I have never commented on a UA-cam video in my life but I really want to say thank you to you, Kassandra. I found your channel in January and I have been doing yoga with you almost daily this year. I have been suffering with all sorts of aches and pains, in body and mind, and of course I'm not fully fixed, but I feel so much better! I have done yoga on and off in my life, but hadn't done it for years and have never loved it as much as I do now. You are so so good! Your flows and sequences are so well planned and put together, so beautifully and clearly explained and just perfect for making me feel better especially in the mornings. I agree. I moved up from 10 to 20 minutes today and UA-cam gave me a different teacher. I just couldn't get on with her voice. Kassandra is so clear and calm and allows time for transitioning between poses. I can focus on the moves not on trying to watch the video.
I have to echo the previous comment; have never committed a review to anything on UA-cam before, but having been told about Kassandra's videos by a friend, I am well and truly hooked. Delivered in a friendly, competent and encouraging manner, they are truly enjoyable.
Love your practices and intention setting. I am 77 years young, do yin every morning with you and sometimes other practices. I’ve been doing yoga since my twenties and have had to learn to adapt to aging and rheumatoid arthritis disease. Setting intentions first thing each morning helps me emotionally. Have had to adapt downward facing dog due to wrist weakness from RA. Love you and your practices. Found you last year and have spread the word to friends. ❤

Wow, what a journey with yoga! Sometimes, I close my fist to relieve my wrist in downward fac8ng dog and even in table top. Much love my friend 🎉
