still the same - a tad more defined maybe? and my booty is a bit perkier I guess... really happy so far!
DAY 8
- ahhh today was hard! the legs were fine, still burned but the abs oh my god, they're still hurting, not getting easier so far
DAY 9
- wasn't feeling my best today but still did the workouts, legs were sore from yesterday and abs definitely burnt but its slowly getting easier
DAY 10
- still felt unmotivated but finally finished the workouts! woohoo! legs were fine but the two ab videos KILLED me, still going strong tho :)
DAY 11
- rest day! it was really sunny outside so I decided to go for a run, ended up running 9km as I wanted to clear my head
DAY 12
- felt motivated today! I really gave it my all so my legs were burning (especially after 3 vids) and abs too. im slowly feeling stronger tho and can see some definition in my abs

- today wasn't that bad! still burned but in a good way :) I changed one of the ab workouts and did another one - I wanted change
DAY 14
- rest day! I had nothing to do so I ran 10km to clear my mind
DAY 15
- not that bad, abs are still burning

- completed! its slowly getting easier :)

- added more abs so im extremely sore ahah!

so I finished this about a week ago, and it was a really fun way to get into shape! I lost 2kg, not that it was my goal, but my abs are a lot more defined and my butt too, the burn really helped ahah! the videos did get a bit repetitive towards the end, but I switched it up. so if you're wondering wether you should start this, DO IT! it gets easier along the way. I will continue to do there workouts as they are very effective and fun!!

Today is one of those days where I'm sluggish and don't feel like working out. Muscles feel heavy and lazy, BUTT I pushed through an ab video and this one and I feel better than when I started.
I love Chloe's videos. They have genuinely changed my every day life.

@juliagalaxy I did for the first 25 days and then took some off days and now its just part of my routine whenever I can. I haven't been too strict about it or anything, and have still kept the shape! Something that really helped me was taking progress pics.

I've been doing these workout programs and I can go into the physical changes, but the mental changes that were created in me are just amazing.
Let me give you a picture of what I was before. I was an A-class student, getting As but I had very little social life and literally every day after school I'll go home and go on my laptop for the whole day(well this is still me a bit but I'd like to think I'm a little more productive). Basically, I had no social life.
Btw I'm not saying that "People started to talk to me because I lost weight" no
I think my mind became less foggy and after doing these workouts I was A LOT more energised and perhaps that also transferred to my school life, making me a better person.
I'd also like to add that I'm a lot happier and well it's obvious, exercising releases dopamine and it makes you feel better even if you're sweating dead.
So even if not to look good try these out, to see what it'll do to your brain cuz it really should improve it.

I also have a really bad sleep schedule(Its really hard for me to go to sleep and when I do it’s hard to STAY asleep) and I’ve been working out since December 4th... so 4 (almost 5) months. My sleep schedule hasn’t been great but it’s helped a lot. I used to stay up until 3-4am until I went to sleep. Now I only stay up to 12:30am max. I’ve also been on melatonin since I was practically a newborn and it hasn’t been helping so I’m so glad this has helped. I’m proud of you, stranger. Don’t stop (unless you NEED to, of course) 😋

Hi gurls, i get you ! But i think that doing completely different exercises will not help you improve the muscle directed to the area you need to squeeze (like squats). I would love to suggest maybe doing the side planks or your knees (not on the foot) or doing exercises that help you stronger your obliges. Like maybe the cork screw (if i am right) and the plank with hip dips. Maybe heel taps. I am just suggesting to work on these and still TRY TRY TRY! Try as much as you can and you will get better! Correct me if i am wrong! 🥰😍

So, this really works.
I started this a month ago and my booty was 86cm and after finishing the program it was 90cm.
I was surprised.
Of course you need to eat a lot and it is not like I eat very healthy, but I have at least my three meals a day plus a natural protein milkshake that I found so I didn't have to buy anything really expensive.
Just wanted to say that because I'm usually the kind of person who wonders if I do exercise will it really work and will I see a change on my body? But I think you'll never know if you never try so I did it and yes, it worked. Just for the people who are like me. Will be starting the 5 week booty challenge tomorrow when I have my resistance bands.

Day 26 of the 26 day hourglass program! Here's my results:
Before:
Waist: 24.4 inches
Hips: 30.3 inches
Glutes: 30 inches
After:
Waist: 21.2 (-3 inches!)
Hips: 30 inches (not a lot of difference)
Glutes: 34 inches (+4 inches)
These results are AMAZING.

You can do this! Just remember you are doing this for yourself and not for anyone else, and the results are so worth it!
I did 2 of Chloe's butt workouts everyday for 10 days (with some cardio on the side) and put on 1.25 inches round my butt :)

Day 1: it got kind of hard after 50%. Felt the burn.
Day2: butt was sore allll day which made the workout harder.
Day3: still sore
Day4: I don’t know if I’m delusional about this might be helping my hip dips a little
Day5: workout was muchhhh easier.
Day6: again, don’t know if I’m seeing this but my butt is looking more rounder and a big bigger
Day 7: completed workout easily

Я начала заниматься ровно неделю назад. По итогам: мышцы стали сильнее, ноги получается поднять выше, теперь это не так сложно. В утро после первой тренировки очень болели ноги, теперь такого нет. Однако на тренировках уставать меньше не стала, все так же потею) Задница не увеличилась, конечно же, она у меня абсолютный 0, совсем плоская. Делаю каждый вечер по три таких тренировки. Через месяц отпишусь по результатам еще раз.

There you can choose from different types of programs. It gives you kind of a “plan” to which (and how many) videos you should do in one day. The hourglass program has 26 days I did it exactly like it was in the “plan”☺️

graces lifexx Sure!! I got abs in two weeks abs workout. I did it 2 weeks and honestly I didn’t get abs. But I kept doing it for like 1 month and a half and now I definitely have abs. It’s amazing, you can do it too!
