I got the first few emails but didnt get any emails after those so I didnt get day 19 and i cant find it on your channel either. I had bookmarked the calendar but the links were not working so I unbookmarked it :( i hope i get to do day 19 at some point but i m still in on day 20 and missed you a lot yesterday! :)

Hey Tim. Thanks for your channel and content. I’ve been doing yoga for >10 years. I’m 50 years old and thought to follow someone of similar age. I like your teachings and feel the breathing instruction can improve. Many times you instruct on the inhale and not the exhale. Just a thought.

Fantastic flow. Some of the cinematography on this video is really good, specially at 8:08 on your warrior 2 pose. The way the railing converge right behind you as you hold warrior 2 looks so good, epic shot.

Yay, back to a flow practice for March Challenge after yesterday's knee work. I recognize the importance of workouts designed to strengthen knees and such, but vastly prefer these more full body exercises with progressions. ❤

Fell behind again but just caught up on days 20, 21 and 22. This was amazing and so relaxing, it was over before I knew it! I seem to struggle a bit doing transition from downdog to low lunge but I’m working hard on getting it right…one day I will! Thanks again Tim, appreciate you. Namaste 🙏

Hello Tim! What does the chanting at the end mean? Great video as always.
'Om' is considered the universal vibration. Chanting Om is said to bring alignment with the universe. 'Shanti' mean peace. It is said three times to invoke peace in our thoughts, words, and deeds.
