Yes! During quarantine days, right? I remember this video cos of the other guy in the background 😂 this really helped me a lot, even now, during those hard times.
These older classes were amazing! The cues are so insightful and plentiful. Tim understands what is happening in the body during each movement, and can *explain* it, like no one else I've ever seen/heard.
I thought this was gone forever. This is the first yoga I ever did. I have been doing it almost weekly since 2017. In the years since it vanished, I found it floating around on the internet with a lot of people who felt the same. Glad its back, and thank you so much.
I am with you 100%, this video is the only reason I started following Tim back in 2016. I am so grateful to Leslie for introducing us to Tim. I know Tim did a re-imagined, recreated version a couple of years ago, but it was not the same.
Thanks Tim . I started a new job and my morning Yoga practice took a hit. It’s been 2 months. I’m stiff and have lost strength but this has reenergised me and reminded me of the value to mind and body ❤
Oh Sensei, you’ve come a long way since this first video! It certainly was a great start but you have honed your trade. Seems you embrace the execution of the poses and flow is more important than the speed. Thanks for being such an important influence in my life.
Now there's a bit of time travel! I remember that plank boardwalk very well. I learned so much from those early videos. I sometimes had a hard time keeping up with your pace back then. It's my impression that you have embraced longer holds and more systematic cues in recent years. In any case, this is a reminder of how helpful you have been to so many of us for so many years. Thank you!♥
Your best video ever. This is the only reason why i started following you through the years. I wish you had kept the original introduction. The lovely voice.
Think I was practicing with your videos in 2015 and fell in love with Yoga. Then I looked for more advanced yoga videos such as Ashtanga. I ended up hurting my lower back and was looking for you again. Just realized how fine crafting your videos are with small modifications but very helpful in avoiding injuries. Please keep it up! I’ll try your program now. 🎉
Oh that was great Tim, you really packed a lot into a short time. It’s interesting how your classes have evolved over the years, I love your classes now and I really enjoyed that one to it was great to do some arm poses again. I must have been with you from the beginning I have done this one many years ago. Thanks again Tim 🙏❤️ namaste
Wow, what a treasure. A flashback to the time when I started to follow you. Loved the pier videos although they were quite tough in the beginning. Thanx a lot for sharing again.
I remember doing this class years ago Tim, that's when I discovered your channel and have been a fan of your classes since then, great practice, feeling great as always afterwards thank you so much Tim!!!
Those were the days … ❤ This was one of my first videos I used to do every day. Thank you Tim for reposting. It‘s nice to feel the journey through a part of life and sense the deeper connection to Self over the years … Thank you !
Hey Tim...been gone for a bit. Back with a very arthritic knee. Anyhow 5 days in a row, and feeling great since I've been back. Yes, I agree with the others, these old vids are awesome! Namaste...
Reminds me of videos you posted while I was studying chemistry in northern NY around 2015. Thanks for this Tim. You've been a great resource for a large chunk of my life. I'll paraphrase it but one day nearing the end of a class you said something to the effect of 'resonate with the space between the thoughts'. I forget which video you say this in but that little offering has helped so much in life. Thanks

Thanks for posting Tim. This is vintage Senesi! What was the original date of this video? I feel like your teaching style has evolved so much over the years. The fundamentals were all there at the beginning, but it got a lot more varied, and subtle and even esoteric over time. I guess that's why I've stuck with it because it never gets stale. One thing though...you DO need blocks for this class. Well, I do anyway. It's hard to maintain the form with twisted triangle and twisted half moon without 'em.
Well well. I was here from all this time and yet I still have some difficulties with headstands, crow balances and the like... I have a long way to go.
I tore both Achilles tendons a little over a year ago. Healing slowly but I find I can’t do downward dog anymore. Too much pressure on the tendons and it hurts afterwards. Is there an alternative to downward dog?
I would recommend finding a skilled PT or Physio and working with them in person to restore your ankle ability. In the meantime, you can hold plank or childs with toes curled under (if pointing back is too extreme)
Overall, I enjoyed this, but I wonder if the audio got slightly misaligned when re-uploading: Usually I hear a cue and then can look up and see the movement a half-second after, but this video it seemed like you were moving into a pose before I heard the cue, which made it difficult for me to follow and know I was doing the transition correctly.
Was way too fast for me and also a bit too much talking. I normally really love your videos but this one isnt for me. Also this is far from being a beginners class with crow pose and twisted half moon etc.
Oh these old videos were my savior few years back. Pls upload these, as they were all full body yoga workout. Loved them all
All the full body workouts are on the channel. In the search bar on my website type in full body Then you’ll see all the full body videos 😉
@yogawithtim thank you so much Tim. Love from India

I remember that this video. I saw the thumbnail of this video and it caught me off guard.

Love you Tim but no way was that beginners and intermediate!! 😮💨
Haha! I lm not sure what i was thinking. Might have to edit that bit out

My pleasure & thank you for sticking with me all these years. Not sure the original date.
Old school pier time.
For sure! 👍
I was watching this earlier 6 years ago, but it got published again
😉
Well well. I was here from all this time and yet I still have some difficulties with headstands, crow balances and the like... I have a long way to go.
I hear you. Be patient and stay with it

Love your videos, and I can see how this is your first one because it was entirely too much talking
Haha! I'll take it as a compliment 😉
Nah, it’s the original
I can never do that headstand

Was it just my phone or does this voice over not work 😅😅 movements was a bit fast here could not stick with breath work ... Very vast flow maybe
I used to go pretty fast back in the day
I miss that pier. Those planks saw a lot of... well, planks, didn't they!
Haha! Yes. Thanks
This is nonstop talking. Like, some quiet moments would be nice.
OK. Thanks for the feedback
Uff this was not my pace. Prefer the slower pace of the newer videos.
OK. Cool. Thanks
😢😮😮😢🎉😂ooh
